If you're in a rush to get pizza and have an expectation for cleanliness then you should probably get your pizza from somewhere else. For starters, the online ordering process is great. This store location was busy. That's fine. I placed the order at 6:05pm on a Friday night. I understand, it's gunna be busy. Here's where my complaint starts. When the online tracker told me my pizza was out of the oven and ready, it was 7:15 at that time. I walk into the store and see the waiting room was full of people. One man was getting a refund because they gave him all the wrong pizzas and he wanted his money back. I hear one lady on the phone saying she's been waiting in the store for an hour. Everyone in there looked like they've been waiting for some time. I begin looking behind the counter at the staff preparing the pizzas.. This is the WORST part... none of the staff were wearing gloves and were handling the toppings, the cheese and handling the dough with no gloves. I see one staff member wipe sweat off of her fore head with her hand and begin handling toppings again. I was grossed out. read more

I uber eats pizza the other night so we could eat it throughout the week. It took about 30 minutes from the time of ordering it to get to my house. Immediately when I tried it, it was flimsy, but I thought Maybe if I put it in the fridge overnight the texture would come out better when I heated it up the next day. This is the worst pizza in general experience I've ever had. The pizza is completely inedible. It's soggy. It's flimsy. Typically when I order it's always really good, even when I heat it up throughout the week, but this time was a complete disappointment and waste of my money. I I called the location to talk to the manager about my experience and hopefully get a better pizza or a refund but their automatic bot is saying that they're having issues with their cell phones so I was unable to speak to anyone. We have always had amazing service when we order from this location. Pizza has always been hit and great tasting. We order from here often!

The staff are so nice the food is amazing and everything is so nicely delivered and transported I totally recommend.

This is how I got my pizza delivered I called and they said maybe the toppings shifted. We only live a few blocks away I don't see how toppings has anything to do with this. Absolutely the worst. I've given them 3 chances now. The only consistency is my order has been screwed up every time. Undercooked, wrong ingredients, and forget about any special instructions you may add to you order. Today's delivery looked like it had been in a car crash. Everything smashed to one end of the box. Was wrong. An Undercooked dough glob of inedible junk. This is my last order from these folks. Can't wait until more competition comes to our little town. Then they will sink. Just ordered my first pizza with the Dominos Pizza App, it was easy and SO QUICK! My pizza was here within 20 minutes of my conveniently ordering 2 pizzas, both pizzas were hot and fresh! In addition, I ordered 2 Lava Crunch Cakes that we're so divine! The thin crust pizza is always burnt and even after pointing it out to the staff they don't care or offer to replace the pizza. The online order tracker will say the order is ready, then I get there and it isn't even in the oven. This has happened multiple times. We were very loyal customers, but now we will be driving to Burleson for edible pizza. Burnt pizza is the worst. It's not just the edges but the toppings are also burnt. Such a waste of my money and employees that don't care about delays or sending you with pizza that should just be thrown away. read more

The people who own this Domino's have their employees working with no air conditioning! Inside the building was 102!! The night manager was yelling at the employees that wanted to quit. These are mostly teenager...really! Just a heads up as to how they are treating their employees. read more

I've been ordering from this Domino's for the 3 years that Ive lived in Joshua and I HAD always been happy with our service. However for the past 4-6 months I haven't been able to get a single order from them that has been correct or made properly. Either they forget the sauces I have to pay for, or entire salads. The pizza is always hot upon arrival which is great, but I've also had them deliver uncut pizzas...twice. I mean come on. Idk the reason for their declining service but it's getting pretty pathetic read more

I ordered two medium pizzas from the Domino's website with an online coupon for 13.99. The delivery guy showed up with one pizza and a bill for 14.82. I explained that I ordered two pizzas and they were missing one. He went back to the store. I later spoke to the store manager, Justin, who was very rude about the whole issue. He insisted that I did not use a coupon and I was wrong. He seemed to be more interested in blame and fault that resolving the issue. He even said that I said he personally messed up. He even said that wasn't what I said, but it was what I meant. Wow, how do you resolve an issue with a mind reader who is wrong. I finally had to hang up as he was insistent on arguing with me. I will contact his manager, Greg Hush, to follow up and try to get the contact info for the owner (per Justin) Lucas Blwell. Hopefully they are professional businessmen and not an irate employee looking to win a fight. read more
