This pizza used to be one of the best places in town, and I stayed loyal to it even as it was in decline. However, it's now time to cut ties. The one star is for the service only. First time here, as an ex-ny'er pizza snob I give the pizza 2 enthusiastic thumbs up! The pizza crust hot out of the oven is thin and crisp (if you get takeout just do a quick 2 mins in a 425 oven, directly on the rack to get the texture back), the sauce is perfect, tastes like marinara should, all savory, no hint of sweet (like one of the big box pizza pushers) I had the 2 slice lunch special and soda, just under $8.00. I'm a huge Greek salad fan and this one hit all the key points-fresh veggies, feta cheese, and house made dressing. The pizzas are loaded with cheese and toppings, and the crust is flavorful and garlicky. This is my husbands favorite pizza. I like it as well, but there are a few things I would change. The pizza is a little dry (needs more sauce-it hardly has any,) and is it just me or could it use some salt?? I checked on Yelp and saw they had a lunch special and a wing special on Wednesdays. It was $.50 a wing. I jumped right our of the car. I showed them the coupon and what I didn't see what it was during the month of July. On top of it it was an old coupon. I still ordered the wings in the medium buffalo with extra ranch of course and the lunch special of two slices of cheese and a soda for $4.99. That is a steal. Once my food was ready I put cheese and peppers on it before I left. Who doesn't like cheese and peppers on top? LOVE IT! I did take a small bite and it was good. I got home and the pizza and gotten a little cold but it was still good. I ate one piece and dived into the wings. The best I have had in a long time. They even made them extra saucy when I asked. Perfect heat, nice and moist. And can I say it again? The best I ever had in a very long time. I will be back for the lunch special except I will eat it there. and of course the wings. Great pizza place. The staff is super friendly and so helpful! I needed pizza for an elementary school part, the staff member I spoke with came in early to make sure pizza was ready as soon as they opened at 10a. He brought pizza out and loaded it in the car for me (new mom with a newborn). The kids loved the pizza and I loved the service! Win win! read more

I was eager to try this place. Last time I went in, it was a little past lunch. The gentleman told me they were out of pizza by the slice and I could wait a few minutes and he could make more. I told him I was on a time crunch, he apologized and told me next time he'd have some ready for me. Fast forward till today, I walk in and the lady clerk is drinking a soda, wiping her mouth with her shirt. I asked her if there were any other options for pizza by the slice and she quickly responded "NOPE" so I said thank you and left because she was not welcoming nor did she have any customer service skills. Best pizza in Pflugerville. Ordered right before closing on New Year's Day. Pizza arrived promptly, hot and fresh. They are expensive but worth it. The menu is expansive; they have a lot of vegetarian options and I appreciate that because I don't eat beef or pork. We ordered the Spinach Roasted Garlic Chicken Pizza and the Margherita Pizza both with red sauce. I ate waaay too much. The crust is light, buttery and flaky sooo good. This review has two purposes : 1. To give recognition to one of the hardest workers ive ever seen 2. To hopefully have this make it to the owner somehow to help him realize how great of an employee they have! We've been to this location twice & David helped up both times. Among them being short staff (which we don't care about we understand) he was RUNNING to help customers make every pizza answer the phone & still check on us to make sure we were doing okay while maintaining a smile on his face. I have never seen somebody work so hard & care so much to help..& now a days you don't find employees like that! My husband and I wanted a gyro, so started searching local restaurants that deliver. Found Yaghi's, ordered two gyros with extra meat and extra sauce. We always do that no matter where we get gyros from. Have to say we were pleasantly surprised how delicious they were, especially coming from a pizza place. We've never even tried their pizza, but have ordered the gyros three times now in a short period of time. The meat is very tender, and the sauce is delicious. Bar stools against the walls with a 12" wall mounted shelf. Baris pizza has been our staple for pizza for years. And you can actually sit down in comfort. I answered that I called as soon as we opened the box, to which she quoted the time the pizza left the shop and the time it was delivered to my home (keep in mind she has yet to apologize for the quality of the pizza and her tone of voice is one an impatient mother takes with and insolent child) at this point I realized the person I was speaking with was not going to be of any assistance to me (the customer) or the business she is representing. I asked to for her to provide the General Managers information to which she responded "there is no general manager here" Then I for the owners email address, to which she responds "yahgis@att.net" I ask who to ask for? I had heard that Yaghi's made a pretty authentic NY/NJ pizza so while I was in the area I stopped in and ordered the '2-slices and a can of soda' lunch special for $4.99. When checking out a promising pie I always order the plain cheese pizza the first time - this is my true test of the quality of the pie. I am happy to say it passed with room to spare! I'm a former Brooklyn boy who spent his 'wonder years' in north Jersey and I've been searching the Austin area for a pie that really reminded me of the the pies I relished as a young man. There are plenty of good pizza makers here in town but until today I hadn't really found what I was looking for. Yaghi's cheese pizza is the closest thing to a real Jersey pie I've had here and it's pretty much right on the mark. They claim to make their ingredients from scratch and it shows. The crust was medium-thin, quite foldable and actually had a fine taste all by itself - a good sign. The sauce seemed very fresh, slightly sweet with bits of tomato. Personally I would wish for a slightly 'wetter' pie but that's me. The mozzarella tasted fresh and good and had just that drop of grease when you folded the slice that told me this was the real deal. Took me right back to King Pizza in Paramus, my old favorite. The lunch deal is a nice deal and a great way to get your lunchtime pizza fix. There is one caveat though - although there's quite the variety of pies, calzones and all the usual suspects their prices are above my musician's pay grade. I understand that quality costs more and these are quality pies but I personally think their pricing is a tad excessive - although it's inline with Home Slice, East Side Pies and a host of others around town. I think they all ask too much for their pies but I'm older and I can't help but remember what things used to cost. Yaghi's pizza is the closest thing to the pies I remember and I know where to go now when I'm craving the real thing. They were friendly and courteous to me and I wish them well. read more

Never, Never, Ever, Again. I walked into the place to order pizzas to be delivered to my house, and they told me I had to call in! I am standing right there, and they make me call them. So I called them, and while i am standing there they put me on hold. What a crazy event.
