First time having Papa John's, last time having Papa John's. Philly Cheesesteak Pizza was 6/10 on taste but can't even cut my pizza? Shaq XL Pepperoni and sausage but they didn't put pepperoni so I paid for the extra topping for nothing.. and the cherry on top was the cold chicken nuggets they passed for chicken wings with a sauce drizzle on them. I called to pick up order. Everything was on time. And the pizza looked amazing. The issue is when I ate the pizza. I ordered the new pepperoni stuff crust. And I bit it I felt something hard. Once I cleaned off the hard object. I first though it was plastic but upon further inspection, it was a nail. Someone's nail must of broke and they didn't notice when making the stuff crust which then leads me to believe that gloves aren't being used. Advice: maybe use gloves next time so this doesn't happen. It ruined my appetite read more

This is only based on the new crust. Staff for the most part is always great, please go back to the old crust. It was fluffy and delicious. This new crust is horrible, it tastes like cardboard . Does not blend well with the sauce . I ordered a few months back and thought maybe they just messed up , but no it's the new crust . We 99% of the time go here for pizza. It is always good and we don't have any complaints. Not sure what happened today but we were dissapointed. From the time we put in the mobile app order to the time it was ready seemed way too fast. When we get home with the pizza the vegetables looked way too raw and part of my slice was actually cold. I ordered online and the confirmation said 16 minutes for pickup and when I showed up to pick up in 15 minutes the lady said it was going to be another 10 to 15 minutes and it was not even in the oven yet. I asked them why I got an ETA of 15 minutes if it was 30 and all she said is "we have no control of what the corporateoffice sends out." The rudeness and lack of proper communication will make it so I never go there again. read more

Never had any of the pizza because they wanted to play stupid. I ordered a pizza online, but didn't receive an email to pick up. I called at 4:08pm and inquired about our pizza, under my grandfathers name, and they said yes, it's here and ready for pick up. My grandfather drove to pick it up, and the employees treated my grandfather like he was stupid, said no one ever called, and that his pizza hadn't even been started yet. So, he had to ask for a refund and we went elsewhere. Don't know who's in charge, but he spoke to a large male, and I spoke to a male employee on the phone. Good pizza. Poor management. Ordered online and it said 10-20 minutes. After I got there waited about 40 minutes. The person working the counter said she would be right with me then after about ten minutes she just walked out the door to deliver pizza I guess? Then I waited still not being helped as the guy just continued to have a blank stare. After about five minutes then he walked out the door too.
