While sitting in the parking lot waiting for my Starbucks order, the Dominoes delivery boy parked next to my car. When he went to get the pizza bag out of his back seat he slammed his door into my mirror. It was hard enough to shake my car. I was sitting in the car and watched him do this. He did not look at my car or even apologize. He let his door rest on my mirror and then walked away. I got out and said "Really, you're just going to let your door slam into my car and not say a thing?" He ignored me and kept walking. Luckily there is no major noticeable damage done (a small scratch) or I would be doing a lot more than posting on here. I posted the license of the delivery driver and a picture of my mirror. If I could give a lower rating I would. My husband and I ordered at 9pm about $50 worth of food and tipped expecting it to arrive 45 to 60 minutes. A normal wait time for a Monday night with everything going on. The tracker claims 50min later that it has arrived, but it had not. Upon calling the restaurant the person responded by claiming that the tracker automatically states its been delivered after a certain wait time (So the tracker makes it seem like they have a good delivery record when they dont). The person on the phone stated the food was on its way. So again we waited. At 10:25pm I receive a call from the restaurant claiming that it will be an additional 10-15 minutes before our food arrives. At this point I havent eaten anything for over five hours my blood sugar is low and I am livid. I dont like to get angry and purposefully dont curse while Im on the phone with the same person whose been feeding my lies this entiar time. I asked if the pizza would even be warm at this point (10:45pm) he claimed it would be and that it was on its way. Then he asks me what I wanted him to do(I almost told him to do his job) but instead I told him if it didnt arrive in five minutes they could remake my food and I would drive the 5 minutes it takes to get there and pick it up myself. The food arrives. The pizza is lukewarm, the chicken is cold, and they gave us the wrong order of chicken. We ordered classic hot buffalo wings and got some cheesy boneless nonsense. I called back and they refused to pick up the phone. WORST experience I have ever had ordering takeout. WOW! I love this Domino's! It's right next to Chipotle. The entire place was spotless clean. I saw the manager of the store making us pizza (Amanda was her name, I believe), including making a special one that she thought we might enjoy (we did). The pizza was delicious and fresh. The employees got along with each other and acted appropriately with each other and the customers. I really LOVE the wall that you can decorate while you wait (I added a few awesome things myself!). PS: It's under NEW MANAGEMENT recently, which must have improved it! read more

I always come to this dominos and honestly it seems like they NEVER give me extra cheese even though I ALWAYS pay extra for it. Tonight, I ordered a pizza with extra cheese. There were spots in the pizza where there was no cheese and just sauce. Then I had to wait an extra 15 mins after my pizza tracker said my order was ready because they forgot to make the Cheesy breadsticks I ordered too. Vapor-ware pizza and sandwiches. This is the 3rd time in a row that I've ordered a pizza and sandwiches from this Dominoes, waited an hour, and never received anything. I live in a tract house less than a mile from the store, but I never get any food. The only thing I ever receive is a "gee sorry, I don't know why you didn't receive your food". I can't take it any more. I will, yet again, vow to never order from them - but this time I think it'll stick. It's pathetic. If the on-line ordering system doesn't work, ok, quit offering it. I've ordered from this Domino's on multiple occasions. My daughters really love thier pepperoni pizza. If a 6 and 7 year old can finish a whole medium pizza themselves, then it was probably deliciously awesome. For the most part I usually have a good experience when ordering. I usually do it online which makes it quick and easy. There are usually some coupons online that you can use which makes for a reasonably priced pizza. The overall taste of the food is usually on point. We have even tried a few of the desserts and were very tasty. The online tracker is a plus. You can see exactly what time each process takes place, from the pie being made, to being pulled out of the oven, to when the delivery person left the building. My only real problem, which has happened on multiple occasions, is that the pizza comes late. They usually give an estimate of 15-25 minutes, but they always run past that time. If they gave a longer estimate then it wouldn't be a huge deal. Looking at the tracker I saw that it took 30 minutes for the delivery driver to arrive after he left thier building, that seems a little excessive to me. Will I order again? probably. My girls really dig thier pizza. read more

