I've ordered from here 3 times now to feed both adults and grandkids. The first time I had an issue ordering on-line, but the last two times no issues. The staff is always friendly, the pizza is always ready when promised, and it is always delicious. The time before yesterday we ordered the same thing plus two orders of the mango habanero wings. As you can see I have very little reviews for this place and there are reasons..we don't do chain pizza...our last order was in 2019 and we simply gave up..I didn't even write a review because bad reviews are not something I like to do..Sooo last night to celebrate the start of a long over due vacation we tried them again...And our relationship is over...simply pathetic excuse for a pizza..burnt all the around, burnt bacon and dried out sausage...we ate what we could and tossed the rest...I will try to get a refund but at this point it's easier to walk away..we will stick to our guns and Only order local from this day forward! Placed online order for $50, including 20% tip for delivery. Order was cancelled due to us living out of their delivery area. We live 1.8 miles away. The young lady said they already cancelled it so order it again. Unbelievable. Ended up ordering from Pizza Hut. read more

Placed an order yesterday (3/22/25)to be delivered at 11:30 today (3/23/25). It was 8 pizzas for my son's birthday at a park. They tried to show up at 11:00 which is 30 min too early. I told them I can't serve my guests cold food. The driver left with the pizzas. Then didn't show back up for an hour. (30 mintues late at this point). And they made us take the same pizzas they had tried to deliver an hour before that. So they delivered food that was cold, over an hour old, and the boxes soaked through with grease. Guests didn't even finish one pizza because it was gross. More than 7 pizzas went in the trash. Luckily I had other food there so the party wasn't completely ruined. Terrible customer service. Why??? Why did I bother to give this place another try? I ordered a Brooklyn style bbq sauce chicken pizza with extra cheese and a thin pepperoni pizza. Let's start with the Brooklyn. I thought you were supposed to be able to fold a Brooklyn style pizza well mine crunched like potato chips the entire way through, so so over cooked-burnt and there was so much bbq sauce on it that you would have thought I got extra sauce instead of extra cheese. Now the thin crust... one question, where's my sauce??? No sauce. I am done with this Dominos. Never again. I would give a zero if I could. Best advice. AVOID THIS PLACE. Called Dominos @ 8:36pm. I asked to speak to the Mgr & was put on hold. Guy comes back to the phone and says "what about?", my response was, "because I am a customer". At that point I was told "hold on"... Brandon(Mgr) said he's store Mgr finally came to the phone 6 minutes later. As I was explaining my issue with the pizza, black chips on top of the pizza and the pizza barely has any sauce on it. He said, "ok I'll give you credit". Does a credit rectify the situation now? NO! Ordered items down below and instead of the philly cheese steak pizza they delivered just a plain large pepperoni instead. When I called them about this immediately after deliver I was told they would send another one. I used to work for these guys, the work conditions are disgusting, employees weren't allowed to buy their drinks we had to bring our own water bottle which is somewhat understandable. However, the manager is toxic and so is his wife, they constantly call their high school employees names and yell at them over every mistake. They'll schedule you from 5:00pm-11:00pm and won't let you leave till about 3:00 am. Please don't support this location. read more

I've used delivery and picked up pizza myself. Delivery took the amount of time I was quoted and was delivered by someone very friendly. Everything I ordered was there and was hot. When I've picked up my food myself, I use the drive through, and the employees I've dealt with have been unremarkable. My pizzas have always been tasty, nothing stupendous about them, but still very edible. And I recommend their garlic twists. They are very well seasoned. read more

Wow! I can't say in words the angry feelings I have towards this restaurant. We ordered a pizza online, picked it up, and it was not at all what we ordered. We never left the parking lot and went back in to let them know what happened. I've never seen a crew that could have cared less. When we asked for the manager so we could get the correct pizza all she said is "Internet pizzas can't be exchanged." I asked her about the 10 foot long sign immediately behind her head that said in huge letters "satisfaction guaranteed." She just stared at me without responding. Domino's - never again. read more

Had a very bad experience ordering from this Domino's. May never order from them again, in spite of their 'comeback'. I waited an hour, checking the 'progress bar' get to 'quality check' and stop there while Christopher checks my pizza. Since I knew it had to be out of the oven at that point, I called to check status. I got quickly put on hold, then spoke to 'Chris'. Gave my address, and explained I had been waiting an hour. He said 'oh yeah, your address, it is on the way - right now' I asked why it took so long when the online estimate says 50-60mins? He said they had no control over this, which is a good point but was very rude the whole 2 minutes we talked. Kept asking if I wanted to cancel or not, acting like I was wasting his time. I like the new Domino's and I liked the pizza delivered to me. However the team at the Manor Domino's needs to get its act together. First, the gent on the phone said they didn't deliver to us, I told him why do I have the cupon with your phone number then? It took two tries for him to process my credit card. Then he said 30 min, which I took with a grain of salt knowing the delivery radius. It took an hour and the young lady who cam to the door with the hot pizza, gave me the wrong receipt to sign... I'm a vegetarian, my wife's not. Was ordering a pie to go on-line (so I could use a coupon). Wanted to order one of their standard pizzas with the meat on only half of the pizza. There was no provision for doing that on-line, so I called up and asked to speak to the manager to see if he could accommodate me. He said he could. I gave him my name and the pizza I was ordering. He said to go ahead and hit the "Place Order" button and he would take care of it. I got the regular pizza with meat on both halves. Yeah, yeah, yeah , I was a dumb ass for not checking it before leaving, but I the MANAGER told me he'd take care of it, so I didn't worry. It was a six mile drive to pick it up and we were going out afterwards so we didn't have time to return it. Normally, this wouldn't be a 5-star review, but I called the manager, told him what happened and he gave me credit for another pizza. I don't expect a business to get it right EVERY single time, but to try and make it right when they don't. P.S.: My wife says her pizza was pretty good. read more

If you are looking for competent staff and a helpful manager look elsewhere. It used to be great. Recent experiences have proven otherwise. This last time has been the worst. The lady doesn't ask my name before hanging up on me so they have no idea where my pizza is when we come to pick it up. They have it but she put some random name on it and can't give it to me. Couldn't find it, once found paid, but continued to ask me to wait for my order. Waited overb15min for a pizza that should have been ready once to the store. Person did not apologize, explain the issue, nothing. Pizza was given to me with no apology, compensation, or explanation. Just ordered some pizzas that weren't delivered. The driver lied about ariving and knocking on the door because she never showed up, but I did see a Dominoes car drive right past our house! The person on the phone said they would make another, so I waited by the window for another hour until we decided to call again.... and they never even started the pizza again! My order for delivery was mixed up; they didn't put it in right. I called last weekend, telling them about the experience. The lady who answered apologized and said I would get a credit on my account. When I went to order pizza this weekend, there wasn't a credit on my account, so I called again. I was told there would be this time. I just ordered some pizza today, and there still isn't a credit on my account. I, therefore, decided to go in to get the credit. No manager was there and the man at the register was unwilling to give me a credit and said I HAD to pay for my pizza. I asked him if I could speak to a manager, and he said no. Does not honor gift certificate for Dominos. I called in advance and the manager said that they would accept it. Came in and she very rudely told me she would not accept it.
