We've ordered from Domino's Pizza several times since they opened. I like the easy online ordering and quick delivery, much faster than Papa Geno's. I get it, the employees are probably high school kids. I really don't expect 5 star treatment or anything crazy. My girl friend and I came in around 9pm on a Sunday night. Ordered carry out. Upon arrival they said they had to remake the order, it'll be another 10 min. That's fine. I asked what happened and how long it would be and this kid looks me straight in the eye and shrugs. Okay cool, we'll wait. So another 10 minutes go by, he walks over and drops the food onto the counter, "this your order?" I mean, I sure hope so bud. (I didn't say that) Confused, we just looked into the boxes and checked ourselves. We asked if they had our order, a few things were missing. Guess what? Yes, another shrug. They brought what we needed. We were super polite the entire time. As soon as we walked out, the entire staff breaks out into laughter. Like, I'm funny but cmon. Not that good and I felt like I was overcharged. I ordered the 2 mediums for 5.99 and an Italian sandwich. My order came to over $21. I am calling back to see if they can itemize my order with tax and other charges. It seemed as if they skimped on cheese and the overall taste just wasn't that good. Not very pleased, but since we live in Manor, I may have to order from them again. I totally disagree with other comment about Pizza Plus Wings closing their doors within a month. First of all, I guess I'm one of the few that's aware of the fact that Dominos offers online ordering? We've used this a number of times with the Manor location. Each time, the pizza was just as ordered. An interesting plus is that the web order system shows the progress of your order. I too was glad to have a Dominos added to our local Manor selection. I do think one or two of the negative reviews here are dubious. As for "chain pizza", it's as good as any. read more

I've been ordering from here for a few months now. They've never messed up my order and are pretty fast on deliveries. Online ordering from an iPhone is easy. No complaints with the service, drivers are friendly. Tipping well generally gets you good service and I'm sure they remember if you're a regular. read more

The worst. I ordered a cheesy bread - that's it. Go through drive through to pick it up, not ready yet even though the app said it was ready for pick up 10 mi it's ago. They ask me to pull around and they will bring it out to me. After 10 minutes of waiting with no one coming outside, I go inside and wait in line to ask where my cheesy bread is. After another 10 minute wait in line, they can't find it. So they grab someone else's order and give it to me. So now we can be sure there are 2 PO customers. Bravo dominos! read more

I first started by calling to order a deliverie called several times no answer. I drove over to order and take home myself it was 12:15 and there was a guy standing out front the place was closed. I said hey its after 12 the place should be open and he responded-I know I called and the manager said he/she would be here in about an hour. Talk about bad many people don't have much time for lunch and sure don't appreciate driving to Dominos and finding it closed during regular business hours. We are foodies for certain. Pete Fumu's is the best in Manor for sure, however, we had a great first experience at Dominoes, although I don't believe they changed the sauce, just added garlic and basil to the pizza, which made it a little better than Dominoes from the past. The only disadvantage to Dominoes in Manor is that the prices are $1-3 higher on some of the menu items than in Austin; breadsticks and walk in special were the ones we noticed. We ordered on a weeknight, the food was fast, hot, fresh, and the drive thru was convenient. The woman working was very pleasant. We know quality, and have taken pizzas and breadsticks back to Pizza & Wings, so although we would prefer a Papa Murphy's, Pizza Hut or Papa Johns, this cheap pizza will do. read more

This place is so disgusting, they don't wash their hands. Whenever I go to order food I asks the African American boy at the register to make sure hands are washed before making my pizza. He literally, gets upset every time. However, even when asked they still don't do it. Brandon the manager has a horrible attitude. I'm surprised this place is still open. Every employee in this place has an attitude, you can't ask them for anything without them getting hostile. I've been in this community for 13 years and this has been the worst pizza place around. Domino's in Manor is awesome with delivery but needs a lot of work in carry out dept. I was so disappointed tonight in the amount of time it took to get my order...when they first opened, I went in for carry out and I was there a long time (over an hour) and the team seemed disorganized. I was pretty understanding since they did just open, so I figured they were trying to learn the flow of things but when I went in tonight, I was very disappointed that my experience was the same as last time. I ordered @ 6:04 and was the first to order out of people who came in after me. I got my order at around 6:4? Something and was the last to get the order. I didn't complain since I felt bad. Because other customers there were complaining left and right but no explanation of why it took so long or an apology. The pizza is always cold and more often than not, you get the wrong order. Or, more likely, you only get part of it. Order mistakes are becoming a common problem with this location. I ordered two medium thin crust pizzas and received two medium tossed crust pizzas. I had a previous order of cinnastix that was delivered with boneless chicken instead, and when the correct order was delivered it contained ranch dressing instead of icing. I have been a consistent customer of this location, but if this sloppy attention to detail continues I will take my business elsewhere. read more

One employee kept walking by saying..."Its over here". The guy at the register kept saying he couldn't find the order. The other employee kept saying "the order is over here".
