first off this store has HORRIBLE customer service. started an order at 6:19 pizza left store per tracker at 6:43 fast forward to 7:20 still no pizza (we live 2 miles from store)lady advised my husband that if it wasn't there in 5 minute call back at 7:35 I tried calling back and they hung up on me, my wife then used her number only to have the extremely rude man tell her that she just has to deal with it they are busy. she tried telling him about the lady but he hung up on her also now won't answer from either number. will not give us a refund because it was an online order. so now not only am I out dinner but I can't go get something else because they won't give me my money. this whole ordeal now is 2 hrs after original order. I will never be ordering from dominos again and will spread this info. my husband had to go down to the store to finally get the order. read more

Reluctantly gave one star. Ordered delivery time and again, giving them one opportunity after another to improve their pizza but they failed to do so. Every time I ordered, I would receive pizza with little to no cheese! I even ordered extra cheese but this too was ineffective. I sent corporate pictures of these each time but still no change. Over priced and one was cold. 1 large 1/2 three toppings and the other half two toppings, 1 medium 1/2 two toppings the other half 2 different toppings. Two sides of dressing. Came to $38.00 plus deliver fee and plus tip, came to $45.00! I should have paid attention closer to the price when on the phone ordering. Could have and should have gone to Texas Roadhouse. Tried to order two med pizzas online. No go. Called them and was quoted 18.00 for two med two topping pizzas. Same as the copon price online. Got there and was charged 36.and change for TWO, MEDIUM, TWO TOPPING PIZZAS. Unless those pizzas are made with gold, somebody has been smoking the electric lettuce. Put my money back in my wallet and walked out. If its so good, you eat it. read more

Now that the Pizza Hut near my house is gone, I happened to give Dominoes a try. Glad I did. There pizza is pretty good. It's not phenomenal but for their $7.99 three topping carry out pizza, it's a great deal for pretty decent tasting pizza. The toppings tasted fresh and looked good. They also have a Bbq sauce option, among others, included with those traditional red marinara sauce. We had plenty of toppings to choose from for our family. We also had some wings. Not too many choices in Wing sauce, and the one we had (that wasn't hot) was a little too hot for us. More sauce options, please! The restaurant is cleeeeaaaan & open, though we didn't stay to eat. Not top of the pizza world but pretty good, nonetheless. read more

Workers chit chat was obnoxious and loud. Ofcourse the food was good it's basically pre made.

We used their app to order pick up carry out food. A new button (because of COVID) showed up that stated push when you have arrived and someone will bring your order out. We followed this information and received a message stating to go to the counter. One inside an employee became extremely rude over the fact that a mask was not being worn. Again we were using there app and trying to follow their suggestions as state by such. We have always enjoyed this location but we will not support them any longer and will encourage other to do likewise. read more

Domino's is a reliable chain - I've very rarely been disappointed in the slightest with them. But this location not only nails it every time they really do check for quality during their quality checks. One time it was taking forever on the quality check and after our pizza was delivered I received an email telling me something failed the quality check and I was credited +1 free pizza. So not only did I get a better pizza because the quality check worked as intended, but they give you a free pizza when that happens because of the time delay. You guys are always awesome! Got a pizza and some Parmesan bread bites tonight, seems to be a usual for us. Mmmmmmm. There's a reason for regular orders, am I right? I just couldn't believe I hadn't given you guys a 5 star review yet. Had to do it. Thank you guys! My first time ordering Domino's while on the road. Ordered a pepperoni, sausage, and mushroom thin crust at 3:30 P. M., 7/10/19. It arrived in 20 minutes, hot and fresh and flavorful. Perfect balance of sauce, cheese, and toppings, perfectly cooked. The telephone person was polite and helpful. The delivery person was courteous as well. Well done, folks! read more

I'll start with the positive: The Staff Members, especially the delivery drivers, are awesome. Always cool and friendly. The delivery time has also been great; however, (the negative) time & time again, I receive pizzas with only minuscule amounts of cheese (i wish I would have taken pictures)! I have sent, as of this evening, my 3rd order back. In the past I began to order/pay for EXTRA cheese, which never panned out either. I don't care about prices & I order out of convenience so I chose to simply accept the low quality; I don't expect gourmet pizza but come on. Anyone who can give Domino's a high ranking apparently has never had good pizza. Their pizza's have had, have now and probably always will taste little better than the box they come in. Ordered 2 large pizzas, wings and bread. Pizza was so oily by the time I got home with it my car seat was soaked in oil. The crust was so oil soaked it was hard to eat any of it. I have 5 boys, so 2 pizzas would usually end with an empty box. We threw over half of it away. This is the worst pizza we have ever had from here. read more

I've had several problems with this dominos restaurant. First and foremost they have incredibly slow delivery times. They tell you it will be about 30 minutes, and it is over an hour 80% of the time. They have a very difficult time answering they're phones. In two separate incidents it has taken well over 5 minutes for anyone to even answer. I would of course be happy to order online, but the app doesn't work for certain residents. Very disappointed in their terrible customer service. read more

We love the Stuffed Cheesy Breads. The "just cheese", the jalapeno and bacon, and the spinach and feta are all great. The indentations to portion them out helps and they are so easy to portion and freeze and then reheat in the microwave to be a meal or just one part of a meal. I had them with the marinara sauce but we mostly just eat them as is, heated and they are yummy. We had the food delivered and it arrives quickly, helps to be able to see the "lit up as they work" slider online so you don't have to stand waiting and wondering about when to expect them. We've ordered with delivery many times from the Orchard Mesa stpre and the delivery people are always polite. These cheesy breads are great for adding to a picnic basket. Oh, and they aren't super spicy or bland, they come to be eaten as is, with a sauce, or spiced up however you please.
