Ordered to go. Granted it was 7pm Labor Day. I was told 22-27mins no problem. Went to drive up 35 minutes later. Oh your order is in the oven probably will be another 10 mins. Not thrilled but ok want to show grace. So I wait. Someone else comes to the window 10-15 minutes later..have you been helped. I explained to him the situation. He comes back your order is probably in the oven and it'll be 10 or 15 minutes. Told the kid not ok can you please check. He comes back we can't exactly find your order. I explained I've already paid for it can you please find it. At this point we'll after 8pm. Wait another 10 minutes. He finally comes back with my order. Hands it out the window you can have a free drink for the hassle. I thank him. Get home now close to 9pm. Didn't get to open the boxes right away but when I did I was shocked to say the least! I'd ordered boneless wings and breadsticks. I got chicken nuggets and garlic knots dripping with butter. Their boneless wings are not boneless wings they are cheap nuggets. Unfortunately, this was absolutely disappointing first-time experience with this local Domino's of Klamath Falls located on Washburn. If I could rate it as negative 5 - I would! My "build my own Philly steak" medium pizza LITERALLY had only one little piece of steak on one of the pizza pieces - the rest of the pizza was meatless/steak-less. What a waste of time, anticipation, loss of "good mood for pizza" and, most of all, I love Domino's pizzas and, wherever I lived, I always ordered from Domino's only - but never again would I order from this local shop. Trash! Got there 40 mins before closing and the 4 or 5 employees there were listening to music so loud they couldn't hear the door bell ring. Kept banging on the door but they still wouldn't listen until an unpleasant employee told me to use the drive thru window. Once I got home and tried my pizza and it was straight up garbage just as their employees. The guy that took my money at least apologized and was nice but all the other fools straight up trash! I can't rate it 0 stars unfortunately. We ordered our pizza, bread and wings on the App. we scheduled our delivery like we have in the past to be delivered by 5pm. Our pizza, bread, and wings did not get delivered until 5:42pm. Mind you we placed our order at 2:54. Tried calling the store 48 times and no one answered the phone. The delivery kid said that they had people call in and he was told that he had to wait for other deliveries to be ready before he could deliver ours. So, spent nearly $60 to have a nasty cold dinner. This place is totally messed up. I ordered curbside takeout for 5 PM yesterday 10/7/22. When I got there, I called and they told me I had to come in. so inside, they told me they were about 15 minutes behind and they would bring it to my car. There were about 10 employees all running around like they didn't know what they were doing. I waited 45 minutes and went back in where my order was sitting on a shelf almost cold, I was furious but nobody seemed to care. They just brushed me off. I've tried to call and ask for the manager twice but they put me on hold and don't come back to the phone. The food is good but the management has to go. read more

So frustrated. I have crazy food sensitivities and allergies and garlic is a huge trigger so I always order the crust without the garlic and light sauce. Doesn't matter what Dominos pizza I order from no one ever gets it right. Let's pray I don't end up in the ER tonight. Tonight my delivery was bad. I got my food but didn't get my 2-liter orange soda. As the driver started to leave I realized I didn't get the soda. I ordered a large pizza with two ranches and a side of jalapeños. When My boyfriend and I went to go and pick up the pizza they charged us for five ranches and two sides of jalapeños, I tried to explain to the manager what I wanted and he kept looking at me like I was stupid. When my boyfriend was trying to explain he told him "it wasn't that big of a deal". My boyfriend then left because of frustration and let me handle the situation, and I proceeded to just at least ask for the five ranches and other side of jalapeños. He then would not even give me the amount I had initially paid for, then proceeded to yell at my boyfriend out the door of the restaurant trying to fight him. Still slow deliveries. Give them a chance to catch up by reducing their customer load until they get it together. read more

Don't go here if you're on time constraints. You'll order ahead of time, and then get a text that says, "Your food should be ready in about 10 minutes." Then, when you show up 15 minutes after the text, you'll end up waiting another half and hour. My food wasn't even in the oven yet. Save your self some trouble and get a Hot-N-Ready. read more

The pizza was very good, however we went through the drive thru and was told we could park out back in the shade while we waited the 20 min for our order. While I was parked out back with my son waiting, we had our windows down enjoying the breeze. 2 male domino's employees were running in and out the back door yelling at each other and calling each other foul names. I love this place and the pizza is great, but what I didn't like was how the boy that help me was so unprepared to help costumers. First he said that I couldn't get what I always order when I go there and second of all you working in a food service you not supposed to have chew in your mouth. Much improved seating. More room and nicer looking. There's still a funny rack dividing the seating area from the prep area but that might be an easy fix down the road. On Valentine's Day my girlfriend decided to surprise me with a delivery but she ran into obstacle after obstacle trying to work with the staff there, these people did not maintain quality customer service and didn't even speak in a polite manner. Customer service is a big deal to us especially if they are going to be rude. Even the manager was curt and blunt to us. Even if you're a pizza place on a busy night you should keep a positive attitude, which I found there to be none of. The staff altogether need some serious retraining from their district manager or corporate if they ever want to maintain business. When they came back with my pizza it wasn't even a fresh one, they didn't even make themselves accountable to fix the problem, making OUR day as negative as their attitude was. read more

The pizza itself was delicious as usual however for a small pepperoni pizza it took a little over an hour on top of that i had specifically requested that the delivery person not knock or ring the doorbell to my home as there were others in the home sleeping and the following morning i wake to some very angry people because the delivery person rang the doorbell. Placed order, paid online and waited 50 minutes for it to be delivered. Once it arrived we discovered that half of our order had not been brought and the driver said he would bring it back. After waiting for the rest of our order for 35 minutes I called the local Dominos, 3 different times, until someone answered and placed me on hold for 7 minutes, then told me they did not have my other half even ready but if I wanted to wait another 40 minutes they could make it and deliver it, or keep a credit on account for me. Horrible experience!! Rude, sarcastic staff. We ordered a pizza and two salads to be delivered at out hotel. We were told it would be 25-30 minutes, after waiting over an hour we decided to finally call and see when they were going to be delivered. They told us that we called and cancelled our order and that they had never made it. We were put on hold numerous times then eventually hung up on before we could truly understand what happened. So we got in the car and drove to the restaurant and were basically told my card was charged and who knows when it will be credited and no there is no pizza for us. Menu prices changed and have not been updated. Told a different price 2 times for the same or Dr and one included a delivery charge. When I asked why the employee stated they did not know why I received a different prìce online. Then when no was try in to understand the difference in prices the employee said perhaps you need more time, I have other customers.... I hung up. Very good pizza and even better service. We ordered on a Friday evening from a local hotel. We were told it would be 45 mins, but it turned out to be 25 mins and was hot and delicious. The crust was very slightly sweet tasting and there were plenty of toppings. I wish it was closer. read more