Really bad service. I walked in the store and first thing I see, is the guy making the pizzas on his cell phone and touching all the toppings without washing his hands. There was 4 employees, playing loud music and It took them 8 minutes to actually come to the counter and give me the pizza that was already made. One thing I don't like doing is writing bad reviews. I'd rather give credit where credit is due. However, I'm not able to give credit in this case, being that MY credit was lost. Before this location was here, it was the Domino's off of Ave. J (CVS shopping center). I ordered from that location and the very last time we ordered, the order was wrong. I have food allergies and instead of white sauce, they used red. Okay, it happens. I called, told them about the issue, they said there'd be a credit on my account for the flub and free pizza on them for next time. No biggie right? Wrong! I called today to see about the credit and place an order and there's no credit and apparently no order history under my number. I've had the same phone number for 14 years. Kinda crazy that they couldn't find it AFTER he reassured me that the system was one in the same and that all the information had transferred over from the previous location. He looked up a couple other numbers (just in case something somehow was put under my fiance's number) but came up empty. His best answer? Sorry. That's it, nothing more. I hate being a jerk about it but that is EXACTLY why customer service either drives your business or drives people away from it. If he had said, "Hey let's try this, what's the address (I had delivery every so often, thanks Nelson!) or what was it that you ordered?" or "Let me check with management since it could be a computer snafu" but no, just, "Sorry". So, sorry Domino's. I can't give you any more of my money. We had a good thing while it lasted but there are things I just can't handle. I went to place an order and asked what specials they had going on, because there was no menus or posted prices. The cashier who acted like she was being troubled , said the only specials we have is a large with two toppings for 9.99. So I ordered two and was told to come back in 20 minutes. I called to tell them I was sending a co-worker to pick up, and as I was waiting there was a recording on the phone that said a medium pizza 5.99. When I talked to the "manager" she said oh the girl helping you misunderstood what you said. But if you want I can cancel your order, very condescending tone, and when I asked if I hey we're a franchise or corporate, she just said franchise and hung up. She sounded just like the girl who took my order. Terrible service. Very immature and unprofessional management and staff. Just a Suggestion to the owner but perhaps you should have a manager that will grow your business instead of stunning it's growth. Cold pizza. Cold wings. Cold bread bites. I used their app so I can track my food. It took the driver, Pasqual 27 minutes to get to my house that's 5 minutes away. When I questioned him about it, he said the order was made wrong so it was remade. When I asked him why the box wasn't hot, he said "I don't know". I tried again, like an idiot to give this company a try, but they failed again. So I'm deleting the app an never ordering again from them. Little Caesars Pizza now delivers so I'm going with them. Terrible customer service. Their fracker said that my order was placed in the oven at 4:11 and taken out at 4:21. Then it was out for delivery at 4:33. At 5:03, I called to find out where it was since I live about a mile from the store. The manager simply said "the driver had another delivery before yours." So it's obvious that she doesn't care about customer service. Then when the driver arrives at about 5:10, the soda is hot, the pizza is cold, and the ranch dressing that I ordered was hot from being stored with the pizza. Not to mention that the receipt was printed at 4:55, so it's obvious that the store is gaming their tracker. It had been 10 years since the last time I had ordered from Dominos because of their terrible customer service. It will probably be that long before I order from them again. read more

Domino's made an effort about six or seven years ago to improve Domino's pizzas and launched an advertising campaign to advertise their new and improved pizza. It was a huge improvement -- but that was before I moved to the AV area and had the misfortune to go to THIS location. Apparently, this restaurant didn't get the memo and is still making pizza like it is 1992. The pizza was paper thin, the cheese was scorched, the oil soaked the box -- and it was stale. For all I know, they are taking two-day-old pizza and reheating it with a generous application of PAM cooking spray to make it look like the cheese is freshly melted. (In reality, there is only a minimal amount of cheese on the pizza so the only way it could be THAT greasy is if the grease is added. Yuck!) The slices on their large pizza were clownishly big and the minute you picked a jumbo-size slice up they wilted toward the floor. It takes a real talent to make pizza this bad. I choked down a single slice and even that was too much. I might as well have tried to eat the box! Corporate needs to bring this place out of the 1990s or shut it down. read more
