The mocktail was also excellent and felt thoughtfully made rather than just tasting like juice. For food, the short ribs pho was fantastic. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the portion was generous with tender pieces of meat. Definitely one of the better pho presentations I have had in the area. I also ordered the sizzling steak pate with baguette, which came out hot and smelled amazing. The steak was tender and savory, the egg added richness, and pairing everything with the fresh baguette made for a really satisfying dish.
