this debonair fellow greeted us at the door.
    Kathryn D.

casual comfortable environment with friendly wait staff and good food. We had Buffalo wings and shared a meat lovers pizza. We found this by chance by asking Siri for a restaurant near us as we were driving back from a day of sightseeing. When we're on vacation we try to find local eateries rather than rely on generic chains. This was a Very happy find.

Large with extra cheese, mushrooms, and pepperoni. Yum!
    Jessica R.

I really liked the pizza. It's pretty standard, but the crust wasn't too thick or thin. The extra cheese, pepperoni, and mushroom pizza was delicious. They have some Pepsi and some Stubborn sodas. The curly fries were ok, but the pizza was the star of the show. I arrived at about 4:40 and had to knock on the Employees Only door to be seated, but after that it was all good. I'd go again!

Great little place and the service is endearing. The food is delicious and they have fun table toys to play with and entertain the young antsy pants kids. Will be back for sure!

Sausage and pepperoni with onion. Very good!

CABLP is about as old-school as it gets, located in the middle of nowhere Nevada, & they do gluten-free buns. With no fuss. Take note. After riding all day through the Valley of Fire, we were hungry & wanted a classic burger dinner. CABPL was the correct choice. Kind staff, clean joint, reasonable prices. The burger didn't knock my socks off, but I didn't need it to. I just wanted a good burger. They provided exactly that & on a gluten-free bun to boot. Loved the thinly sliced fries, too. I don't know if I've ever had fries quite like them before, & they were super enjoyable. Well worth the stop!

We got to share in this moment and ambiance that "the magician" has made for us all . Thank you for sharing this wonderful piece of artwork with the public. The restaurant itself is quaint and has a nice, casual atmosphere. The Lomo Saltado had tender beef, onions and tomatoes tossed in a savory sauce and served with rice and fries. Such a simple combination of flavors and textures, but damn, does it work. For me, huevo frito is a mandatory addition. I love the yolk nice and runny so you can break it over the rice and let it soak up all that goodness. My egg was more cooked than I prefer this time, but that's a minor critique of an otherwise delicious meal. The one area that could use some improvement is the service. I'm not sure if they were simply understaffed during my visit, but service was noticeably slow and not quite as attentive as I would have hoped. Nothing that ruined the experience, just something that could make an already good little restaurant even better. The food definitely satisfied the craving, and I'd happily give them another visit.

The worker on the other end had offered suggestions and helped me understand that they had preset options as well as build your own. I ended up getting a preset option, while adding two additional toppings, then opting for it to be made into a wrap. It was definitely the right move for me. The right amount of sauce without it becoming drenched, and the salad was well tossed prior to assembling the wrap so it wasn't heavy with certain toppings in different areas. Overall, I'd like to try it out again. I may have paid a bit more than I'd like to for a wrap because of the added items and the pre set menu, so I think I'd take my time again to look over the menu to get a better bang for my buck, but the meal itself was delicious. :)
