Their service is terrible. My husband went and picked up and order I put in and they only gave him 1/2 the order. Impressively good pizza and Parmesan bread bites. I ordered directly from their website to my hotel and there was a small issue with delivery. No big deal, it happens and we were very understanding. We have ordered several times from Dominos in Lincoln City OR with very good results -- no complaints. Just simple pizza. We just received an order last night that was terrible. A four cheese pizza that neither of us liked. It just tasted bad. I ordered chicken wings plain, they were mushy and not much flavor. In addition we ordered pasta with mushrooms, Italian sausage and cheese. It was gummy in one big lump and not much pasta in it. All in all it was a total loss of over $30. We ended up dumping most of it. If we ever order again it will be their two pizza deal which seems to be good. Overall I would rate them at a 3 star but last night no more than 2 starts. Horrible service! I called in order. call center wrote Irene instead of Carlene, and the guy at the register could not figure this out. He told me I called the wrong store. We only have one in all our area in Newport.. So I reordered.. which was not good I watched this same guy help the next customer. He took order collected money cash!! And then go to roll the dough without washing his hands.. delivery guys came off road. right to the pizza area, cut the pizzas, put them in the boxes. No One Washed their hands!! Don't do it. I called to order delivery to my hotel room, and ordered a cheese pizza (I'm vegetarian). There was an automated ordering system, not a live person to order (which may be where the mix-up happened). When I received my order, it wasn't what I ordered at all. Thank you Dominoes of Newport for reminding me that life isn't always in our control, but kindness is. After a bad week, I called for take out. The guy on the phone was quick, efficient and positive. My food arrived super fast, and nice and hot. The delivery driver wore wild socks and had a dinosaur fanny pack and gave me a fist bump and had me sign my name as a dinosaur. Working at Dominoes may not be his life goal, but he reminded me that no matter what our circumstance in life, our attitude affects the people around us. I really used to like this place, BUT a order I placed yesterday for my granddaughter's birthday changed all that in a heartbeat. I think mobile apps are amazing as long as everyone is on the same page. It turns out that is not true with our Domino's here in Newport! I ordered on my phone on the mobile app and asked for car side delivery also was offered a perk just as I was completing the order to add bread sticks for free using rewards point I had on the account - sounds simple have done it before! Many times!!!! This time however, I couldn't get a good enough signal on my phone once I got there, so no CarSide delivery! I went inside and had to wait for someone to notice me at the counter and come see what I needed, told them it was CarSide delivery and showed the phone, the guy thought I was an idiot so he took the phone and tried the button (surprise it didn't work for him either) I get a "hum" then he finally finds my order and off I go since I paid online, mistake! I get home and happen to check my receipt and they docked me points for the bread sticks then charged me anyway!!! So I called the store and eventually spoke to the manager who explained that it wasn't there problem since I ordered online????? So the store isn't responsible for my order? No not if I order or anything online or the app that is Domino's problem???? Well ordered pizza for delivery waited outside so they could find me. Tracker said it was delivered but had NO order. Called but the driver who supposedly delivered my pizza said my address didn't exist. he hung up on me three times. He refused to let me talk to his manager or re do my order. I had to drive in where it took 20 minutes to wait for the rush still no order. The manager finally puts my order back through. I don't normally leave bad reviews however I just must. Not only did the pizza have hardly any cheese, it taste horrible. I got the pasta that was just okay. The boy said that he did not think he can give tomato on the side but then he said he will do it this time but won't be able to next time. So when we get it he said nope we can't do the tomatoes on the side. Then I get back to my hotel with it and noticed the price was 16.00 so they charged full price when it was the two or more for 5.99.
