The young woman at the counter, who appeared to have a supervisorial role, was very pleasant and helpful. I settled upon a Royal Crispy Chicken sandwich and 2 coffees with cream. It should be mentioned that the restaurant was not at all busy. I got my sandwich to go and the coffees from a different employee and departed. At the motel I found what I can only describe as a mess in the BK bag--sauce all over the outside of the bun, more lettuce outside the sandwich than in, no tomato, and no cream for the coffee. Had I not been exhausted I would most certainly have returned to the restaurant and demanded a re-do. I did not feel like the new BK commercials alleging that the customer is the king have the BK in Klamath Falls in mind.
