How about using the pizza tracker to actually track the process time of the orders accurately?! Cheating the system is not fun for customers! I frequently order from this location. I always tip 30% To Insure Prompt Service (TIPS). Lately, the food is prepared quickly, but the drivers go off on excursions. I live less than a mile from the store. Why should I have to wait 30+ minutes from the time the driver leaves the store to receive cold, gross food? What happened to Domino's? They used to be dependable and reliable. I mentioned to the driver that I could see him driving all over town on the tracker. He said he was the only driver today. That's a (poor) management issue (not deploying enough labor). read more

Okay... I came here on December 26. I was told 45 minutes wait time for my food. No worries, day after Christmas, takes longer. Then I remembered the last time I was here. Regular weekday. Took them an hour plus, despite telling me it would only be 30 minutes. The capper to this stellar experience was the surly clerk who told me it would take 3 hrs more to fill my order when I arrived. He made me feel like I was doing something wrong by being in his restaurant. Holy crap! I'm done with South Logan, Utah Dominoes. Well this should actually be a negative 1. I ordered pizza tonight for delivery & it never showed. When I called they claim I selected carry out and that it was ok they already cancelled the order, refunded my money and THREW AWAY my food. They said there was nothing they could do about it because they were closed. I asked why they never called if I selected"carryout" . They claim they did. Usually this has been good...not tonight. I ordered online and when I went in to pick it up on a slow Saturday night all 6 employees standing upfront turned their backs on me as I walked in (including the manager), the only one that acknowledged me was the guy making pizza's against the back wall. I got home and my pizza was Wrong! I suspect they are all too busy gabbing and goofing off to work. I called and they said they would credit me for the pizza (we'll see as they did not provide that receipt showing the credit as promised) and a nice fellow did deliver a correct pizza. Also, I was expecting to be able to do the online survey about my experience when I got home, but it had been deleted. INCREDIBLY RUDE!!! I have been to this location before for carry out and have had employees ignore me or chat with their friends while I wait to pick my pizza behind them. Tonight was the clincher for me! I didn't want to deal with the staff there due to the fact I needed more than a couple of pizzas and didn't want to wait while the employees chit chatted with each other, so I ordered delivery. I was immediately called after placing my order by a pretty friendly guy who let me know due to the weather they were not doing delivery. I then asked if I could just pick up. He reluctantly said he would ask his manager, then returned saying I COULD but he didn't think I would want to. I let him know the weather, while crummy, wasn't too bad for me to drive the block and a half to pick up my order. He again let me know he felt I wouldn't want to drive in the weather and they COULD make the order- but he didn't think I would want it. I then got a call on the other line from the same location. So I went ahead,at his urging, and told him to cancel the order then ended that call to take the call waiting. THAT little peach of a woman started very rudely informing me that they were not to doing delivery due to the weather and I could cancel my order because the weather is so bad. I tried to explain that I HAD canceled only to have her talk over me and state again they were not doing delivery. I asked, since it looked like my order had not been canceled after all, if my card was still going to be charged since I had requested the cancellation. She asked me "Why would we charge your card if you cancel the order?!" I was done being treated so rudely so I asked to speak to her manager to which she asked me why. I told her I'm done talking to her so I wanted her manager and she answered she WAS the manager. I could not BELIEVE the manager of a small location of a national establishment would not have any clue as to what was happening with pizza orders, much less be so rude and condescending to a customer. I'm not all too impressed, I ordered a Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich for delivery. I got told that it would take 20-30 minutes and then an HOUR later I call and the driver had just left the store. I asked for a refund and the ladies response was "we just didn't have enough drivers today, I'm sorry." When I got my sandwich, it was warm, but all thrown together and sloppy, the top bread was halfway off of it and all the ingredients were tossed around in the box. read more

Ordered a pizza to be delivered this week. Was super fast delivery, hot and tasty, although I would never order the thin crust again as it was like a cracker. My delivery person was Valerie and she was awesome! As I am recovering from surgery, she got everything set up for me in my home to eat comfortably and enjoy my meal. A great employee! I order pizza from this location about 1x/month, and last night I had an experience that will keep from ever ordering there again. I ordered using the app, and when the app said the pizza was done, I drove the 3 minutes from my house to the store. The person behind the counter asked for my name 3 times, acted like there was no order, and then told me it would be just a few minutes. FORTY-FIVE MINUTES later, after at least half a dozen other waiting customers started comparing notes on how long they'd been waiting (average was about an hour), I wished that I had not already paid so that I could just cancel the order and get faster food elsewhere. But no. The people working behind the counter would not answer any of our questions, they would not admit that they had no idea at all how long we'd have to keep waiting, and after they offered us all free pop or breadsticks, they simply walked away after one person said that he'd like some breadsticks (and the rest of us get nothing because one person took you up on it???). So what could have been better? COMMUNICATION. First, the person behind the counter - or better yet, the clueless manager - should have told us as we checked in that they were experiencing major delays of over an hour so that we could have cancelled our orders instead of expecting us to wait indefinitely. Second, if they were sincere about trying to mitigate the situation by offering comped sides or sodas, they should have actually asked everyone who had been waiting that long - not just the first person to speak up. Third, NEVER avoid customers because you don't want to give them bad news - if you know it's going to be a few minutes more, TELL US that and tell us why - you might have gotten at least a little bit of sympathy if you had. read more

When I waited 15 minutes for you to give my pizza to someone else that's ridiculous. What would have been the right thing to do is accommodate your customer by giving them a pizza or an upgrade. I absolutely LOVE Domino's make your own pasta. My only complaint is that you are limited to the amount of toppings. They should have the option to add more. I'd be willing to pay more to get a few more toppings. Other than that the delivery service is great, fast, and the people are friendly. read more
