I went to Noodles and Company for a lunch with some coworkers. I ordered the lemon shrimp scampi. It looked fine enough and tastes okay. Upon closer inspection there was a very long woman's hair in my pasta. I told the cashier and she apologized and said they would remake it. She even offered a cookie. I thanked her. The remake had ANOTHER hair in it. That is unacceptable. 1 star. Do not come here to eat. read more

This place is very interesting. We come from Southern California where the Italian and Asian restaurants are plentiful and decided to try this place on our road trip. I'd say the food is "Americanized Italian and Asian". If you're looking for a quick meal that is pretty flavorful and clean tasting, this is a good stop. very frustrating. every single time i go i get the pene rosa and ask for no mushrooms and every single time i get mushrooms. i've tired letting it go but it keeps happening and tonight i went again and of course i ask for no mushrooms, and of course i got mushrooms and they seemed annoyed when i went up and told them i need it remade and i was given back a bowl that was half as full as the first one with mushrooms and they don't take up that much space in the bowl. will not eat mushrooms. they also don't have impossible chicken anymore which is ridiculous because it's a permanent menu item and as a vegetarian it's one of the one things i was able to have but i've been very frustrated with my past experiences. read more

Was looking for something different to eat verses usual burger place. Found this place on google map. We came in near closing and could see right away staff was taking pride and focus on cleaning dining area. Our cashier Elizabeth was polite and helpful. Food was made to order and fresh. I was beyond skeptical to try Noodles, typically don't eat at chains. I was pleasantly surprised that I enjoyed it as much as I did. I got the orange chicken lo mein, it was delivered promptly and was a good lunch choice. Will order again. read more

Noodles is a good alternative to fast food. It's clean, pretty quick, and pretty good. While there are lots of different flavor options, it is a primarily a "noodle" place as the name suggests. There are some sandwiches and some appetizers. The Med sandwich is my favorite sandwich; I like it with the cucumber/tomato side salad. The Mac and cheese is to die for but its a lot of just that same flavor. The pesto Cavatappi and Penne Rosa are yummy (I have with the Parmesan chicken). I had the Korean beef dish today, which was spicy and good. The potstickers are surprisingly good...my favorite on the menu. Many of the other dishes are either too sweet or not flavorful enough for my taste. Service is always pretty good. I have a beef with the drink dispenser. It's one of those fancy touch screen machines with like 50 drink choices. If there are kids in front of you, you may as well just swallow your spit a lot because it takes sometimes 5 minutes to get to fill your soda or beverage. read more

First time here even though the restaurant has been opened for several years. My husband and I thought we would give them a try since we had some coupons from them. My husband had the Pad Thai with shrimps and steaks. The shrimps are huge but you only get about 5 in the bowl. The steak tasted good, just the slices are inconsistent. I had the Green curry with shrimp and steaks. The curry is on the spicy side so if you don't like spicy I would stay away from this bowl. They used the same type of noodles for both the Pad Thai and the Green Curry bowl. They cooked the noodles on the al dente which we weren't used to for Asian bowls. I would recommend. Price is decent. 07/03/19 Tried the new Spicy Peanut Sauce noodles with shrimp today. First, there was 3 shrimps when I got the dish. I asked about the amount of protein was told it supposed to come with 5 shrimps. Guess what....they cooked me two additional shrimps, tasted boiled no flavor at all. Second, the spicy peanut sauce is not spicy and no hint of peanut sauce. The only peanut flavor is from the crushed peanuts they added. And last but not least the noodles were over cooked and mushy. They stuck to the bottom of the bowl. Based on this experience I would not recommend the Spicy Peanut Sauce dish. On the positive side, the other two dishes that were ordered were good. read more

Food tasted well but short haired red head at the grand junction location (her name is NYX) has no brain power. I needed a lid for my SMALL and she proceeded to hand first my boyfriend a regular lid which obviously isn't going to fit. I Personally went up to get a SMALL lid and she handed me yet another regular lid which i proceeded to tell her it's not going to fit I need a Small. She told me it should and handed me a regular lid so i had said forget it and had to leave my food to waste. IM GETTING OVER THE FLU AND JUST WANTED TO TAKE MY FOOD HOME. NYX continued to make me feel like an idiot when she constantly only gave me a regular lid for my small bowl. IM DUMBFOUNDED AT HER. I'm so disappointed in customer service. read more

We have always been able to order gluten free at other chain noodles and company locations, and they have made accommodations for food allergies to avoid cross contamination. This location just told us we can't have allergy aware/sensitive preparation. If you depend on this location for these options beware as they seem unwilling to accommodate. read more

