Don't let the three stars fool you. Of all the delivery pizza joints in Owasso, Domino's is a solid, dependable, good pizza. Not great... but good. Deliveries are always on time and hot, with drivers being pretty friendly most times. Food is always as ordered, even when I order it wrong. The website works pretty flawlessly most times, which is more than I can say for a couple other local pizza places. In the pantheon of pizza joints, Domino's is definitely mid-tier, but it's a solid, consistent mid-tier, which says a lot. When calling management, Drew.... Claimed he would send driver back or restart order.... Thirty minutes later....nothing calling again.... Drew: ummmm you weren't nice to our driver, we are now banning you from dominos. When you hire someone. Granted I support you in backing your employees.... But when said employee fucks up, you need to step up. And Drew, did not. I will not be ordering from Dominos for at least 5 years....enough for a regime change.... This Dominos is our favorite "anyday" pizza! Their food is always consistent, good, quick and resonably priced! It's easy to order online and is ready within about 15 minutes. You couldn't bake a pizza at home in that time. Our favorites are the white, garlic & parmesan sauce, chicken & bacon. Either hand tossed or thin crust are both very tasty! Dominos has really put a lot of effort into their business practicses to increase their quality and value, and it shows! read more

I placed an order to the Domino's and waited over an hour for only two pizzas. I called the store to ask for an update on my order because it wasn't being updated on the app and the manager, Robert I think, was so very rude and unprofessional. He wouldn't give me an estimated time for when it would be ready and so after back and forth trying to resolve the issue, I then asked him to make an educated guess and in the rudest most sarcastic tone possible he said two hours. Two hours? For two pizzas? I then hung up to cancel my order on the app. I didn't want to have to deal with this horrible manager any longer and when I opened the app it said it was on its way. So not only is the manager rude and unprofessional but the other staff aren't using the app correctly to update my order. Very very disappointing. Ordered two pizzas and bread for delivery. Tipped 20%. The wrong food was delivered. I try calling, and they can barely hear me because their phone is dying. They take my phone number and say they will call me on a different phone. Hasn't called back, and their staff sound very irresponsible and rude when on the phone. read more

I don't think this is how wings should look.. I called and asked someone that worked there how the sauce is supposed to be and they said they usually toss them and they are completely covered. This Dominos is spot-on. They're consistently delicious and fresh. They even use real, fresh mushrooms. I love the two for $5.99 deal. We do it all the time and love that I am never breaking the bank. The delivery drivers are always on-time and polite. The pizza is so flavorful. The crust is well-baked, fluffy, and flavorful with garlic and herbs. The guys in the carry-out are also good. I had a pizza tonight that I carried out that had mushrooms instead of black olives. Kids weren't happy. I called the dominos and they offered to remake or give me a credit for the pizza. I took the credit because we had already started a movie, but I REALLY appreciate that they made up for the mistake somehow. We ordered our pizza online when we were 20 minutes away (thinking it'd be ready when we got to town) - it didn't get put into the oven until we pulled up. The pizza here is amazing. It's owasso people here always have something to say to get free pizza . Nothing new. Any who I always get the pan pizza with Pepperoni and chicken. Then I job to the other store ( Mazzio's) for Ranch. Omg it's amazing. I even get mazzios ranch for Buffalo Wild Wings. Dominos just needs to change their ranch . It's disgusting. The person who delivered my food must smoke a pack a day, just in their car. My food tasted like cigarette smoke, and it made me want to gag. I took one bite of my small cheese pizza and threw it in the trash. I did the same with my chicken wings. I'm never ever EVER going back to this dominos or any other dominos for that matter. Why would people think it's okay to use a cigarette infested car to deliver food is beyond me. I literally want to puke just thinking about it. Be right back, I've got to go empty my one-bite-of-cigarette-infused-pizza guts. I understand people who smoke need jobs, and smoking is a hard addiction to quit. I would like to start off by stating that this is my first Yelp review ever, but due to immature and highly uncalled for approach to management I want to express my concerns for the future of this store. As a current manager for 5 years in a high stress work environment, I understand the importance of efficient workflow and everyone's role in maintaining smooth operation, but what I witnessed today (7/28/17) was an absolute embarrassment of your company image. During a short rush of orders at 7pm the general manager proceeded to belittle all of employees as though they were worthless at every task in a very inappropriate manner. Everything from cursing across the kitchen very loudly to single jingles about how useless they were. I can assure you that this is not an effective manner in which you should train or motivate employees to want to succeed as a team. A leader is only as good as the team that supports him. The atmosphere was negatively impacted because instead of the employees being able to work as a team they were too busy getting frustrated with each other about who's to blame for what the manager was currently yelling about. Overall the finished product of the food met expectations, as well as the out the door time for the order. The manager was the one who cut my pizza and it was ironically cut far off from center and far from being even. I would never complain about minute details such as that, but as a "by the book" militant style manager, you should probably lead by example and treat your employees as equals. It will get you much further in the ladder of success when your team wants to work for you. Good job to the team for keeping your cool and the pizzas rolling! I don't know what the crew from last night was doing, but they sucked. All of them. (I was there on 8/25/15) The cashier wouldn't even acknowledge I was there. Our family orders from the Owasso Domino's several times a month. The food quality is always excellent and the delivery is super fast! The only complaint I've ever had is that they tend to forget the dipping sauces, but the courtesy and punctuality of the staff has more than made up for it. We love them!! read more

I order from this particular Domino's on a regular basis - weekly I would say. I typically order during the lunch hours, so this review has to do with the day-crew (the night crew could very well be a nightmare). I have never had pizza, sandwiches, or anything else delivered as quickly and consistently as I have had with this store. From ordering (online) to the door is typically ~20 minutes. The food they deliver is always piping hot and fresh out of the oven. The one time I had an issue with the food, they fixed it by bringing out the right cups and the right pizza, they let me keep the messed up pizza, and even gave me a coupon for my next visit. (these things happen when you're good to the workers and tip them well) I'm literally blown away by these guys, and they always get a nice tip from me. They're nice, competent, quick, and the one time I actually ordered carry-out, it was a great experience then as well. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Great place. read more

I have eaten Dominos Pizza on two different countries. I was introduced to Dominos while living in Germany. I remember the price was over $20 for a large 3 topping pizza. (This was nearly 30 years ago.) We didn't get it very often as it was so expensive...and I was attending University...so I was a poor student. However, when I was able to order it....it was like having a slice of home. When I moved back to the US....Dominos was always my favorite. I think most other pizza joints taste like cardboard...such as Mazzios and Pizza Hut, Simple Simons. My local Owasso Dominos always does a good job. My pizza arrives hot...and the delivery people are always polite. For the price, Dominos pizza cant be beat. I also love the tracker...where I can watch online....what is happening with my pizza.
