Ordered a pizza while working in an office building less than 5 minutes from the store. Person that answered the phone was polite, told me the specials and SPOKE ENGLISH, which is a big plus. She said it would be about 30 minutes..... The delivery arrived right around 30 minutes. Driver called as requested and I came down to get the pizza. He was a soldier from JBLM working to make some extra cash. He was polite and deserved the $5 tip.....so far so good. The pizza was where it all fell apart. It was dry, no sauce on parts of it and overall just a disappointment. If he took a little pride in the finished product and the enjoyment the customer has while eating a well made pizza maybe he/she would do a better job. If it were me I'd want every pizza to be memorable (in a good way)for whoever ordered it. The pics are of the first slice I ate and what was left over after everyone ate. Ok, the first time I came must of been an off day. I've given this place a few more chances since we get our monthly Pizza Hut reading booklet coupons and let's face it this is the most convenient Pizza Hut if you love in the area. Since the first time service has improved tremendously, and since the second visit I've always had great customer service. Today they even brought the pizzas out as soon as I walked in the door. My husband and I literally sitting in front of the window of Pizza Hut as two staff are making pizzas. My husband and I could not believe what we saw! Neither employee had gloves as they prepared the pizzas. One employee in particular made a pizza, got on his cell phone, collected some cash, went back to make another pizza, took his hat off and ran his hands through his hair before making another pizza!!! My past 3 orders have not been the best. I typically order a dinner box with 2 pizzas, breadstick and chicken wings. The problem has been with the pizzas. The one order the pizza was dry and too, too thin. So the next order I placed was with a medium pizza (stuffed crust) and had the same issue (which it didnt bother me, I get it food places have days that food dont turn out good, but this is a 2and order on another week). My last order was on Mother's day actually and I ordered a dinner box, the pizzas were thick crust and basically 75 crust and drier than ever, it looked like a leftover pizza. read more

I like this place. Food is always good and I never have to wait long. Only gripe is that I like my Hawaiian pizza with a swirl of BBQ sauce on top. Just my thing. I order the same thing every time and I am sure I might be the only guy in town to do it. Anyhow, the same guy always gives me a hard time. The heavy set guy, think he either might be the manager or the owners son or something. Nice guy but he always has something to say about it. Last time he wanted me to pay extra for the swirl. Fine. As long as it is there I don't mind giving up the 60 cents. Today, I picked up my pizza and he said "By the way, we don't normally do that." I tried to be as polite as possible but I was very annoyed. It's something that literally takes three seconds. I explained to him that I get the same thing every time and that he is the only person who gives me a hard time. Other people don't even charge me for the little BBQ sauce. He said that he just wanted to explain that other cooks may not do it. I enjoy the product. But customer service is highly important, in my opinion. I've worked in food service for the past eighteen years and doing a little for a customer goes a long way. Pizza Hut is complete trash and everyone should go to Papa Johns or Farralli's. Not only do they not offer curbside pickup as advertised, since I sat outside for 8 minutes after my food was ready before walking in, but they also don't give you a dipping sauce for your wings. The manager Jacob stated Pizza Hut no longer offered a sauce with a wing order as the extra sauces I paid for were actually the only sauces I was going to get because I only get what I paid for. This type of shit is unacceptable as no one else on gods green earth sells Buffalo wings without giving you at least a ranch sauce. I even called corporate and they had to notify the district manager to explain to me why every other Pizza Hut location gives me a sauce but this one. Worst customer service ever. I ordered a pan size pizza and when it was delivered it had no tomato sauce on it. I called to report the problem with my order and was essential called a liar. My co-worker varied that the pizza was made with no tomato sauce and was still told the general manager made the pizza himself and knows he put tomato sauce on it. Because I paid with cash, I was told I need to come to the store to pick-up my refund. The manger that I spoke with displayed a lack of professionalism and poor customer service. After I told them they can keep my money I will just write a review , I was offered a remake of my order and a refund. I did not accept their offer because my experience can not be made better by a refund or another pizza. I will order my pizza from one of their competitors in the area in the future. read more

Ultimately this Pizza Hut location does not properly represent its company. I would say the only thing they know how to do is work the cash register, but even that seemed to be a struggle. Typically I understand a long wait for food, especially pizza place. You have to remember that a pizza joint may have a ton of online orders to get through before they begin a walk-in order. But after a long wait, I would expect a pizza to be good. I only ever order a basic pepperoni with hot wings, pretty hard to mess up. I felt both the pizza and wings were undercooked, definitely rushed (ironically). The wings (should just be a heat and treat process) were nearly raw, and it looked like they used the dullest cutter as an attempt to cut the pizza (for real, I saw lines but not a single slice was made). I am happy I made it home before checking, because I would not want to wait again to get more trash. I really hope corporate does something to help out this location, I love stuffed crust. read more
