I'm really disappointed with my order from the Domino's Pizza on North JBLM on January 30, 2026. I ordered a pizza with spinach and feta cheese and specifically requested square cuts. It appears this location isn't used to customers requesting a preferred cut style, because that detail was completely ignored. When I received the pizza, it was cut in regular slices instead of the square cuts I asked for. On top of that, the pizza was overcooked and burnt. The crust was hard, the toppings were dried out, and the whole thing tasted like it had been left in the oven far too long. For the price and the wait, this was incredibly frustrating. Attention to detail and basic quality control should not be optional. I expect better from this location, especially on something as straightforward as honoring a simple cut-style request and cooking the pizza properly. read more

Do you like your taste buds to be dancing for joy? Do you like to make bad decisions? Finally, do you love chocolate? If you answer yes to any of the following question then you have to order the lava cake from here! The reason they only received 3 stars is cause I personally think dominoes pizza sucks! But the lava cake holy shit! I fucking love it! First let me just describe this mouth watering treat. Obviously most of you know what lava cake is, but for those of you that don't. It's basically chocolate cake filled with a liquid chocolate, served best hot. So let get back to the cake. So it comes in little round saucer looking things and is sweet but not to sweet. The crust/cake is kinda crunchy, but in a soft way of that makes any sense at all. But the real treat is when that bad boy breaks open! This gooey chocolate comes bursting out like a volcano. It explodes with a chocolate goodness like you've never tasted. Idk how the fuck the do it, or who their supplier is of these , crunchy, chocolate delights, but fuck me! They are the best treat ever! The pizza.... well it sucks but here's my reasoning for that. I feel like the dough is freshly thawed out from the freezer. It always taste like shit. The sauce only has one flavor and that's tomato. I get its the main ingredient, obviously it's gonna taste like tomato but for fuck sake add some sugar and spices! Also the cheese is cheap, if you love cheese like me, you can tell (it sucks) They always seam to short me on toppings too. This is what pisses me off the most. Dominos give us more toppings! You know this is bullshit and so do all your customers, so pile that shit on! This is what People want! Parking they have. Take out they also have. They actually give you a better deal if you choose the take out option. Not a big fan of the tip part on the receipt for take out. This is always awkward because I'm definitely not gonna tip if I'm picking it up. Other than that all the stars go to the lava cake. Doesn't matter what one you go to it's all the same. If you haven't tried it, get your ass up off the couch and pause the jerry springer show. This heaven in a box will change your life! Good pizza, except their service is extremely bad. Want your order delivered to the barracks? Nope, not allowed. Despite all delivery drivers being permitted inside to make their deliveries, there is apparently some misconception that it isn't allowed. Once I had to walk down to the end of the street to pick up my pizza. A delivery driver once even handed me some other persons pizza and told me to deliver it. When in the has such a thing become acceptable? Do delivery drivers often make others have to walk to the end of their street from their house to pick up their pizza? Or make customers do their jobs for them? Highly recommend a change. Reminder: delivery drivers of all types are allowed in the reception area of the barracks buildings, there is no written rule that says otherwise read more

I am very dissatisfied with my customer service and timely manner this place offers twice we have had an issue with this specific Domino's pizza the first time our driver had called us to let us know he was outside but we did not receive a call and instead of texting or trying to call again they immediately left and when we called and told them we did not receive the order the guy said there is nothing he can do and that we will have to re order there was no problem solving a care in the world we just got a refund and re order. The second time we had ordered online and had a delivery driver again we had received a text that our driver was in the neighborhood and was going to be there shortly and they had completed the order before even handing us the food when we got that text we went outside and waited about 30 minutes before calling and asking where our food was they said they called and we did not answer but we did not receive a call they had the wrong number once again and the lady said that they would remake our food and it'll take about 30 minutes we waited about an hour and decided to drive there when we got there we told the lady the situation and she said that she was going to check where Manuel was and to find out he was sitting out in his car with our food and he was sitting there for awhile we grabbed our food and left this was just upsetting and was unbelievable. read more

Visited the dominoes on north fort of joint base let McChord and ordered contactless car side pickup. I waited 15 minutes and the system alerted me my order was complete. I went inside the store and the 3 workers had headphones in and did not greet or acknowledge me. Someone finally asked if I was picking up and I explained that I had waited 15 minutes for my car side order. The guy handed me my food and walked away. I asked to speak with a manager because this service was not up to par. He proceed to say "I am the manager don't have staff so I'm not doing car side" and put his hand in my face and said "good night" and walked away. This man was tall and very heavy set. This is a risk for spreading covid by not following contactless guidelines. Additionally, putting a hand in someone's face is degrading and unacceptable. Completing an order that is not yet complete is also stealing from the customer. read more

I like my dominoes location! Close by and good. We have ordered from here 3 times 2 delivery and 1 carry out. Never had any issues. Friendly employees and not rude at all. Pizza was warm with delivery and carry out. It taste great, got out orders always 100%. And we have specific sauce and toppings at times. Place is clean. On time. And awesome service. Yes the pepperoni was doubled the most I've ever seen it was still hot very tasty very fast delivery. I ordered this during the playoffs game under 30 minutes. While they were pushing out the dough for somebody's pizza they didn't have gloves on. They rubbed their nose that was exposed cause they were not wearing their mask properly and continued to mess with the dough. They stopped what they were doing and came straight to the register to ring up my order. After they went straight back to the dough. Next they made my pasta, they went straight from the register to the food with still no gloves on nor did they wash their hands. Continued to rub their nose and went back to the register for another customer. While the customer paid they went back to the dough. This is horrible, especially with how bad COVID-19 is. We ordered our pizza online tonight to this location on JBLM. An extra large 1 topping Brooklyn. Half extra cheese, half pepperoni. Doesn't sound too complicated, right? Well, imagine our surprise when we arrive to pick it up and we are given our pizza: Half has extra cheese and the other half has JUST pepperoni. Um, what?? We definitely did NOT order the pepperoni half with NO cheese. Our ONE topping was simply split between pepperoni and extra cheese. OK, people make mistakes. No big deal. So, we explain that the order is wrong and ask them to remake it. They say no and that it's our fault because we "must have ordered it wrong online". They can give us a credit for next time but if we want to use the credit now, we have to wait up to 30 minutes until they make all the orders in front of us. Wow.
