Pizza has gone way down hill! I have ordered from them twice lately and pizza doesn't taste good like it use to. Consistency of the toppings on the pizza and crust is just not good at all. Pizza had little to no cheese on it. Stingy with the meat on the pizza . Honestly my hand tossed pizza tasted like a cardboard box! I could have bought a frozen pizza from Walmart and it would have tasted better. I won't be ordering from domino's anymore. read more

Ordered Dominos pizza the other night for our family tree decorating #1. We attempted to watch Jingle Jangle for the 16th time (I'm kidding) but everyone was too focused on what balls to hang where I'm the tree. Guess we'll try again this week. Lol. We ordered 2 1/2 and 1/2 pizzas and they were PERFECT. I was so pleased that they made this so well. We ordered 1/2 bacon jalapeño 1/2 chicken pineapple and a 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 pepperoni something else. The pizzas were delivered to The doorstop HOT and delicious. I was recently at the Locust Grove Lake of the Woods Dominos and noticed that they were either not wearing their masks properly-- they had them below their noses-- or, in some cases, they weren't wearing them over any part of their nose or mouth. read more

A friend was at CVS waiting for his meds and figured he would surprise me with the Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich. It was awful! Greasy, too much bread, 4 little pieces of chicken (1"x.5"), a fair amount of bacon and too much ranch and too little cheese. My guts have been a mess all night. read more

Not sure how hard it is to put pre packaged wings on a tray and put into an oven but these guys cant even do that right. Ask the cashier a question and he walks around with asking how to use the phone. Not worth the effort next time I will drive the extra 2 miles and go to Culpeper. Okay, I ended up ordering from here again even though I said I wouldn't after my last order. Well, I really wanted pizza and wings. Big mistake again the pizza had so much grease the box was soaked and limp so disgusting I threw the entire pizza in the trash. This is our local dominio's. Domino's has always been the only pizza chain i really enjoy. Soo we really have to order from this location if we want pizza delivery, unfortunately... i say unfortunately because the employees taking orders kind of blow my mind, if i call & ask for my pizza cooked "well done" ( so the cheese is browned ) they act like i'm speaking a foreign language, i cant tell you how many times i've had to go into deep description when asked "uhh what do you mean well done?" I wouldnt write this review if it hadn't happened now so many times that it's annoying me to order pizza lol!! Its quite frustrating you guys dont know about an option that i'm not just making up lol, its what you offer. The food's great, but i've also talked to a manager regarding a guys attitude .. step up the customer service so all's wonderful here please! read more

Regardless of food quality, a heavy smoker delivery driver just is gross. A salad bag smelled like a smoky bar. Not appetizing in the least. This is 2021 not 1970's. Dominoes should be ashamed of this dirty activity. read more

We live close by so when we want something delicious and fast this is our go to! Normally everything is on point. We love the tracker. You can see where the order is at any given time. They let you know when the driver is pulling up too. Only a few times have we had issues like the food not being hot:( read more

I don't even want to put a 1 star on this review. I am extremely pissed off. I ordered my pizza at 5:30pm. At 6:20 we called to ask where he was and they said "he got turned around. We will add breadsticks to your order and we will make a new pizza" it is now 8:08pm, our pizza just got delivered. It is cold (probably the 5:30 pizza. Not a new one. Clearly). The pizza was all messed up when you opened the box like it was thrown around in the back of the trunk AND there was no breadsticks!!! WHAT?!?! TERRIBLE!!! read more

The dominos in locust grove was the only location to deliver to our address. They recently "changed" their protocols and no longer deliver to our house. After 3 years of deliveries, I will ensure we no longer will even do carry out at dominos. This change was not publicly posted, it was only stated by the female on the phone. Shame when pizza places fail their customers of convenience of deliveries to only convenience themselves. read more

Tonight we ordered delivery from this Dominos at Goodwin Drive in Locust Grove and the pizza was excellent. Hot and fresh and delicious! Our delivery man was very friendly as well! And the service was fast. They really do deserve 5 stars for excellence all the way around. Forgot to mention the marbled brownies are yummy and so are the chocolate lava cakes!! read more

They are pretty fast with delivery and the pizza is good. When we visit my grandparents and feel like getting pizza they are who we call. Customer service is great and they always have awesome deals. I never order from the dominos by my house because they have terrible customer service. That's not a problem here. read more

Received a lukewarm pizza that was hardly edible. I used the online tracker and it took over 30 minutes for the driver to arrive although they are 5 mins away. I asked the delivery man why it took so long and he said he had to deliver several pizzas enroute. He said they are short handed drivers. He also did not have the pizza in a warmer- just handed me a cold pizza. Won't order from this Dominoe's again. read more

Cheese was minuscule and without flavor. Tomato sauce was disappointing. Meat was of poor quality. When I called, the person had no idea where to deliver the pizza, although we are just down the street. How complicated should that be? It's been years since I have retried Domino's - and I don't expect to try it again. Too many better options. read more
