I mean overcooked to a crunchy noodle-like consistency. The chicken chips were new for me. Imagine if you took a normal sized chicken strip, and sliced it into 15-20 slices and then individually breaded and or coated each slice. This is what I had. I'm not even sure what they are called, definitely not boneless wings. Admittedly, my hopes were not high when I saw the Zaxby's bag on the table, but I did have some hope. They were dashed by the food. I didn't go inside the restaurant, but if the food served is any reflection of how the place itself is run (and it often is), I would be concerned.

I don't think I've come in once where they haven't been super short staffed and most of the team seems newer and confused. They do always handle the crowd and the pace with friendliness but you can tell the employees are sometimes tense with one another and it doesn't seem like they're set up for success. Day before it wasn't a problem. May try this place again, may not. Sometimes it all comes down to your employees and managers. The good...they have a couple new sauces.
