Great pizza! Don't think I've had a bad experience yet. Little in the pricey side but still well worth it.

I frequent here a lot and this was probably one of the worst pizzas here I've had in my entire life. I ordered an extra large and for some reason it was sliced into a million tiny slices. The crust was about 50 percent of the pizza. The toppings were almost non existent and this was an xtra large. They also didn't have plates available. Awful, disgusting and barely edible. I could not stress that you should SKIP this place when considering pizza. read more

3.5-4 but not amazing. We ordered for pick up a large meat pie, a garden salad-both were good! We also got the boneless chicken wings which were very good. The calzone was a bit of a disappointment. The restaurant was organized and neat when I stopped in, very very friendly staff, I don't think I've been greeted when I walked in and greeted when I walked out in any pizza location. I was a little taken back but very nice friendly location. The greek salad with me was a bit expensive $7 for 1 salad with no meat but when I split the salad in half, added my own sliced white onions, and my own hard boiled egg, not bad at all. It's enough for 2 people. The dressing actually was very tangy and impressive. Nice Greek taste. The pizza deluxe bowl, man, if you want the full flavor of pizza without feeling full or with carbs, this is the best place to get a pizza bowl. All the flavors of a deluxe pizza with the fresh toppings with the pizza sauce on the bottom, all flavor without the guilt of carbs. Amazing. read more

I ordered pizza for my son which I Aleah choose Marcos because it's my son's favorite. So I ordered and the pizza was running a little late then usual my son didn't want anything else so the Manager Josh personally delivered the pizza to my son. He threw in a fudge brownie cake and the original pizza was all remade and he even gave me the old pizza so we got 2 free pizzas and a brownie, thank Josh for making sure my son got his pizza! read more

I ordered a pizza on Friday and it was a deluxe. I chose to get half of it with no Italian sausage.. when we got home the pizza was half cheese and the other one barely had anything on it. When I called, they wanted me to drive all the way back to get the correct. Was going to charge me full price for my pizza. I didn't have the time to drive back so I just threw the pizza away. I paid $17 for a pizza that I didn't even eat. When my husband told them he wanted the pizza to be correct, there response was we all want that? Been eating at various Marco's Pizza's for over 7 years. Never had a bad meal. My fav topping is the old world pepperoni. Unfortunately, some of the toppings feel like they are coming from cans. Their crust toppers add an extra layer of flavor to the crust - i recommend splitting up half garlic butter crust topper and half Roma seasoning to compare and decide which is to your liking. They also have thin, thick, original, and New Yorker crust styles. The original is already doughy enough for me so never tried the thick crust. My preferred crust style is New Yorker and thin which is kinda flat bread style and very crispy. This location has been pretty good. They have messed up my order once but offered to fix it / redo for free. Often have good deals on the website. Currently they have curbside pickup so that's really appreciated. I recommend this location overall! read more

This is not my first or last rodeo with Marco's. The food is solid every single time. The crust is fluffy, garlicky and crunchy. We have never had anything here we weren't delighted with! This was one of those places that popped up on my Yelp radar so I decided to check it out since the reviews were quite good. This place is nestled inside a strip center and gas station. I called in the order and it was ready in less than 20 minutes. It was well worth the $15 for the two topping large pizza. So we moved and now get Marco's from this location....and gotta say, damn they are good...how good???? Slap me silly and make my belly jiggle good....this fat man is in pizza heaven.....they are THAT much better then the Gattis School Rd. location. First time ordered a thin crust (photo posted) and gotta say...I lost my ability to keep the dribbles from happening out of my gaping mouth.....dear Lord Almighty that was some good grubbin pizza.....hit the spot perfectly. Also had a chicken caesar salad....real good, however, like the other location...the croutons were soft n stale....but oh well, the pizza put me in a pepperoni induced daze..... 2nd, 3rd and 4th times ordering....same damn good fat man approving pizza.......croutons tho were soft n stale each salad tho...lol But hey......this isn't about the salad...its about the amazing properly greasy pizza that makes this fat man's eyes glaze over everytime I open the box............. These guys are under new management, we just dropped in to order a pizza a week or so ago and they took our order but forgot to let us know the pizza was finished so we were waiting for awhile...we didn't really notice and it wasn't a big deal but the new manager comped our pizza because he felt bad for their slippage on customer service. I hope they get through the growing pains, the pizza is pretty good and everyone working there was nice (at least in person). I think they might need to update their coupons and work on their phone ordering, but hopefully they can get more staff to help with that. read more

First time and had it delivered. quick delivery for a Saturday night. I ordered the Veggie and it was delicious. Crust crispy, just the right thickness, just the right amount of sauce (not overkill like some places) and the toppings were a perfect amount. Definitely will order from here again. Ummm, and yes, I know my pizza!! Not only am I Italian but have had pizza all across the US and in Italy. Now in Italy, they feel Americans ruin pizza but I love it. Earlier this year I was getting sick of my usual takeout/delivery options so one day I tried Marco's and I'm so glad that I did! Now I get delivery from them a couple times a month. My favorite things are the sandwiches (I've had the steak & cheese, the pizza sandwich and the meatball sub) and the chicken wings. I tend to be wary about getting hot sandwiches delivered since sometimes they get soggy before you can eat them. But I haven't really had that problem with Marcos. They wrap the sandwiches in foil and they're nice and toasty. Personally I prefer the white sauce pizzas, the red sauce is just a little bit on the sweet side for my taste. (Not in a bad way, though, I'm sure other people like it.) I also always ask them to go light on the sauce because otherwise there is sometimes way too much and the box will get greasy underneath. (I think the white sauce is like a garlic butter something) And definitely get some kind of crust topper, like the parma/roma blend, it's good. All in all I've had nothing but good experiences. (One time they forgot my extra side of ranch but that sort of thing happens anywhere. I asked and they gave me extra on my next order, it was no big deal.) Highly recommend! read more

