I ended up placing my order online while I was on hold. As a paying customer, I felt it was def right to call back and let them know .. the woman didn't seem to care and was nonchalant in her 'apology' - I showed up and continued to wait and they said my order was coming out the oven & continued to chat and converse about having to clean up all tomorrow; they really could've been tidying up at that moment. Worse Domino's by far!!! Generally takes 90+ minutes to receive delivery with cold food. My order was completely incorrect. The one correct item, the Special bbq chicken, is ALWAYS burnt. We came to park in the handicapped space and a dominoes driver was parked in one of the spaces. We went in to the store to complain and they acted as if it wasn't their driver. We asked for the manager. All employees pointed to a man laughing with the guy parked in the spot and when asked he said he wasn't the manager. So to corporate management on Sunday at 3:50 p.m. your manager refused to take complaint or take ask him to move. while laughing and pointing at us. It's bad enough that we need to be able to get into a spot without having to squeeze next to the car or risk hitting someone's car without door or walk across a busy parking lot. I'm so sick of them not following simple instructions... ii ordered the same pizza every Saturday for my toddler daughter medium pizza with 3 toppings chicken, bacon & sausage and square cut. They can never get it right smh its never square cut and they're always missing up on the toppings then they give me attitude when ii take my pizza back ... they're customer service is horrible this is the 5th pizza i've had to take back inside because they can't follow instructions. So, although it took 25 minutes :-( to arrive from the time they left and it wasn't that far a drive, the pizza was delicious . I don't expect much from these chains, but throw enough on it and you end up with something very tasty. Mr. Picky was not happy that I spent so much money on the pizza, but the app I downloaded sucks you in by letting you just add things by pushing buttons without telling you the price addition to the pie. After all the work spent getting it ordered just right, it was a bit of a shock to see the bill, but by that time I was committed :-). Oh, and by the way, I changed the size from a medium 12" to a large 14" and found the price differential was only two dollars, so given the additional square inches covered, it's crazy not to go for the larger size. There's your meal for lunch the next day. I started with a thin crust Wisconsin 6-cheese pizza, and requested the Marinara (has more ingredients which I equate to flavor) sauce. Next I added extra pepperoni and sausage, garlic, onion, mushroom, and cheeses (Asiago and Provolone). So, was it worth it? Well, You decide if it was worth ~$33, but it definitely was delicious. However, after addition of $7 for the Chocolate lava cake order, tax, delivery fee, and tip to the driver, the total all-in was $55. That's more then the meal for two people that we had at the Yard House the other day including dessert and with soup and salad to start. LOL But that pizza did taste good ... and who doesn't like warm and gooey little chocolate lava cake to finish a meal? read more

Placed an order through their app and had a pickup time of 11:45-11:55. Arrived at 11:50 and was told it would be another 30-40 minutes. How is this ok? She said they had a lot of orders, which is fine, then the app should reflect an accurate pickup time so we can plan accordingly. If you are busy enough to push orders back an hour, you're busy enough to hire an extra PT person to assist.
