I ordered a pizza for my mother while I was at work (Order #4837 around 12 PM). When I checked on her during my lunch break around 2 PM, she told me the pizza was cold and not even what I ordered. I ordered sausage, pepperoni, ham, and onions, but she only received pepperoni and banana peppers. I called the store and spoke with Hosea, who was very rude. He kept saying the order arrived in 12 minutes and questioned how it could be cold. I explained that regardless of delivery time, the pizza was cold and incorrect. There's no reason for me or my mother to lie--I'm at work and was just trying to do something nice for her. I contacted customer support and was told this is a franchise and that the owner, Dennis, would reach out. After seeing similar reviews, it's clear this is an ongoing issue. Customer service matters. If you're running a franchise, your staff should represent it well. I even tipped the driver, expecting good service and the correct order, especially since this was for my mother. I probably should have checked the reviews first but I never think to do that. Delivery is super slow. I ordered an hour and a half ago, said it would be here in about half an hour, tracking still hasn't been updated since they started to "prep," and I've been on the phone with the location for 40 minutes with no answer. Food still isn't here. It's literally a small pizza and some cinnamon twists. At least update the tracking so I can know what's going on Update: after 51 minutes of being on hold, they hung up on me without answering. Food still isn't here. "Prep" was nearly 2 hours ago. This is officially by far the WORST dominos and the WORST experience I've ever had with a Pizza company. I only order their oven baked sandwiches. The one in particular is their Mediterranean veggie sandwich because when made correctly, it's GREAT and an awesome meat replacement. Seriously, you can't tell that it's only veggies. Well, today I ordered two sandwiches on my lunch break for delivery. When the sandwiches arrived THIS is what I received. That's right, I had bread, feta cheese and a couple of sprinkles of banana peppers. When I contacted the store I was immediately directed to a 3rd party who then had to transfer me to the store. The icing on the cake is NO ONE ever answered the in store phone. How is it possible that you can take orders only, but there's no supervision to check orders? We attempted to order online and had difficulty with the online service. We called to get the coupon from the website and spoke with a young man who clearly didn't have much experience. After 15 minutes, he was finally able to get out order, take our credit card info and give us a time estimate for delivery. After putting it in, he realized that the order could not be delivered because of a 5pm delivery stop time. He apologized and after already waiting nearly 20 mins, we said we'd come pick it up. He tells us the adjusted price and time and we show up. Once we arrived, there was no order placed and the stated that the order would need to be resubmitted. We have now been waiting over an hr and the order that they attempted to give us was incorrect. We asked that our whole meal be compensated and the manager gave us a hard time, stating that she needed to see what we ordered before she decided to give us a free meal. Placed my REPEAT order on the dominos app... ordered at 10:30pm, arrived at the drive up window at 10:42pm... "oh your order isn't ready yet, you can drive back around and sit behind(4 cars behind me) the waiting cars." So i do that, get back to the window at 10:50pm, "they made bone-in wings instead of the boneless wings that you ordered, would you like those or do you want the boneless like you originally ordered?" WHY WOULD I WANT BONE-IN if i ORDERED boneLESS??? So i was instructed to pull forward and they would bring out my food.... 11:11pm i got my food... 29min later. RIDICULOUS. When I arrived, the store appeared closed - the front door was locked, nobody was at counter or at any of the ovens that I could see, nobody was at the drive thru window (someone in one of the cars infront of me in line repeatedly knocked on the window before pulling off), and nobody picked up when I called to see what was going on. After 30 minutes of waiting and about 10-15 minutes waiting for someone to pick up the phone, I finally gave up like the previously mentioned customer infront of me in line as I clearly was not ever going to get my order. I had a terrible experience trying to return an order that was not correct. I had 2 of the same pizzas made and they should have had different ingredients. I called to explain the problem and the person on the phone was very rude. I was asked to return the pizzas. I asked who was I talking to and he replied harshly I don't have to tell you my name and hung up. I went to the store with the 2 pizzas and showed that they were two of the same. My young niece had eaten a few slices of the pizzas and I stopped her because I told her I was returning them back to the store because of the mix up. When I got there a young man who said he was the manager asked me what was the problem and I explained. He looked at the two pizzas and said I can make that one pointing to the pizza that had the least missing slices, and he took it , but not the other. I said how can you pick which pizza to make they are the same. He said too many slices have been eaten out of that one. I disagreed because they were basically the same. I said you called me around here so you can compare and pick over pizzas? He said in a loud voice and started moving his hands aggressively and said that's our policy. I asked him to lower his voice then I asked him for his name and He said Ren and spelled it out after I could quite understand what he said. I said my order was wrong and that shouldn't be a problem getting it right. His attitude was so bad that two other employees wanted to resolve the issue he created, but he said he was handling this. At that time, I really didn't think he was the manager so I asked for a refund for one of the pizza because I stated I'm not satisfied with my order. He said he was not gonna give me a refund but store credit. I then got mad and left with the pizzas. I will take them back tomorrow to talk to hopefully a real manager. I have been ordering pizzas from that location store # 5442 Winchester Rd. Memphis, Tn. for nearly 20 years. 9 out of 10 times, our order arrives within 20 minutes, piping hot. I think we must be very close to this store! We have only done delivery (otherwise why eat fast food from a chain?), but we like all of their drivers. They have been courteous and speedy. They have yet to mess up an order for us, and the gluten free pizza is pretty darn tasty when it's fresh, crispy, and hot. I really like their wings, too, and the 20 oz. soda option. I place a order at this domino's pizza and they tell me it will be at least 25 min wait. I say ok. I went and ran a errand that I know took me at the most 25 min after I was done I go pick my order up pay for it then wait for my pizza to come it be er come I proceed to knock on the pickup window and a young land with the dreads with blond tips comes to the window and looks my order up.