I have no idea what's going on with this location , but it just continues to go down hill. Ordered two pizzas and two salads. The salads were missing salami, cheese, and the croutons and the lettuce was wilted on the bottom. I called and spoke to the manager and he advised they were out of items and they could give me a credit for two salads. However, I don't plan to ever order salads from here again. I asked for a refund, and he advised all they can do is credit me. If they knew they were out of items, they should not be selling them. That excuses, absurd and ridiculous. read more

This is new to Pflugerville and it pretty good. It is in a unusual spot because you would miss it if you not really looking for it. Food: Everything was served hot & prepared when ordered. Everything taste fresh & made to fit your wants. Price is a little higher than normal pizza joints but overall not too bad. Serivce: Placed order online. No issues at pick up. They also delivery, if needed. Overall: Another great choice for pizza in Pflugerville. I would recommend to check it out & see what you think. I wish I could give this place more stars the flavor was there. Unfortunately, I can't. We placed our delivery order on the website and it was an estimated 40 delivery. No problem right? Wrong. An hour and a half later and after a call to the store I ended up just picking up my order. They informed me they only had one driver and that was the reason for the delay. I completely understand that but it should have been communicated after I placed my order that it was going to take so much longer and to top it off the pizza was stone cold and one of them was completely over cooked and dry. read more

This is our second time eating here. Went tonight on 1/28/18. We ordered a thin crust sausage and pepperoni pizza. The counter person was very nice but when our pizza came out it was not thin crust. I questioned him about it but was not about to wait for a new pizza. I hate to wait so we decided to eat the thick crust. It was good and right out the oven. I just hate for my order to not be right. My daughter loves this place but I am looking forward to the new location which will be closer to our home in Hutto. When I checked the order slip it did not have any mention of thin crust. Horrible customer service, and I witnessed numerous health & safety violations. I ordered online over an hour before pickup. The online order was correct, but the pizza order was incorrect (2 of 4 pizzas were incorrect) I was told that they could make the 2 pizzas as ordered but I would have to wait 20 minutes because I would be behind the current orders they had. I was then told "I don't even know why we have online ordering, it always gets messed up. You should have called" meanwhile the phone had been ringing our entire conversation, so clearly calling is not a viable option, and a waste of time. After the gentlemen cashed a customer out he said he would correct my order and it would be next in the oven, he then proceeded to make my pizza without washing his hands or putting on gloves. Be careful eating here. Poor hygiene and customer service. 10 outta 10 would not recommend eating here. read more

Just wanted to take the time to update another review. Ever since the new owners took over, everything has been absolutely wonderful. The pizza taste so much better and the facilities are so much better. Once I was really desperate and I called them and knowing that they were outside my delivery area, I talked to the manager and he checked the schedule and actually offered to send a driver out to my house. Marcos that deliver to Pflugerville. I'm dissatisfied with service today. I ordered cinnasquares with my pizza order. Guy approach my door and said the cover to the cinnsquare just fell off. I reply no problem. When I got inside the paper that usually has the icing inside was missing the actual icing. I called the store told the female staff that I was missing the icing, she said she was going to call driver back. 30min later no driver returned! You can't eat cinnasquares without icing!! I always choose Marcos for my pizza cravings. But after this experience I cannot say I will again. At least not from the pflugerville location. It was a simple mistake. My pizza was made wrong. Was supposed to be 1/2 pineapple and ham. Only got cheese. But it is the conversation I had with the manager after calling the store to explain the mess up. He said "I was the person who made and cut your pizza, it was right when I cut it" .......see pictures. I assure you I did not remove any toppings. Another pizza was sent to me. This was made "right" hopefully they didn't tamper with the remake pizza..... After spending almost $30 for 1 pizza, it seems fair to expect the toppings you choose. read more

I used to be a regular but after tonight I'm done. A month ago I ordered two pizza bowls for me and my mom. They were literally nothing but pizza sauce, pepperoni and a pool of grease and it was inedible. There wasn't any cheese, I called the manager he apologized for it and he offered me two free pizzas for the inconvenience next time I Place an order and tell them that the manager said that he gave us two free pizzas and he also said he would put it in my account. A month goes by which is today, I call to my place my order and the employee says she can't find the free pizzas anywhere on my account and that the manager I spoke wasn't available for her to ask and that she couldn't honor the free pizzas. We've been Marco's fans since we discovered it! Great, hot, fresh pizza with lots of toppings. The reason I took off one star is because the ONE time our pizza got delivered ( we usually pick it up, but it was raining that day) our items arrived in a less than desired state: Pizza cheese clumpy and stuck to the top of the box, the cheesy bread was burnt with no butter or garlic spread on top and the cheese was very stringy and cold.
