Stooped in for a quick bite to eat. The line was short but moved VERY slow. The workers were nice and pleasant just painfully slow. My salad was great. I got a spicy ranch dressing that was very tasty. My husband got the BBQ pizza and he said they were too heavy with the BBQ sauce. Other than that, I was good. We had stopped going for a while but will put this back in rotation. read more

Must have driven by this place 100 times without paying any attention to it. I now regret that because the food is so good. Had a pepperoni pizza, salad and a Coke. Everything was perfect. Manager was at the cash register and really on the ball. The pizza was just awesome. Brick oven cannot be beat, imo. Better than average atmosphere. I will definitely be back. It might be my favorite pizza in town now. I was perplexed as to why the rating was only ~3.7. So, I read the 1 star reviews and noticed that most of the complaints were regarding the poor service. I did not have that problem. read more

Tell your employees to wear their hair back so it won't touch the food when they are helping customers. Pitiful! Wearing your hair long it's OK but when you are in the workplace and around food, it needs to be put in a ponytail or put up so we will not touch the food. The manager should know this. i hadn't been to this location in about a year. I had always loved it, of all the options and the fact that it was always good, and service was friendly attentive. Today i went there around 11:30 am. All the workers just seemed as though they didn't care. There was no choice of crust, just super thin, and there were only two sauce choices. I repeatedly told everyone behind the counter that I was getting this to go, but they still entered it as dine in and didn't include my name in the order. My pizza sat on the counter for at least 10 minutes. I might add that they were not busy at all, so it wasn't hectic. if this keeps up I don't think they will be in business long. read more

extremely disappointed with my visit. i used to love pyros, i hadn't been in about 2 years. i got to the collierville location around 7:40, the employees were completely disengaged and uninterested in us. we had to get their attention at the start of the line to get them to ask us what we wanted (we were the only people in line... 3 employees were standing at the dough press). they didnt really ask what we wanted, sort of just stared at us expecting us to speak. the girl working the cash register also took a minute to acknowledge us as we stood in front of her. they didn't ask if our pizza was for here or togo, but they brought my pizza out in a box and my boyfriend's out on a tray like normal? my pizza was burnt to the point half of it being black and hard. the lady brought me the box and said "did you have a pizza" like?? yeah... what kind?? there's a few people here i assume we all have pizza ... all she said was "it's a snack size" and i said well i guess we have to open it to know if it's mine. the tables were also dirty and sat dirty the entire 40 minutes we were there when there was only a handful of customers who came here after us. maybe the other locations are better, but this visit was an extreme disappointment. read more

I love this place i never had the pizza they look good too but the salads are AMAZING EVERYTHING ON IT extra lettuce please and thank you no meat this time the staff where great answered all my questions. About the prices dont mind spending 12 dollars for a big salad and small drink knowing I'M going to get every bang for my buck. Johnny Lee is my favorite part of this place. Anytime I come to Memphis from out of town, I try to stop by Pyros. I absolutely love their pizza and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. I had never been to this location of Pyros before and so I had never met the staff here. After going through the line to pick out all the toppings for my pizza it was time to check out and that's when I met Johnny Lee. He is an absolute gem of a human being, and I genuinely loved talking to him. His passion for Pyros is obvious and his love for life and the Lord is contagious. Would like to have the option to give ZERO stars! Visited today 3/11/2023 & the workers were very grumpy. The choices were very limited on topping selections because they were "out" of everything. Was told at the checkout that they were "also out of savory bites". The drink station had cups strewn everywhere & the machine only had a couple drink selections available. I had not been to this location in a couple years & was shocked at how a Collierville restaurant was being managed so poorly. I am an avid PYRO'S eater & have been eating here for the longest! Yet, today did not reflect the service or quality of what I've eaten previously. My boyfriend & I are plant based so we don't have many options in the surrounding area. We came for dinner and the service was subpar, I understand that towards the end of the night people are ready to go home. Yet it's no excuse for the lack of sauce that comes on a pizza. It's a pizzaaa!! As well as a mounding all of the toppings in the middle of the pizza! It's just disappointing to see a place I love go down in service and quality after a couple of years. One of the worst dining experiences of all time. Every pizza was taking 30+ minutes to come out, and the manager was not responding to guest concerns. After the large wave of guests was over, the manager still did not listen to customer complaints and concerns. All of the employees just stood around the oven laughing and making jokes while my pizza was just waiting to be cut and served. I always enjoy Pyro's. I get have my pizza as weird as I like it. I love the brick oven style pizza and the topping selections. This location is always friendly and moves fast. the only thing that I don't care for is the fact that rewards expire so soon. I know thats not their fault but still at least give me 60 days instead of 30. I took off a star because the drink area is always sticky. One time I can understand but multiple times thats a habit. read more

This restaurant is an awesome pizza place! And I don't think there's anything I find wrong/bad about this place! Okay so I would call this place the "chipotle of pizza" in that you can customize and make your pizzas with whatever toppings you want (so honestly if your pizza tastes bad, it might be your own fault -- but they do offer a few speciality pizzas for those who are less creative or want a pizza that they know tastes good). They offer tons of different sauces, meats, and veggies that you can add to your pizza. And you can order an entree pizza, snack pizza or salad along with any other sides like their version of breadsticks and such. So yeah, once you've put everything on your pizza all you have to do is pay and they'll bring it to your table. Awesome Memphis made pizza restaurant! read more

My only small adjustment was that I needed to order extra sauce on the side, for the second half. The one sauce didn't quite cut it for the whole 'zone. I'd definitely recommend it. Also, their Caesar salad was actually very tasty! The salad I asked for it lightly dressed, and they brought it perfectly. Overall the service was great and it had the quirky mellow vibe.

The caramelized onions and bbq are something special to that pizza. I love the option of having the whole or split pizza toppings. I also recommend the cloud 9 garlic Parmesan wings. Also get the 10 piece 5 is a tease. The service was pretty fast and attentive , as the food was made fresh to order. The ambiance gives me like a stoner vibe with the mushrooms and outstanding colors lit around. Definitely recommend and I will be back!!
