Obesity and heart disease is on the rise. They are now deep frying their breadsticks. Very greasy and processed. Very disgusting compared to the baked fresh bread sticks. Not to mention that they are ten times smaller while still being $8 for 6 breadsticks. I have been a loyal customer for over ten years and this change to a cheaper and "easier" method of making these breadsticks which used to be delicious, feels like they are favoring quantity over quality NANCY'S DO BETTER! First time getting a pizza from this Nancy's. Like many in Chicago, pizza is a very personal decision. Was concerned when I saw deep dish pizza on the menu, but they also offered super thin crust. My preferred style. Ordered the usual "deluxe" toppings - sausage, green pepper, mushrooms and onion. Pineapple doesn't belong on pizza you heathens, but I digress. Yummm! Their pizza was delicious! Their pasta on the other hand was disgusting . We got one medium rustic pizza with pepperoni, half sausage, and the other half ground beef, one small thin without sauce and roasted garlic, and a two person chicken Alfredo! The pizzas were absolutely incredible!! The roasted garlic was so flavorful and they put just the right amount, the sausage is large in chunks and homemade consisting of actual sausage meat (not the factory formed kind), and the ground beef was so flavorful and deeelicious! Now the "award winning" Alfredo pasta was disgusting, hince only 4 stars . You did get a large portion however, it was just flavorless, cheese less, and salt less! It was like you were legit eating warm milk and noodles with some parsley sprinkled on top . The delivery was really easy, food was hot too! definitely check this place out and get some pizza! I spoke with an employee named megan and the whole time she was very sweet and even though the background seemed chaotic, megan acted like I was the only customer. She displayed excellent customer service and was very understanding and informative when I questioned about the dietary restrictions I had. Nancy's was always our go to for pizza. After yesterday we will not be back to Nancy's. Order pizza told 45 minutes went to pick pizza up and there was no pizza ready was told 5 minutes but in fact someone messed up and had to wait another 35 minutes. This tip will save you $50. Go to Meijer and pick up two Connie's frozen pizzas for $12. Connie's frozen pizza was better Nancy's. We recently moved to Frankfort from Chicago. Nancy's pizza came recommended from someone in the area. We were hoping this would be "our pizza place". I ordered a large Rocco's party and a large sausage. The pizzas were delivered within an hour and they were hot. Here are the reasons why we will not be ordering from Nancy's again. The pizzas were too small. No matter where you order from in Chicago a large is a Nancy's xlarge. The price was too high for what you get. Two large pizzas were $60 delivered. The taste was decent. Oh My Gluten! I just found out I am Gluten Intolerant and have been having the hardest time finding a good GF Pizza. Let me tell you, Nancy's has THE Best Gluten Free Pizza in Chicago! You can't even tell the difference- it may even be better than their regular gluten filled pizza. Make sure if you are ordering for delivery to order well done...the crust was super crispy! They even took the time to read the sauce labels to make sure there wasn't any wheat involved. My suggestions- 1/2 BBQ Chicken, 1/2 Buffalo Chicken. Very nice family owned feel. Very consistent ! Pizza is done the same every time. It's always ready in the time they say. Never have they messed up my order, they repeat it to you over the phone and again at pick up. They don't let you tip on the pick up receipt , only in the jar if you'd like. Just had pizza from this location and it was awful. We ordered online and selected what time we would arrive, confirmation email added 4 minutes but waited in store another 10 min. Got home and pizza was not piping hot as you would expect having waited for it. We ordered bread sticks, but i would not call this hard dough bread sticks. The sauce that came with them was ice cold. Who wants ice cold pizza sauce for breadsticks? We ordered Italian sausage and garlic. The sausage is not Italian and there was barely any garlic. The sausage distribution was not good - a ton over here, a few over there. I have had Nancy from other locations and liked it, but this location was overpriced and under delivered. Pizza is good, but for the price, the size of their pizza seems small. Nancy's large stuffed pizza is smaller than other chain's medium stuffed pizza. So we will not order from here when we are serving more than two people. read more

We've ordered from Nancy's since I was a little girl and have always liked it, but this location knocks them all out the park. The sauce is amazing. Seriously. Ordered from Nancy's last night for the first time in the 9 years we have been in Frankfort. The pizza was delivered and although hot, it was one of the lousiest pizzas we have ever had that we had to pay for. It was barely a step above a frozen pizza from the store. The crust was soft and appeared to be a Boboli or something similar with the little holes all over the bottom. Nacys is the number one pizza spot whenever we are to lazy to make dinner. They have the best thin crust pizza ever! Pricey if your comparing it to Pizza Hut or Dominos, however, 100 times better! I ordered a pizza from Nancy's and it was great! But this review will be about 2 wonderful people. Buddy and Kathy. I left with my pizza and got into my car and drove home. I pulled in my driveway and received a call from Kathy from Nancy's. She said Buddy, one of their drivers, found my wallet in the parking lot and returned it to the front desk.
