I don't feel comfortable with a particular delivery driver. Every time a certain delivery driver delivers my pizza, he always asks me for a tip, and tipping is optional, not mandatory. There have been times when I've gotten a cold pizza. I'm not someone who complains, but I am 100% positive it's written in the handbook not to ask a customer for money, and this same delivery guy asked me for a tip yesterday, and according to what I have read, it is against the rules and against policy. I am not somebody who complains; as a matter of fact, I never complain, but this particular delivery driver has asked me for a tip on two separate occasions. Tipping is optional, not mandatory. I love the pizza; I do, but I don't feel comfortable with being asked for a tip by a certain delivery driver. I'm sorry to have to leave a three-star rating. I love the pizza, but I think it is against policy to solicit a tip from a customer who doesn't know if their pizza will be hot because there have been times where I've gotten a cold pizza--not that I mind that I don't, and I am not trying to get anyone in trouble, but I am just bringing it to the store's attention, that's all. I placed a mobile order for carry out. As I tracked the order, the pizza was prepared and went into the oven relatively quick. The tracker on the app showed that the order was ready, in which I arrived minutes later. Upon arrival, my name was on the order screen and stated "ready". However, the associate informed me it was not ready yet. I waited another 10 minutes for my order. HORRIBLE! I ordered pizza tonite & it was just left on my front stairs, so, when we discovered it, after it was overdue 25 minutes, my pizza was full of ANTS!!! Don't go to the Norfolk Rd. Holbrook chain if you have food allergies. My husband and I ordered a gluten free pizza for our daughter with Celiac disease. A regular pizza was delivered. Husband tried calling the store, was hung up on once and the other time no answer until he was walking in their door. He returned with the pizza and asked for a gluten free pizza. The manager made it but put in on the counter along with the regular pizzas. She proceeded to cut it using the same knife she used on the regular pizzas. He pointed out the cross contamination. She said she wasn't remaking it, canceled the order and told him to get the f out. Never refunded the money for the one they gave us in error. The person answering the phone made fun of the way she talked the whole time and mocked her. We stopped by to speak to the manager and come to find out it was the manager being rude on the phone. Order here weekly. LOVE the Parmesan garlic bread twists-always order them and with an extra marinara sauce (for $.79 extra each.). Well, about a month ago I didn't get the second sauce so I called and was told they'd bring it by. No one ever showed. Let it go but didn't order for two or three weeks. Ordered again and when it showed up the order was correct including the extra marinara. Ordered again one week later (tonight) and ordered TWO orders of the garlic twists and each with an extra marinara sauce (for an additional 1.58 pretax) but didn't receive the extra two. Called and spoke with an associate who transferred me to a manager who offered to send out two new orders with the correct amount of sauce OR to comp my bill tonight and also send me a free order of garlic twists with the next order I placed. Pretty good food, in the middle of town, the special meal sales are great. Only problems are they have no tables to eat there (they have a petition to fix this), are new so don't know everything yet, and have forgotten a few side orders, surprisingly they went back just to bring a thing of butter sauce. The only other thing I've noticed, and not to be callus but their delivery people are a little up there on age, I hope they aren't being worked to hard and are getting tipped well. This time I ordered online for delivery. Tracker said driver left store at 7:59pm. I live 1.2 miles from the store. 45 minutes later he still hadn't arrived. We order from this Dominos a lot. Don't really enjoy their pizza (which says nothing about this particular store, we just don't like dominos pizza in general) So we get pasta which we really enjoy but they occasionally mess up my custom order. My boyfriend gets the same chicken Alfredo pasta bread bowl every time and they never seem to mess his up because it a common menu item, not a build your own, customizable thing. I do a custom pasta with vegetables in a dish and on numerous occasions they have sent it with chicken or in a bread bowl instead of a dish. Word to the wise, the pasta in a dish comes with more pasta than the pasta in a bread bowl. So you just choose whether you'd rather have more pasta or some seasoned bread. read more

I would give them zero stars if I could. I've ordered pizza from them once or twice a week for over a year now and it's always been okay, but tonight was HORRIBLE. Our pizza showed up late, and the toppings had slid off to one side. Which is no big deal. Normally I'd just push the toppings back on because sloppy pizza is still good pizza. However one of the crusts was completely undercooked. I mean, totally inedible. When I called to complain, the manager (Mike) was incredibly rude and said there was no way it was undercooked because they use a special oven. He refused to give me a refund unless I gave the pizza back. He actually called my husband a liar. He also refused to give us the name of the franchisee owner, saying that he was the only one in charge. I've worked customer service for years and I have never seen such atrocious customer service. Place to order at 7:15 p.m. and watched the tracker run it through until quality insurance at 7:47pm. Then it just was stuck and I received an email that the order was received at 8:15 p.m. The email said the order will arrive in 52-62 minutes. I called at 9:30pm and they said he it was just leaving then. I asked if the pizza had been sitting there for 2 hours and he said he'd be happy to cook another one. Because I couldn't wait I told him to deliver it as is. I guess I'll just eat it tomorrow. This is my first experience with Domino's and now it is my last. I'm still waiting for delivery. read more
