This location is the worst for over promising and under delivering. Order placed at 5:21 pm. Delivery by 5:50 to 6:05. At 6:15, the time was changed to delivery by 6:15 to 6:30. Pizza showed up at 6:45. Pizza was dry and luke warm. I called the location and asked for a manger. The person who answered the phone said they were the manager. I asked why this happens every time. The 'manager' said, "Well, we only have one driver...". This is an excuse, not a reason, nor is it an apology. I asked to speak to the general manager and was told he's not here, and that they cannot give out his number. I call BS on that. The pizza is good, but not worth the wait. And the lack of customer service is appalling. read more

The pizza is honestly my favorite--but the service is terrible. Delivery is hit or miss, and the app or staff rarely communicate when it's not available. Calling for help is a joke--no one answers, or you get transferred endlessly. The manager actually told me to just choose pickup if I want better service, without knowing if that's even possible for me. Rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Approximate time at ordering was 15-20 mins. It has been an hour since ordering and food was not delivered. Called to check on when it was going to be delivered and if it was going to be hot by the time it arrived. They stated they only had one driver and can't guarantee it being hot or fresh when it arrived. The best thing they could do is cancel the order and refund my money. I wasted a lunch break waiting on the food and their solution was to cancel the order, give me my money back and for me to go away. Horrible service!!! read more

PSA: Shelby was very rude. She called to tell me she is canceling my order because she doesn't have a delivery person. I asked if she would please just hold it for me and I'll pick it up. She then hung up on me. I had to drive to the location. Shelby had the doors locked at 1pm. When she opened it she told me that she canceled the order. That the money will go back on my card. It is now day 7 and the money still hasn't been refunded. They don't even have a customer service number to call. At this point I am almost positive Shelby is not only rude but a thief as well. read more

This is by far one of the worst Pizza shops I've ever seen. Over a year ago I waited over an hour for my delivery that was estimated to arrive within 20 mins. I first tried calling the store but no one ever answered. I ended up going to the store and found no one working inside. Luckily I found my pizza in a stack of pizza waiting to be delivered but who knows if anyone was still working there. A few months later I tried ordering pizza again from this location for a football game. Knowing my past experience I order this pizza for carry out. I arrived to the store with a full lobby of people waiting to get their food. There were two people cooking pizzas but neither wants to talk to any of the customers. Finally a delivery driver came in to grab more pizza but instead hopped onto the register and started helping people get their food. Now, today I order delivery from this location on accident today and yet again they messed something up. I ordered a BBQ pizza and when the pizza arrived it was marinara. I called the store and they told me that they would make a new pizza and have to sent over and several hours later still no pizza. Luckily I order cheesy bread and ate that. read more

This location 1 never delivered my order. after calling and trying to speak with the manager and the delivery driver stating that they came and knocked and left the food outside when none of these thing happened. I ordered 7 pizzas - 6 off the menu and 1 "create your own" plus two sides of breadsticks and bread bites. We pre-ordered for later pick-up. The entire order was made correctly and on time. They even got the correct # of marinara cups right. This was my first experience with this location and I have no criticisms. This transaction took place early on a Thursday afternoon. So, not the same as busy weekend night, but still they got everything right. No issues for quality of food - what you'd expect. 5 stars might be too generous, but there was nothing wrong? read more

I hope to balance out some of the negative reviews out there and give some recognition to this location. Rather than make assumptions on others' orders I want to give an overview of my experience. I ordered my pizza online by phone. I picked it up 25 minutes later. The staff was kind and casual and I joked around with the cashier for a bit. I went home and my family ate some well-made, affordable pizza. Not very exciting, huh? It was exactly what we wanted / needed / expected. If you just need a bite to eat, you'll be fine ordering from this location. That may change if you're ordering at 11pm Friday night for delivery... but for our needs - perfect. read more

Just walked in to pick up my order and they said they didn't have my order even though it was in the system and said they had to remake it. First of all, for people to not choose a chain pizza joint because of a review from a year ago, get a grip. These are restaurants that experience a massive amount of turnover. We aren't talking about the executive chef at Char Bar here. Secondly, because it is a chain, if you chose not to report your issues to corporate or at least management, don't complain. I've had minor issues and have been graciously compensated when I reach out. Lastly, I just ordered from here for the umpteenth time and I screwed up my own order. You heard that right. I messed up what I wanted when I ordered from the mobile app. Before I knew it, my screwed up order was already in the oven & it was my fault. I had already made peace with the fact that I'd be stuck with a pizza that I didn't want but my boyfriend would eat because he eats anything. However, it was like they knew my screw-up and corrected it on their own because it showed up how I wanted it. Not sure how that happened. Perhaps the pizza gods or karma for just not being an A-hole bashing a "fast-food" pizza place that doesn't even have the same employees month to month. Yelp you need to have a zero star option for places like this. I ordered my food over an hour ago. The tracker said that the food was cooked to perfection 43 minutes ago. Nobody has showed up to make the delivery. The hotel staff says that Domino's and Pizza Hut are both terrible in this area. They said sometimes it takes up to 2 1/2 hours for a delivery to be made. I simply don't understand how this location can make any money with service like this. Whether it is a corporate store or a franchise owned store somebody owns it and is responsible for this terrible terrible service. It cannot be economically feasible but then again when I looked it Yelp I saw that these type of reviews go back years. I absolutely love dominoes near my home. They said they didn't have a driver but failed to say that over the phone. They also said there phone was not working despite my sister still being on hold with them on the phone. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE & WHOEVER "JESSICA" IS TERRIBLE. When the pizzas arrived, the veggie one had little to no cheese on it and the wrong crust. When I called the store there was a lady that answered. I explained to her what was wrong and she tried to rush me off the phone without confirming the address and what needs to be fixed. I called back again to try to verify if they needed our address again and the same woman kept on rudely saying how "We have Caller ID" without just giving a simple response of if they needed our address again and then proceeds to hang up in my face. So I called back again to ask for a manager and the same exact woman who had poor customer service answered. When I asked to speak to the manager she started claiming that she was the manager. I could clearly tell she was lying. She claimed her name was Jessica and refused to give a last name. Delivery order at 6:34 through the web site. $55 for 1 cheese pizza, 14 chicken bites, cheese bread and brownies bites. 1hr and 28min later it shows up at my door when the tracker said it was checked at 6:51 then 7:54 delivery and guess what. No marinara they charged me for the pizza wasn't even like warm, chicken bites were so dry my dog wouldn't touch them and the cheese bread was a blacked turd. I have to think that this is one of the poorest performing Dominoes stores. The personnel are rude, including the girl that yells at you when you come in "Name?"; then someone from the back yells "No!" which meant that your pizza wasn't done. My pizza was started according to the "tracker" at 6:06 on and wasn't ready until 6:47 pm, which means that someone is tracking how soon they start the pizzas but not when they are delivered. Whoever owns this store needs to spend some time there because it's poorly run and staffed. read more
