I ordered food at 10:28 may 31st was delivered around 11 which was fine but when I looked at the food, it was all wrong and half eaten! I called and they told me how short handed and it would be an hour wait so I offered to pick up my order they said my meal would be refunded but didn't give me fur information so I called in the morning around 10 to ask if it was going to be refunded and when and the person started off with an attitude it felt like I had to keep the situation calm needs better management and more staff read more

The driver smashed our company's pizza party and then told us to bring all the boxes to the store because we were not happy with our pies. Our manager had to call the store back and having them remake our order. Thanks Yukon Dominos for fixing our order. read more

I order from this location often and I'm starting to question my own sanity at this point. It seems every time I order they either get the order wrong, cold, or there are missing items. Tonight it just so happens my extra marinara sauce is missing and when I called to inquire about a refund for it they first hung up on me and after I called back they said they would send someone back to my house with it. This was so disappointing to think you have a new dominos in your area and that it will be better than the old one they must of transferred the bad employees to the new location the app said it was one way but the person on the phone was very disrespectful the mustang dominos location very rude and inconsiderate! There must be something difficult about remembering to put the habanero sauce on a chicken habanero sandwich, and this isn't the only Domino's to forget it. I did call and they were very nice and apologetic about it and they will replace both sandwiches. Hopefully they remember the sauce on the replacements because this is my favorite sandwich from here. The pasta bread bowls were really good although next time, I will just get the dish of pasta. I would prefer more pasta and no bread. The bread itself was bland. It would be a lot better if the bread wasn't so thick around the edges. The Philly cheesesteak sandwich was delicious and so were the parmesan bites. I will order from here again. I will just have to order a side of habanero sauce to make sure I get some for my sandwich. read more

Lied about delivery time. Verified about lying about delivery time by picking my own order up. Customer service sucks. Not worth tipping delivery when delivery fee is 5$. Have no sympathy for drivers if they're lazy. This is the 4th piss poor service I've had encounter with this location. and that's why I'm writting a review. I had the WORST experience ATTEMPTING to order a pizza from this establishment on 02/03/19. I ordered my pizza at 11:10pm, was told it would arrive is 20-30 minutes and after an hour passed, it never arrived. I called at 12:25am and spoke to a Jerrod who very rudely answered my question of where my order was with "Oh you're the one who didn't answer the door" NO ONE EVER came to my door or rang my door bell. it was a bold faced lie. after telling him that no one ever rang my doorbell he said "yeah i definitely did and you didn't answer." i said again that he didn't come to the right house and he rudely offered a "free pizza" but did not give a code or anything and then hung up on me. i am disappointed and disgusted with this service. read more

Absolutely terrible terrible and I mean terrible staff. I had to repeat my order for pick up over 10 times on the phone. I could tell the person on the other end of the line was distracted and didn't understand how to take an order. I was then passed off to another person who also wasn't able to focus on the words that were coming out of my mouth. Come to find out, when my wife picked the order up, she said they had the music up so loud inside the establishment you could hear it all the way from the outside of the place. I ordered two simple pizzas, parmesan bread twists, cinnamon bread twists, 2 liter Coke, and a 2 liter Dr Pepper. And of course, they still messed up the order. I got 2 parmesan bread twists. They are a little slow at times, however they let you know it will be a longer time, because they are swamped with orders thier so good. I've ordered from Domino's in Mustang several times. The pizza arrives fast and is also exactly what I ordered. The gluten free pizza crust is the best I've had. Pizza is my favorite food so when I hear of a restaurant offering gluten free pizza I hardly miss a chance to try it. Their app is fantastic. I placed an order thru the app and after an hour it shows that it was deliver. I call the restaurant and had to wait a long time, I kept listening people talking. After a while someone answer me and was told that it got deliver to a wrong address, but they would sent me another order. I waited over an hour, nothing arrived. This was one of my worst experiences ever! I was sitting in the drive-through window waiting to pay and pick up my pizza, while I sat there I watch the person making the pizzas take my payment with flour all over his hands..... He gave me my card back with flour all over it! Then, he went right back to handling food without washing his hands. I sat there for 10 minutes watching! I saw this guy handling raw pizza dough.. I have been ordering from here for about 2 years. The last two time I have ordered have taken over an hour an 15 minutes. Both times the pizza has been cold and old tasting. I'm embarrassed to say that we order from here a lot; even have them on speed-dial. I had grown up a Round Table Pizza (did OK ever have those?) girl before I became a Big Name Pizza Competitor fan. By the time the Mustang Domino's Pizza opened, Domino's had changed their crust recipe and were doing a special. I was sold. We've tried the Chicken Parmesan Sandwich; I'm not a tomato fan and I forgot that tomato is a staple in Chicken Parmesan. But, the sandwich was actually quite tasty. We haven't tried any of the chicken or pastas. We're set in our ways. Mustang Domino's ALWAYS makes fantastic pizzas! They're fast, they're courteous and professional, and they deliver on time. Pizza was supposed to be here by 7:25 it is now 7:48. I have tried it before and the delivery time was much less than this.

Very inconsistent experiences when I carryout. We love thin crust, but often there's little to no sauce on it. Today, we couldn't find any sauce, the crust was burnt, and the pizza was very dry. Other times, I've asked for double sauce knowing there won't be much on it, and I didn't get extra sauce. I've complained several times but have never received any apologies or attempts to make it right. read more
