Zaxbys messed up my food and I'm very disappointed. I had my food to go and The lady who took my order could have been nicer. It wasn't a lot of people in Zaxbys. I asked for extra seasoning with my food. So when I got home, I opened my food and I seen that there was not cheese on my food (there was supposed to be cheese on my food) and my food was barely warm. Plus my food was dry, the chicken was burnt. The fries were over cooked, and there was too much seasoning on my fries. The only good thing from Zaxbys were the drinks. The food is always DELICIOUS. The service is always super friendly, and the place is casual and clean. I will be keep coming to this Zaxby's location. They've got a regular customer here! Every time I come here, I get friendly service, whether I'm dining in or going through drive-thru. It's one of my favorite fast food restaurants right now, because the food comes out quick, and has been consistently good. I usually order the traditional Wings & Things with buffalo garlic blaze as my wing sauce, and it's super tasty. Love that sauce! I also love the Zax sauce. Seriously, can't get enough. Every time I've been here, my chicken tenders and fries are fried to perfection. And everything tastes great! I've tried the fried pickles as well, and they're really tasty with ranch. I've also tried the fried cheddar bites, but I didn't really like them. Zaxby's ice is my favorite! I also always request all flats for my wings and have never had a problem with that special request. The dining area has plenty of booths for guest. It's a super casual vibe and the restaurant and restrooms are clean. Like I said, I will definitely be returning to this location when I'm in need of a quick meal and craving for some yummy chicken. 1. I ordered a wing meal. I was given wings only, but charged for the entire meal. 2. Their Health Department Rating was 84. Very Poor. They said they attended to all the recommendations. BUT WHY DID THEY HAVE TO BE FORCED TO DO IT???? 3. Floor was filthy. 4. They stuck a note on the register that they were OUT OF NAPKINS. 5. Meals for two old ladies and 9 yo kid were $50. One spoonful of extra coleslaw was $2. What?? Maybe 3 ounces???? 6. They suggested I take the small drink cup with my meal. Why???????? It's 105F in South Georgia. 7. The new DRY RUB Lemon pepper isn't dry. It's an OIL. And those wings were APPEARED to have been baked, or run thru an air fryer, THEN DIPPED INTO THE SPICED OIL. You will need napkins to tamp off the dripping oil. Taste was fine, but who needs three tbsp of oil??????! Very similar to Huey's spiced oils. TREMENDOUSLY Disappointed. Numerous teenagers came in. The food is consistently good so the kitchen staff are rockstars. However anything that has to be done at the window is wrong almost every visit. The meals come with drinks but we order 1 extra for the food that doesn't have one. The receipt never shows the meal drinks so we always have to prove what we ordered, even though it shows on their paperwork. I've spoken to the manager previously, and she didn't realize the receipt was set up that way. She said it would be corrected, but it never was. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. It was almost 100 degrees outside, yet inside it was at least 85 degrees and the fans were not on. The service was not good. The food was mediocre. This location used to be good and worth the money. In addition, I witnessed a kitchen employee use the restroom and not wash his hands. That's unsanitary and absolutely disgusting! We were on our way to Florida and we stopped at this location. I got what I normally get; Chicken strips and fries with coleslaw. I did not forget the Zaxby's sauce either. Second time, figured I'd give it another chance, I ordered ahead and walked in to pick up. Workers were just hanging out and looked at me without saying anything. First mistake was going through the drive they. When we finally got to the window the order was wrong. We gave back the food and after another wait the order was wrong again. I liked this Zaxby's 1) becasue they were playing Christian music 2) I love chicken. 3) I love french fries ...So i guess 2 & 3 fits the bill for all Zaxby's.
