I am a little embarrassed... to realize 10 of these pictures I posted from my orders at Subway. So in the course of 7 months I lived in Manor I suppose 7 visits are not that bad. Anyways... My experiences here have been pretty good so far. I came for breakfast once, another time for lunch and yes a few dinners. There is 3 consistent employees I have seen over the last 7 months and a high turn over on the others. They run out of stuff alot. For example. Salt, Medium cup lids, Italian herb and cheese bread, pickles, mustard, wraps, turkey, napkins, Italian bread. Over all my sandwiches have been delicious which is why I return. read more

normally always messing up the topping on my sandwich's and this time one came with absolutely no toppings and the wrong sauce and condiments and the other foot long with the topping that should have been on the other one and also the wrong sauce and neither one came with cheese. First and last time coming. The employee at the front, Maria, was very rude and rushed the entire process. She was extremely snappy and seemed irritated when I asked for extra items, even though I made it clear I was willing to pay for them. I LOVE Subways sandwiches. This location has received 3 strikes and I'm DONE! Perpetually understaffed (1 person during lunch hours), out of meatballs, ham, bread, regularly. Employees have told me on multiple occasions that I would have to wait 10-20 minutes before I could order because they were making online orders first. Posted hours are apparently a suggestion only, as they begin shutting down before closing time and will not take any orders. Sad to see a subway managed so poorly. read more

Don't waist your time here. I love subway in general and never leave bad comments.. ever! But just tired of it. They never have flat bread. Never have anything in stock as far as meats. The meat that is there always looks like it's there from the night before. Don't get me started on the old looking veggies. Sucks cause it's the closest subway near me. But let me help you out. So I know the reviews for here are horrible, and I'm the past, my experience has not been the greatest. However, that changed tonight when a young man named King took my order. He put in the time to converse with me while making my sandwich. Everything was still available even though it was 30 minutes before closing time. There is something wrong with the people that work here. It's like they freestyle your sub when you order online. No cheese? You're getting cheese. Light mayo? You're getting the whole bottle of mayo. Ordering a specific "online exclusive"? You're getting extra whatever on there. You want turkey? You're getting steak. Such a shame that this place still have this manager in charge, he always looks so unhappy and frustrated. Is algo a big pain that the Corporate doesn't do a thing to help him: the oven usually stops working and he can't do anything about it, there is a leak in the Soda Station and that has been going on for months So, whenever the oven is working the food is good, naturally. read more

This is one of the laziest service places I have ever witnessed. My family and I were here in Manor for a baseball game and decided to go eat subway in Manor. I told them that we needed 7 subs and the person behind the counter told me that sense it was Sunday that I should of ordered a platter and that they were not going to make the subs for me because that was to many. That is so crazy and that's why places like these go out of business. My only concern is if the Owner knows what's going on in his Store. read more

Made a pit stop here on a road trip. Great service extremely clean interior and bathrooms too. The staff was friendly to my my family and my dog. They stayed open late for us to finish eating and gave us complimentary cookies for the road! Would definitely recommend this subway! read more

Clean bathrooms and the staff uses gloves while making the sandwich. Chip selection is great esp since they sell Ms. Vickie's and their cookies are always warm and fresh. The new management has turned this location around by hiring new staff that make the restaurant feel like a kitchen inside my home. read more

Although I've found the food great & the employees friendly and nice, this has got to be the only restaurant in Texas that does not serve Iced Tea. They have the ability but only rarely have I seen tea offered. It is also located inside a Walmart that does not offer coffee yet this restaurant doesn't offer coffee in its breakfast hours although they have the means to do so. So you have a superior product and capable employees but very poor management. read more

Rude service. The girl just looked at me like I was an idiot for asking the price difference comparing two options using a coupon or not. When asking what breads they had, rather than be helpful and list them off, she just points at the sign and says, "they are listed there." Definitely not friendly. Truly doesn't know what real customer service is. Customers should be valued, seeing how they are the lifeblood of a business in a capitalistic economy. read more

I go here quite often since it is so close to my job and prefer this location over the other Manor Subway because the employees are usually trained better. Today, however, I asked for a Spicy Italian chopped salad with a spinach base and it was not to my expectations. I get salads quite often from Subway and they usually fill the container all the way to the brim, and for the price i'm paying compared to the cost of vegetables, I would not expect any less. The employee making my salad grabbed one small handful of spinach and proceeded with the rest of my toppings. When I asked for her to add more spinach she reached back in and grabbed at most 5 or 6 extra leafs of spinach and moved on. I paid, sat down and opened my salad. The salad didn't even fill up half of the bowl that it came in. There were literally more toppings than spinach. I'm not one to complain usually but I feel reviews are meant to provide feedback to the restaurants in order to help them improve. I'll continue to visit this location because I have not had a bad experience with any of the other items on the menu and will provide a more positive review after my next visit. read more

Me and my wife just went to get sandwich's for lunch at 1:30pm today. First we had to get the employee attention and she sighed loudly and rolled her eyes. She was extremely rude and had no capability of good customer service. She sighed and rolled her eyes throughout our order. She had no name tag and was wearing prosthetic nail all different colors n beads. She mixed up our meals and we barley got any napkins. She was extremely rude to the customer behind us as well. Every time I pull up to this location it's closed early before the time the sign on the door says .. 9pm . Tonight I pulled up at 8:40 the lights were out and sign was off the girl who works there about to leave motions that she's all done and leaving so I said I was going to call the owner tomorrow and she flipped me off. I have tried this Subway 3 times. It is pretty sad that the people working there do not know how to make a sandwich. The guy could not even cut it. I had to do it when I got home. I only eat the veggie delight and come on 2 pieces of bell pepper, and other veggies. I went back today with my grandson who wanted ham and the lady did not even know which meat was the ham. A business is only as good as the employees they have. Train your employees or find some that can understand how to make a sandwich. I will not be going back again.
