I wasnt feeling to well on New Year's Day so my kids asked for Domino's because they know its not something I'll eat. I ordered them a cheese pizza and one with just bacon. I ordered car-side pickup since I'm not feeling well. I checked in at 4:45. After 20 min I started wondering if I should go in. I waited 5 more minutes hoping I wouldn't have to get out of the car. My pizzas were ready so I told the guy that we ordered car-side pickup since up. His response was yeah, sorry. While waiting, I asked if I could use their bathroom, and her response? "The bathroom isn't for customers, it's employees only." I try to avoid this location when possible based on the fact that you can't pay with case if you are ordering online. They force you to pay with card or you cant place the order. All the other locations let me order online and pay with cash at pickup. But sadly, this is the location nearest me, so I ordered, and regretted it. I ordered a spinach and feta pizza, and ended up with mushrooms also on my pizza. Since I'm highly allergic to mushrooms, I had to throw the whole pizza out. Working in the food industry, they should be aware that food allergies can make people deathly ill, and be far more careful. What if I had not immediately spotted their mistake? I reached out to Dominos directly, who said they were sharing my feedback with the locations manager, but no one reached out to me afterwards. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location. read more

We made a sudden decision to have pizza for dinner tonight so we went and ordered pizza on the app. We initially ordered for pick up at the Ridge Route branch but the app kept getting errors so we moved to ordering from this branch instead. After putting our orders in, I suddenly had the desire to see how our orders would come out. The yelp reviews were pretty negative and the photos provided were not pleasant too so it felt like a gamble ordering in this location. However, once we got our pizzas, everything was perfect. Pizzas came out warm. They completed the order in time, if not sooner. They were not stringent with their meat and veggies at all. The pizzas were baked wonderfully and very much how a Domino's pizza would taste like. This branch did a really good job delivering quality product as expected. Now I know where to get our Domino's pizza when we're in the area. I almost forgot to mention, the app has a section where you can give the staff working on the pizza a message of encouragement. Family member ordered a cheeseburger pizza and what was received was what "may" have been a cheeseburger pizza when it was made, but when it was delivered it was burnt beyond recognition see pictures on this thread. The pizza was delivered at 11:15 PM last night so this morning when they opened I called in to explain what the situation was and to hopefully get a credit back to my sons account for the cost of the pizza. What happened next still has my jaw on the ground. #- The person who answered (Corporate should listen to the recording because he didn't even answer the "hello this is Domino's" ). I wasn't even sure to be honest that I had reached a business? After confirming that I did in fact reach Domino's I asked to speak with a manager, But the person that answered the phone said he wanted details for my call before he would transfer me to a manager. Wait, what? #2- Since I did not desire explaining my story twice I said would you please transfer me to the manager, the person on the phone said OK I am the manager. #3 - I asked what his name was (Since he's a manager I didn't think it would be an issue) Immediately got very defensive and said I am not Required to disclose my name, but he did ask for my name and I said well who are you? and you said you called us what is your name... We're definitely not having a very good customer experience at this point! # - 4 I decided to stop wasting time and dig into the story and explain what the concern was and that we would like a refund, but he said because we waited till the next day to make the phone call there was nothing they could do. # -5 I said wait a minute...we paid for a product a pizza that showed up to our door burnt beyond recognition , it wasn't even eaten, I still have the pizza and I have pictures of a pizza that I can bring it to your store to show you RIGHT NOW, and he said sir you should've called last night you should have expressed your concerns at the time it happened. (Fact Of the matter is my son who ordered the pizza did call in last night and they told him that there's nothing they could do and then he would have to call corporate on Monday) the whole reason I was calling because I didn't think this narrative was customer centric and think the franchisee should be handling this issue, not the customer! # 6 - The employee on the phone then in essence called me a liar and said you said you were calling on behalf of your son because your son was too scared to call today? I said that is correct, but he did call last night and that's why I'm calling today because there was no resolution. 