The manager Amy is rude I called to order. She said we are out of there range and who ever works yesterday didn't know what they was doing .but they delivered yesterday here just fine ! When I Told her they open the rang she wanted to get a attitude with me ! I guess the manager can pick and chose where they deliver know !! Just tried to do an online order using my iphone; 2 medium pizzas, $5.99 each, and on one a $2 upcharge for making it an extravaganza, then I wanted to make that one with handtossed pan. It would not let me choose my bread type of handtossed pan. So.... I called and told them my dilemma. Phone person would not give me the deal, said it's an on-line special only and my total was $22.00+... asked for the manager. The manager was rude telling me it's an on-line special only. I again told her the on-line would not let me select the bread type and that's why I'm calling. went thru another 3 minutes of explaining/arguing. I finally said, if you are the manager, can you not just adjust the price (like its suppose to be)? She said "no, the computer won't let me and I can't help you"....... What in the world is wrong with this picture when the manager can't adjust an order because their on-line option isn't working...... WOW! Just WOW! Called Pizza Hut... they accepted Domino's on-line order ON THE PHONE. Got better pizza. But What I had to go thru... will not be ordering from there any more. Pizza Hut manager said come there from now on, she'll take care of us. THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE.... PEOPLE TAKING CARE OF PEOPLE... NOT MACHINES AND FOLKS THAT CAN'T MAKE DECISIONS. read more

So this evening my family decided to give our local dominos another chance. Regretting it now after the fact, probably wouldn't be if they would have taken care of the issues we encountered but they chose to refuse us any decent customer service after sitting in their parking lot an EXTRA THIRTY MIN, after being told that our unnecessary wait would ONLY BE 20. Our wait time was something we were unaware of until we arrived to pick our order up and only then did they realize that they had made one wrong sandwich (which wouldn't have been brought to our attention had my boyfriend not opened the box to check it BEFORE we left the store, given bad past experiences with this exact store). So after their customers caught their mistake on the order (even after being read back the correct order over the phone, yes including our choice of sauces)....we wait outside the store for ONE sandwich to be remade while the rest of our food gets cold. I was unaware of the fact that it was only one sandwich being remade, so once I realized our whole order was sitting there getting cold on account of their screw up, I asked a cashier if there was a way we could get some coupons or a discount because cold food was pretty unappealing and I was already super frustrated with my experience at this point. After talking to the manager, who wouldn't come talk to me personally about the matter, the cashier returned to tel me there was nothing that could be done for us. Which was kind of a slap to our face after the inconvenient waste of our time considering we got home with the WRONG SAUCES in the box with our cold food. I drive BACK to the store to politely ask for the correct sauce, DETERMINED to enjoy dinner with my family at this point..only to be stared at rudely and in an unwelcoming manner by literally everyone behind the counter, before I was even able to get to the counter where I PAID for the sauce that I should have had in the first place. I plan on contacting the corporate office after being laughed at by multiple women on table constructing food, while I was trying to finish my business. If they would pay attention to the food their making instead of what was going on at the counter I highly doubt the numbers of issues I encountered would be as great. Making a mistake is one thing, bad business is another, but when you literally LAUGH AT A CUSTOMER who has been done wrong multiple times and has to come back YET AGAIN to make things right THEMSELVES, that's where I draw a line and officially feel disrespected and frankly, disappointed that an establishment allows employees to disregard and mock their customers. ONE STAR ON EVERY PLATFORM FROM THIS GAL. We won't be back and we will not be recommending, and my friends, family, and other acquainted pizza lovers will be directed elsewhere for sure. read more

Just used the order online option for the 1st time. It went alot smoother than I expected. Everything was correct with our order and our delivery guy (Trey) was very nice, polite and had a great mannerisms. You need more drivers like him. Thank you again Trey. God bless read more
