My mom ordered pizzas from here tonight and there was hair under the cheese stuck to the crust. You couldn't even put it out without breaking it. It was baked in. Absolutely disgusting. We threw all the food out, including the wings. It's storming so we're not going back out to get anything. They wouldn't refund us. Said they could only give a credit or remake it. Ordered buffalo chicken wings for my kids, placed my order online the tracker app said my order was out for delivery and my delivery driver name was edward the order never showed up but was reported delivered. I live literally 5 minutes from the location in which i placed. When i tried to call dominos the guy answered the phone ask me to hold and after 20 minutes on hold never came back to the call so i hung up and decided to leave a review on there terrible business practice and horrible service. read more

Great customer service is something that is difficult to find these days. With that being said, when I received a call from Steven at Dominos in Kingsland I was completely surprised. He called to ensure we were happy with their service and that the food was good. Our order arrived very quickly, and the delivery driver Lisa was very friendly. Unfortunately they require a $15 minimum to deliver. With 7 or 8 hotels within 2 miles of this dominos that is disappointing. So I'm sure they're good is just like all other dominos. read more

So I can't complain about the pizza yet because I haven't gotten the chance to eat it. But I ordered a large 1 topping pizza which should have been 10.99. I was charged 14.40. Why you may ask? They added extra cheese onto my pizza without asking me. So I politely went in and asked for them to fix the situation, only to have the girl behind the counter to tell me that it would only be about a dollar refund. That's a dollar more in my pocket that I didn't have before but they were none too happy about giving me my dollar and change back. Apparently that dollar is only important when they are scamming it out of customers for items they didn't ask for. read more

I'm only leaving this review because I am so sick of waiting! I order online, it says it will be ready in 9-13 minutes. The tracker tells me to dig in, I arrive in 20 plus minutes and for the 10th time I sat in the waiting area for 30 more minutes. The kids love Dominos, this place has the product they just can't seem to get it out on time. The manager whined because we ordered so much food! 4 pizzas and 2 orders of bites... Sorry? I get that they are short staffed, but say it with a smile and don't mope around the restaurant while impatient customers are sitting in the waiting area! Stop forgetting the ranch I just paid $3 for!! Switching to the base Dominos and hoping better service. The food usually good. Ordered online, app said 22-27 minutes. At 30 minutes, they told me it would be 5 more minutes. At 40 minutes, it turned out that my pizza hadn't even been started to be made yet. The manager said "I just got thrown into this mess" and told me that the app just said 20 minutes no matter how busy(?? This is 9pm on a Thursday night.) they were. All I saw was 4-5 employees who seemed to have no idea what they were doing just standing around. More training please! read more

My god I was so disappointed with my order! I ordered HOT wings and a sandwich that was just so horrible. The wings were undercooked with little to no sauce(what's hot wings without any hot sauce) and the bacon and chicken ranch sandwich was dry!So I don't like to make a big deal out of things but I called them back to inform them about my order. The guy over the phone disagreed with what I had to say about the wings because he so say made them(I don't give a damn who made them the shit was dry) and he made sure he put sauce on them but where? Lol he didn't want to refund the wings because they don't refund unless something is missing from the order.Now I was only trying to save him time from them delivering me wings I didn't want and who wants food from a person who was just nasty over the phone?Worst experience ever Baby,a hot ass mess deserves not one star!a different guy returned with soggy wings but it was loaded with sauce $16.00 not much but I would've done better buying dq or McDonald's! read more

manager is a complete jerk and a Liability to Domino's. ordered 3 large pizzas (2 of 3 had mushroom) early in day for delivery at 5:45 pm. at 5:45 I called for status update and female worker said they were out of mushrooms and waiting to get some from another store. okay. makes sense. pizzas delivered later and the 2 pizzas that should have had mushrooms had a combined total of 4 mushroom. I called and asked to speak to manager. explained to everything and asked for a financial adjustment to what I paid. manager refused and argued that 1 of the pizzas had at least 4 mushrooms but agreed no mushrooms on 2nd pizza. he offered to give a credit for future pizzas but I explained I likely wouldn't order again because I'm from out of state. he refused, called me a liar and hung up on me. manager will be the cause for a lawsuit against Dominos; sure hope Robert the manager is worth the legal defense bills. read more