7- The employee then very condescendingly told me their location sold over 10,000 pizzas yesterday and that there ovens are perfectly calibrated by temperature by the corporate office in that there's no way that a pizza could be burnt coming out of the oven and that's something must've happened after the pizza was delivered? Wait... Are you saying we bought the pizza after it was delivered? 8. - At this point I pretty much lost my composure (yes I said are you f'ing serious...)because he's basically telling me We are fraudsters,that we must have put the pizza in our home oven and burnt it in order to get a $25 refund??? Does this clown really think I would waste my time on Sunday to try to get $25 out of his franchise? I run a multi million dollar organization and our culture and ethos is100% about delivering a great customer experience from beginning to end, and this experience with this particular dominoes franchise he was one of the most unprofessional customer experiences I've ever experienced with any company EVER! So now tomorrow, on a Monday, instead of doing productive activities, I will be calling Domino's corporate to file a full complaint on the way I was mistreated and the way my son was treated not to mention that the product was useless! Really bummed out by this store, been ordering here for a long time, usually always ordered in a pizza and parm twists, and they're always solid. Lately, I haven't even been able to place an online order, and when I call, there's no response. I've tried to place online orders in at least 3-4 times in the past 3 weeks, and granted they are a little later at around 10:30 when everything else is closed, but still, for a pizza delivery service that closes at midnight? The whole point of ordering online is to make things easier, the fact that this store does not allow you to order online and pay when you actually pick up your food in person is absolutely ridiculous. When you are ordering pizza for the family on a school night to try and make things easier/faster this causes a major hassle for our family a lot of times. I have called and complained to the manager but he said the store owner forces this choice against Domino's corporate office wishes... I went in on Friday night, expecting this place to be busy. I was very patient, and had ordered my pizza online an hour ahead of time, for a pickup at 8:30 PM. Boy was that a mistake! The store was full of teenagers, and no sign of a manager. People around me were getting all sorts of incorrect orders. Cheese missing from their pizzas, wrong toppings, half their toppings missing, etc. I ordered a medium 2 topping pizza, arrived before 8:30, and my pizza was not finished. Ok, understandable. What isn't is me having to wait an extra 20 minutes to find out my pizza had been sitting on a shelf, when 3 different people told me my order was still in the oven. I had a hungry 2 year old in my car that didnt eat until 9 PM Best part? The guy cutting pizzas was EATING WITHOUT A FACE COVERING WHILE CUTTING PIZZAS FOR OTHER CUSTOMERS. I love dominoes but would not recommend ordering from this location. We ordered 6 pizzas for our sons party. We ordered in advance and set the delivery for 6 pm. At 6:15 the app said the driver was 5 minutes away. The driver never came. At 6:20 it said our pizzas had been delivered. They were not delivered. I called and got no answer. I called again and was told there was an app issue and an oven issue and the pizzas would arrive. By 7:00 they had still not arrived and no one answered the phone when I called. Finally we had to go pick them up ourselves and the pizzas were sitting there cold. The store atmosphere was like a party. I just got their deluxe large pizza. It was cool watching the Dominos Pizza tracker. It didn't take as long as I expected. The pizza came hot and ready. I signed for the pizza since I bought it through visa and tipped the delivery guy. I told my brother that dinner was here and then served myself a couple of slices on a plate. The pizza was pretty good. The crust was a little on the dry side though and the top was kinda greasy. I liked the garlic butter on the crust though. You could really taste the garlic. This is one of the newer locations in the Lake Forest/Foothill Ranch area. It's a small store but has everything you need (Except paper plates most of the time. The store is clean and has a couple tables inside to sit and dine. You also have a good view of how they make the pizzas right by the counter. I usually always order pick up pizzas here. The wait isn't long and so is the delivery. I love their Large 3 topping Pizza for $7.99 Carry Out deal. That's usually what I get when I have a couple friends coming over. You can't beat that deal. And Dominoes really has stepped it up in the chain pizza store world. Their quality, taste and even crust has gotten better 10 folds since back in the early 2000s so now I'm a fan.
