Not a comment on the food, but rather the service. I just went to pick up a pizza and was told it would be ready in 5 min. No problem. I paid, left a nice tip, and sat on the bench beside the register to wait for my pizza. Fifteen minutes later, I got up to ask about my pizza. It had been waiting on the shelf getting cold while I sat there. I asked the guy who handed it to me how long it had been ready for. He smiled and said, "I don't know." Not only was the pizza burnt, but there was a bumblebee cooked with the pizza. Luckily, I made eye contact with it before I ate it. Everything on the pizza was so burnt, it was hard to see, but thankfully I saw it before eating. Absolutely disgusting and a tremendous hazard. Huge yikes. read more

Hello! When I went to round table pizza in RSM, the service was amazing, they were all very kind, the restaurant was very well kept. The restaurant is a very welcoming environment and the view from the front is a very great view as well. would say the pizza was alright, but nothing extraordinary. I'm normally not a Round Table person, but oh my goodness! The weekday lunch buffet at this location is fantastic. I'd only been to the lunch buffet once before at another location, but saw they had the sign out recently and thought I'd pop in. I got there around 1:15; there was one other table in there. I was surprised at how fresh everything was even with it not being crowded. The woman working behind the counter asked what kind of pizza I would like and they would make it. I thought that was great customer service. It started to fill up around 1:40 pm; it looks like a group of high schoolers came in, as well as two other families. Guess that's the popular time to come. My order for one large pizza half king arthur 1/2 pepperoni and sausage 30.49 one order of 6 wings classic 11.99 (which we only received 5) and delivery charge 4.99 total 51.15 total with tax. This is my favorite Round Table Pizza Restaurant. Eric manages it so well. Which is the reason that such a quality product is maintained. I picked up a Personal Veggie Pizza for lunch today (picture attached). I was told that they are allowing limited seating as of today (May 29th). I think masks may still be required (at least while you're not eating). My husband and I will definitely go next week and dine in! Was here around May 3, 2023. Lunch Buffet (Pizza & Salad with a drink) was $16.15 after tax which is just a touch on the high side, but things are getting expensive. Salad bar was great and the pizza was fine for a lunch buffet. Staff was nice, restaurant was clean. Went back a few weeks later and they had discontinued the lunch buffet. Offered some personal pizza lunch special instead which didn't seem like a very good deal. Probably won't go back unless the lunch buffet is offered again. read more

I don't know what happened to this place. The front person was rude and didn't get the order right. They didn't ask if we wanted the desert after eating the Pizza. So it came first. The soda was horrible. They don't even refill the syrup. The twist didn't have enough of anything on them. I said Gourmet Veggie they gave us Garlic chicken? Like what? My biggest advice is stick with the pizza. Its a pizza place afterall, right? I ordered some wings and pizza. The wings, were awful. They seemed baked, but they had no sauce. Not regular wings, by any means. I always think I will try wings from pizza places, and I never like them. Probably because wings are for wing places, and pizzas are for pizza places. That being said, the pizza was fantastic! I ordered light sauce, cheese and garlic. WOW. You could taste the garlic which is a big deal to me. Most places you cant. The sauce was VERY light, just like I asked as well. Delivery said 45 minutes, and it arrived in 20. I ordered online which was very simple as well. I love that they have meat free options. This is my favorite pizza, Gourmet Veggie. Today the crust was so undercooked it was raw in the middle (and a little more beyond that). Plus I ordered a salad, and while the pizza was "ready" when I arrived for pickup (could have used at least 5 more min in the oven) my salad was NOT ready and the cashier who took my payment did not wash his hands before he went to assemble my salad in full view from me...
