Come on... it's Dominoes! Nothing better on a late night after going out with friends. The staff at this location is awesome!

I ordered a pizza from Domino's at 7:07 PM this evening. The driver left with my order at 7:51 PM, it is currently 8:31 PM. I called the Dominos to see what was going on, and I got a very flip and unprofessional response that they don't know where the driver is, the driver started this evening and they don't even know the driver's phone number. To send a new pizza. It will be an hour and a half. Normally, I wouldn't make a review based off of a single experience, but this pie that they're delivering is in response to the last delivery, which took 40 minutes before they even started baking the pie, and this was a free pie as recompense. I can understand that they are having challenges with staffing, or whatever reason they're going to give, however, the uncaring and flip response of the person that I called to inquire about the pizza is completely unacceptable. Wasted my time! Ordered 5 pizzas online to be ready almost 3 hours after I sent in my order. I got there on time when they were supposed to be done, and they were "just starting to make the pizzas!" Waited an additional 20 minutes while my order was being prepared. Nobody cared, or apologized for waisting my time. I felt as if I was interrupting their day. I found out that this dominos has a delivery charge....this charge is not for the driver. So not only you have to pay a delivery charge you also have to tip.... I no longer order from dominos. I don't mind tipping the person who actually delivered my pizza but I'm not going to pay the business that is going to charge me a delivery charge that the driver doesn't get. read more

After being snubbed 2 days in a row by a nearby pizza place, we decided to order from Dominos. Ordering was easy, the app is pretty cool too. From the time it was in the oven till it got to our apartment it was 20 minutes. That's fast considering we had a pretty big order. Not only were they fast, everything was perfect and they brought it all the way up to my 3rd floor apartment. It was a great experience and you guys now have a new repeat customer. I love dominos on days when I don't feel like making food or figuring something out at home. I like to order food when I'm at work too. I ordered food at 6 and put my phone number in to get notified when it was on its way. I waited almost an hour to call when I only say that my food was being prepped. Prep for an hour? I paid 25 dollars plus a drivers fee and tip to be waiting almost two hours for simple bread twists and a dessert. Unbelievable. read more

Online ordering? Sounds like a nice concept. Add the ability to track the progress of your order? Even better. Watching your order get as far as "in the oven" and then have the store call you to tell you that they're sorry, but they have a three-pizza minimum for delivery, and you only ordered two. They can do whatever they want with a minimum, but they need to be up front about it. No, I don't need three pizzas. And this location apparently don't want my business. read more

Agree with Larry that this store doesn't want the business. They dont accept any of the nationwide deals unless you order a minimum. If you want to order online for delivery you have to pay with a credit card. If your online order doesn't reach the minimum and you type in your credit card, your given an error and told to contact the store only to find out that the error is because you didn't reach the minimum. Would have only given 1 star but their delivery drivers are really professional and nice. Thats the only thing this store has going for them. It's a shame, because when i lived in Nashua NH and Charleston SC the local Dominos were my go to place because they were fast, friendly, cheap, and wanted your business. This stores a joke, and their deals suck. read more

This is the second negative review and experience that I have had with this Domino's location. Both times, I was over charged for boring and soggy pizza. I was with friends this most recent time that ordered 2 multiple topping pizzas and an order of cinnamon twists which came out to $48.00 before driver tip. These pizzas were barely topped with anything that warranted the excessive charge for these pizzas !! The cinnamon twists were average and typical for mass produced fast food. Including tip, we paid almost $60 for an average cost of $20 per item. None of the items we received were worth even close to that amount. I'm done Domino's !!! Try the Pasta Loft on the Milford Oval for great pizza in the area !!! read more

I have not been to Domino's Pizza since all the hype, specials, New stores and Non cardboard flavored Pizza, I am not unfamiliar with good food so maybe critical- "but bad is bad" Passing by on a business trip- was suggested we try it, I heard an over abundance of advertisements on the radio and TV every 15 minutes from all medias (big money spent on adds to make up for the bad products) So "Hay we gave it a shot', All young inexperienced poorly trained teen employees- All processed not fresh food 1. Employee Couldn't work the register so it was a big issue ordering, Lots of criticism on each others actions between them, should be supportive of each other in public like a team 2. Big sign says hand tossed LOL Nothing being tossed, The doe was so thick almost frozen he could not toss it he had to fight to spread it on the counter with hands 3. Watched them prepare the pizza with dirty smocks using bare hands Not a biggie but seemed unsanitary and was on our minds right away 4. The box was made wrong or its just poor design so the pizza slid out on the way home 5. The Pepperoni just looked sad very greasy dry and covered the pizza in a dark oil almost burnt 6. We noticed a huge amount of what seemed to be salt all over it 7. The green pepper topping was a joke maybe 3 tiny pieces on each slice 8. First bite and the looks on our faces Blah! Gross SALTY burnt Garlicky flavor 9. It was sooo salty with a bad garlic flavor- it was an assault on our body and senses, all of us complained of cramps dehydration and over whelming thirst all that night and next day "OD on salt" 10. 3 hungry Adults did not finish 2 mediums that where smaller than a small at any other restaurant, 11. Our comment when the pizza was handed to us "these pizza boxes are very light" 12. The crust was of a strange consistency not like a thin but was very thin almost a thick crust that did not rise 13. Complete lack of sauce and very little cheese 14. As a left over it was not edible gave it to the chickens Was not surprised- after all, I never had a good experience with Domino's in my life, After searching for Domino's reviews I wonder why the exist or how they stay open, We live in an area that does not have good food choices but this was an all time low read more

I called for delivery and asked for a chicken cutlet parmesan plate, the guy had no idea what I was talking about so I explained how to make it and he said "oh a chicken parm sub" "yes but instead of bread put a side of pasta", he said they couldn't do that "ok give me a sub make it on garlic bread" the guy actually told me they don't have garlic bread so I called Sal's pizza and got exactly what wanted... and it was cheaper. read more

My wife and I recently rediscovered Dominos after at least 20 years, prompted by some deals they were running. Our first pizza, a large three topping, was great, but it was all downhill from there. Tonight we ordered a large two topping, and it was so pathetic we probably won't be back. It barely had enough cheese to cover it and the sausage and pepperoni was so sparse there were slices that had as little as two pieces. The sad part is their crust, sauce, cheese and toppings all taste great, there's just too little cheese and toppings. It's really a joke. Here's a news flash for whoever owns and operates this location - the purpose of coupons is to get people in the door to try your product so they'll come back another time and pay full price. When you serve them crap because you're too stingy to put the right amount of cheese and toppings, they won't be back. What's the point? Too bad there's no Papa Johns or Papa Gino's around here, their pizza beats the hell out of Dominos read more

Excellent moist buffalo chicken wings! Wish we ordered more!! Veggie pizza was delicious! Delivery was quick, courteous and efficient!

The store has changed ownership and has done a complete turnaround. This location now honors all national promotions and will refund or credit you if they make a mistake. The old store was practically not even a Domino's Pizza read more
