I really appreciate that they have gluten free. Pretty dang crunchy in some spots but unless you're going high end, this is expected. My kids enjoyed their Hawaiian pizza- a medium was a good amount for my 10 and 6 year old to split in one sitting. There was a deal going on that made it cheaper to get a pizza with chicken than to get a pizza alone so I got some... and warning- the "sweet" bbq wings are so spicy no one in my family could tolerate them so we threw them away! We ordered 5 pizzas for our tribe at the Herriman,Ut location & there was an issue with our order. I called into the PIzza store to discuss it and they actually answered the phone pretty quickly. I believe the staff members name was Lucas. In addition, the staff member who answered the phone listened respectfully & was willing to fix the issue right away. He made no excuses & only expressed a desire to make the situation better. Best customer service experience & response I have had in a long time. Lastly, the store condition appears very clean and maintained. We will be using this location again. read more

This is supposed to be the Chicken Habanero sandwich. Worst I've seen it. The chicken that WAS on the sandwich seemed like it was there by mistake, a straggler if you may. The service was terrible, we called to see if the pepperoni was beef or pork. We asked one of the workers to check the ingredient box, ( We are Hindu and do not consume beef) she said she pepperoni box did not have the ingredients listed. Seems pretty weird that a box of pepperoni would lack ingredients. Living in Herriman is tough not having the best pizza. This is the Domino's that I live closest to, I've ordered here more than a few times, and with the comments saying their pizza's aren't proportional or what not, I always order carry out. Last night I ordered a supreme pizza and was worried that the topics would just be on one side of the pie, but not, it was perfect and perfectly proportioned with it's toppings. I ordered a couple hours ahead of time. The pizza tracker showed that the order was late to leave the store. After 15 minutes, I called and they said the driver was out with multiple orders. I waited another half hour and called. Now they were saying one driver was in an accident but they had no idea where my order was. After more than 50 minutes late my $66 order was delivered cold. No apologies. Domino's is advertising how they have been compelled to upgrade their stores. They need to upgrade their people with better training and support. This pizza giant seems to be crumbling under their own weight. Next time I'll trust Yelp and choose a place that delivers quality food on time, instead of cold food from an uncaring and late franchise. read more

I placed my order online. Was given a 10 minute window for pick-up. I arrived in the window and my food wasn't in the oven yet. It was still in prep after 40 minutes. If it wasn't for the tv screen I wouldn't have known this. When I went back and asked if the screen was accurate they said yes and said they are not responsible for time given on-line. I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes from arrival and finally got my food. No offer of discount or anything. Just a last second sorry we have been busy....they had a ton of employees and they are responsible for what the Dominos website says to customers. I ordered two chicken pizzas on December 26th 2016 and the chicken had a big bone in it and it was cold. So I decided to called to let them know and they where very nice and understanding about it and said that they would place a credit on my account and I was very happy about that. Tonight on 01/03/2017 I called to use the credit and they could not find the credit in the system and would not honor it, so I told them that they have lost a customer. I only use Dominos when I'm lazy and want a pizza delivered. The online ordering dealeo is pretty slick. So slick in fact that my 9 year old does the ordering. Food quality is pretty bad but sometimes a nasty greasy soggy crust pizza is just what the doctor ordered. My last experience I burned the roof of my mouth so they are delivering hot right out of the oven pizzas. Thats a bonus! I rate Dominoes 4 stars because if you're ordering Dominoes and have high expectations, you need your head examined. They are good at what they do and you get what you expect. I have ordered from this place a few times for convenience so there are lots I could review but Ill stick to the one I just got. first description, cold...completely. there are a total of 3-4 pepperoni's per slice at best and there are entire slices that dont even have cheese????? How did they even manage that? This place was good for a Dominos but they have seriously gone down hill. I don't know why I expected better this time. Overall the pizza was complete crap.