Most dishes I've tried here have been pretty anemic flavor-wise. And judging by the other Noodles & Co locations I've been to, anemic flavors are company policy. Mind you, anemic doesn't mean gross or off-putting (the ingredients usually seem fresh and all)...just kind of "meh." Needless to say, I don't get excited to come here, but if you're in a pinch and really can't stomach typical fast food, there are a few decent options. For lighter fare, there's a thai curry soup I don't mind - just don't expect it to be very filling. First time dining here. The employees are friendly, helpful and efficient. I was very impressed & pleased with the service. I was disappointed with the food, however. The macaroni in the Wisconsin Macaroni and Cheese was way overcooked, and the bottom of the bowl had water, meaning the pasta wasn't fully drained. And it was BLAND. Really not much flavor at all. This one is tiny compared to the one in Colorado Springs, but the food is fresh and there are many healthy choices. I had the cheesesteak and really enjoyed it. The bun was fresh and flaky and the steak was tender. My kids hate the mac and cheese from the blue box, but love the N&C version. They have one of those new drink machines that has every imaginable soft drink including Dasani peach. Nice! read more

Would always stop at Noodles & Co in Denver before one arrived in Grand Junction. Always had great food, experience and service. Sadly, the Grand Junction store is lacking all of these! The service is OK at best, food portions are NEVER consistent and the store is always too cold. I asked for an extra lime for Pad Thai and they charged ($1.00) for "extra sauce" on my receipt. I think it's always hard to review a chain unless it's significantly better or worse than the other members of that chain. This one was just fine. I've enjoyed the food here. It's pretty quick and there are lots of different options. I mostly go here to take my mother-in-law a meal that has some flavor, but not challenging for a 90 year old. read more

I've tried this establishment through Dashdoor while we were on a road terip. My overall opinion that the food tastes good, nothing fascinating but it is tasty, although i think it is a bit overpriced. They have small and big portions but my partner could easily finish his and he is not somebody who usually eats a lot. It was a decent portion but for somebody who has a bigger appetite it would have been fairly enough. He ordered the pad thai and it was 7$ but than all of a sudden it was 3.45 more because we have added chicken. -I mean what kind of pad thai would it be without any meat? They should have said that every dish is vegetarian and you can add protein for extra money, because that was the case. We end up paying 22$ for our meal while the thai restaurant was offering traditional thai cuisine for half price. They also forgot my soda what i added to my order but charged me anyway. I found it a bit annoying but we didnt have any other option since the thai rastaurant didnt have a delivery. To me it was a bit of disappointment to be honest. :( read more

This Noodles and Company has been opened in Junction for quite some time now, and I was told by many a friend in Denver that they were rather good restaurants to eat, and since we were just across the street it seemed like a great idea to try it out. I got the Japanese Pan Noodles, my wife got the Chicken Caesar salad. The food was pretty tasty, and seemed like really fresh ingredients however upon returning home and waiting a few hours we both found that we were extremely sick to the stomach, and aside from breakfast (which we made early in the morning) this was all we had eaten. We haven't eaten dinner because we feel that bad, I don't know if this is the norm, and from how busy it was and how many pretty good reviews it got, maybe we were just very unlucky. read more

This was my second visit to Noodles & Company. I did not review on the first visit, which was just after the opening. Then I had the Steak Stroganoff. The noodles were great, couldn't be better. The Stroganoff topping had good flavor. But there was very little of it, probably half of what it should have had. Today, about two months later I decided to try again. This time I had the Spaghetti & Meatballs. The portion size was ok, but not great. The flavor of the Marinara was average. The spaghetti pasta was not cooked well. I had about 10 spaghetti strands that were cooked together. You really can't eat this, as it is just a gummy mass. The meatballs, all five of them, are bitesized. They were also just average, not great. Problem is they were slightly burned on one side. The cook managed to place them burned side down so you didn't see them. But you certainly tasted the burned flavor, and little else. Trying to hide you faults is a big problem. When your name is Noodles, your pasta should be good all the time. After all its your name. Consistancy seems to be one of their problems. I might try one more time, not sure. I'm just not excited about this place. A good idea for a quick meal, but just not that good. We stopped here on the way to Lake Powell with my family. I ordered the penne and it was too spicy for me. My family was telling me to bring it back but I was too embarrassed. The girl who took our order stopped by the table to see how everyone was doing and noticed I had not touched my food and could see I was flushed from the spicy food. She recommended beef stroganoff and brought me a new meal in a few minutes. The customer service was so far above and beyond the normal sort of comfort food restaurants, I was blown away. I was hoping that because it was a chain, that at least it would be constant, but I guess they don't have access to the fresh products as others do. I'm a little spoiled I admit, eating noodles all over the world, from Bangkok to Hong Kong, to Japan, to Vancouver, and Toronto, this is the worst I've eaten. And anytime you cook Southeast Asia noodles, especially rice noodles, one's got to carry fish sauce. I live in California, where good asian food is easy to find, so that has probably somewhat tainted my review. Here in Grand Junction, Noodles & Company is the only place I've found to get good Pad Thai, and other Asian noodle dishes. The portions are a bit on the small side, and my noodles could have used more sauce... they were a BIT bland. However, I was missing Thai food, and this did the trick.
