Okay so there were two problems on this pizza. The first one doesnt matter as much to me because it's only a "Cut". I ordered it to be in a pie cut not square but she mistakenly cut it in square. I was cool and don't mind it at all. But the second one happened when I looked at my order. I specifically requested "EXTRA" meat and believe it or not, Domino's "CHARGED" me extra for the meat. I was cool and decided to pay almost 2 dollar extra for it. But guess what, when I opened it, I saw it, I immediately felt super disappointed. When the dude asked the girl if she put extra meat, there was a second delay on her answer and she proceeded to say "Yes", even though I knew she probably 'DIDNT READ' the instruction clearly. She already missed the "CUT", it only makes sense that she would miss the 'EXTRA MEAT' on the pizza. I know I ordered it through a 7.99 coupon (ended up paying almost 11 bucks) but if you guys are so petty about a coupon order and Im complaining about the competence of the worker over something so simple, then you guys are better shut down the business. You can also track the progress of your food when ordering online; don't forget to take advantage of their available coupons like their "choose any 2 items for $6.99" deal. No lie, I heard my door bell ring within 30 minutes of ordering! Food was bomb although the stuffed cheesy bread was pretty greasy underneath and saltier than I remember. They did step up their pie game though! Made with fresh dough and two layers of cheese in every bite. It was soft with a crispy crust and not overloaded with sauce. THIS STORE IS TERRIBLE!!!!! I put in an order last night for delivery that was not delivered at all. The tracker was marked ¨COMPLETE¨ when I had not received any food or phone call or text at all. They charged me for the order delivery yet received no food. We went to go pick it up and not only did it take 40 minutes (when they said it would be 15-20), the order was incorrect. When we saw it was wrong we called it in so see if it could be fixed. Not only did they act like didn't know what order it was, but they were extremely slow. Picked up the corrected order & yet still they were slow and we had to wait another EXTRA time yet again and acted unapologetic for getting the first order wrong, or even for taking so long. And the corrected order still looked like it had put together in 2 minutes. I've worked in several customer service establishments before. I know it can get rough sometimes. It can get really busy and you can get really irritable customers. But it's too easy to apologize when you mess up, and to fix the problem as soon as you can and as best as you can. People work too hard to not get what they paid for. Overall, terrible customer service. read more

One of the worst ran Domino's I've seen to date. Every time I order here they somehow mess up my order. Today was by far the worst and LAST experience I've had. First I enter the lobby area, where one other customer is in line waiting to be helped. 6-7 minutes later there are a total of 5 customers waiting to be helped, with NO EMPLOYEE HELPING. One person was labeling boxes literally right next to the register, two people were right across prepping deep dish dough (even though there were LITERALLY looked to be 40+ prepped already at this point). A gentleman was taking an order on over the phone this whole time on one side of the register, and no one came to assist. A female, in training, from the dough prepping area answered the phone then proceeded to go back to prepping, EVEN after acknowledging the build up of customers in the lobby area! Finally I asked the two prepping dough if one of them or literally anyone in the store could help the customers in the lobby. The other female prepping dough proceeded right passed me and asked the customer behind me the name of their order, even though I clearly had not been helped. She then proceeds to get my order, and not get my sauces. Which is quite funny considering she didn't forget the next two orders had sauces. Finally after this mess of an interaction with shit customer service I get home and MY PASTA HAS NO SAUCE. Dry noodles, mushroom, bacon, and cheese. No Alfredo sauce as clearly indicated on the order. I then proceed to call Domino's pizza to get a refund or credit. The manager then tells me I have received to many credits to receive another credit for an item. Bare in mind I didn't even remember I had credits on my account, but that's just of fucking terrible this Domino's Pizza is. Every time I order from here, something is wrong. The pizza is ok very middle of the road, BUT it is way to expensive. I could normally look passed an over price meal, but when you charge for condiments I draw the line. No I am not talking about their special fancy sauces, I am talking about crushed red peppers. I have never even heard of that from anywhere... This dominos is absolutely horrible I'm so done ordering from them. Every single time I order from them they mess something up. Finally I called to complain bc before I was just like whatever but after multiple times I was fed up. I called and told them that half my pizza the sauce and the toppings had slid all the way to the other side of the pizza so had half an empty pizza so pretty much bread with some alfredo sauce on it. My husbands didn't have extra cheese bc he ordered thin crust and it was mostly bread and sauce. So they said they would send another order out but it was going to be a while bc they were busy or they could put it as a credit and the lady was nice enough to add a little lava cake for my trouble so we did that. Well today we called to get the order they owed us and well we had to pay for delivery which doesn't make since when the previous order was a delivery order that they messed up but I thought whatever I'll pay the $4 whatever it is no big deal. I also want to add this lady I didn't get her name which I should have she was so rude and mono toned over the phone, I get some people have bad days but don't bring it to work or don't work in jobs that require customer service. Just arrived to area after cross country drive. I was worried to order delivery to base lodging given the poor reviews of this location. My order arrived promptly and it was made perfectly. My kids were happy so I am happy. Maybe we were lucky? Maybe it's not all bad and they only get reviews for crappy service. The service at this location is absolutely ridiculous and I expect better service given the customers being serviced at this location. They seemed under staffed, at one point I hear a employee telling another one to "clock in" and shout her employee check in code over the facility for everyone to hear.
