Stopped into Mazzio's recently for lunch and was really pleased. All the pizzas on the buffet were hot and fresh, full of ingredients and not at all what you'd expect of 'buffet pizza'. We tried Mazzios 18 years ago when we moved to the Owasso area from Kansas City. It was the worst pizza I have ever had, and I grew up in NYC, so I know good pizza. For some reason my wife decided we should give them another shot this past Saturday. If you enjoy ketchup and old cheese on a ritz cracker this is the place for you. Still the worst pizza ever. And the salad bar sucked also. Never again. If she wants to try Mazzios again, she will be going without me. I'll be at Hideaway Pizza where the food is always great. read more

Went on buffet night before busy. Staff picked up dirty dishes several times. Good variety well-stocked thin-crust pizza and salad bar with lots of fresh veggies. They had the heat on by mistake-a bit warm. No music was a plus-we could talk and hear each other. Restaurant was clean and had big window views. Clean restrooms. They saved our child cup we forgot. Longing for that classic 90's Mazzios pizza buffet? It's alive and well! My wife and I made a trip specifically to this location for lunch in search of those childhood memories at the salad bar and bottomless pizza counter. This place isn't brand new or a modern renovation but that's what makes it even better. It's clean, the salad bar is still great and the pizza hasn't changed a bit since those pizza parties after little league. The staff was super friendly and helpful and we had a great time talking about our memories of Mazzios. read more

My kids earned library coupons, and so we went to turn them in. I have 4 kids and they would only take two of their coupons. So, 2 of my kids walked away disappointed. Its not like they were busy! No one was there eating! Very disappointed in Mazzios customer service! read more

Oh how the mighty have fallen. I went here on 06/28/13 for the lunch buffet. Wow. Their salad bar is still good but their pizza is awful! What happened?! The crust is weird and cracker-like... and tasteless! The great cinnamon sticks are now not the same ones served on the buffet. Why would Mazzio's mess up a good thing? Worst service ever. Pizza was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes. 45 minutes later I received my order. 4 employees standing around and would not answer window until I laid on my horn to then explain that cook time had changed to 40 minutes. That was 20 minutes after I had paid for my order, but not told of extending time. Unable to speak to manager as she seemed to be the only person working. If they accidentally gave my pizza to someone else that would have been find after explanation, but to just ignore customers is not good business. They just lost mine!!!!! read more

Pizza was cold on buffet at 1:00pm, plenty of time to make fresh but they didn't! The guy busing tables was probably the best worker. Girls at counter looked and appeared dirty and in disarray. Mazzio's is a regular lunch stop for my family and office. The pizza buffet makes for a quick stop where everyone can find something they like. They always have a nice salad bar with plenty of options as well. The facilities might not be the newest or nicest but I've never seen it dirty. Staff is always friendly and helpful. We usually ask for a specific pizza added to the buffet and they happily make that happen. Once they even brought a few slices to my table before the pizza went to the buffet. Of course we always end every trip with some cinnamon rolls which are way to delicious. read more

Ordered from door dash. Their policy is to not open the food to check it. I ordered from Mazzio's because I'm on a business trip and it's close. I don't have a car to get door so I order from door dash. Well either Mazzio's is cheap and don't want to give away their utensils so their customers can eat with or they don't care if you eat with your hands. I called and asked them about it but they just blame it on door dash. I always thought and figured when you order from a restaurant, they supply you the utensils to eat with. Poor staff, bad attitude when I called and they won't take the blame but instead blame someone who is just delivering food and trusting them to tell them that " HEY THERES NOTHING IN HERE FOR THE CUSTOMER TO EAT". Never gets the order right. We ordered a cheese, a everything and bread sticks. We just got the everything. This has happened twice now.

Pizza is ok. Expensive? yes, Greasy? AF! . I could only imagine the Amount of calories. On the bright side the wings are amazing and the ranch is the topping to this store. Desert could use some work. It's disgusting to be honest. I'm not sure if they made changes to the pizza dough. But it's a little sweeter then what it used to be ... over all wings are great just ask them to make it extra Crispy, hot buffalo is my fav :( read more

Came here during their lunch buffet at 11:15 on a Friday. You would think they would be prepared for their busiest time of the day but there were no pizzas out-or desert. Disappointed to pay nearly $40 for 4 people and no food. Wont be back. Only gave it 2 stars because the salad was decent and at least chilled and appeared clean. read more

Check your carry out before you drive off so it doesn't look all burnt like one I got at another mazzios. It was disgusting, I will post a pic if I can figure out how. It was the Ken's pizza that was supposed to be like they used to make. I complained when I got home but their people who handle complaints have no clue how to respond to an unhappy customer. read more

Service is good, food is up to Mazzios usual standards, the building however is coming down around them. The ceiling is falling down, the salad bar is cloudy, and the general aesthetic is outdated and from what I could see the kitchen doesn't look much better than the dining area. read more

Worse service in a Mazzion's I've ever had! Lady up front was very rude and did not wanted to help me at all. I had a pick up order and had to ask for a bag and she just handed me the bag, didn't even take the time to bag my stuff. To top it off, she forgot our complementary ranch that came with the calzone and charged me for 2 additional ones. Never ordering from this location again! read more

I've never seen such a large staff that doesn't get anything done. It takes forever just to get someone to the counter to take your order. After 40 minutes (and there are only 6 other diners in the restaurant) I am still waiting for my pizza. The salad bar had run out of several items before I even arrived and no one has bothered to check it or clean it. If you're looking for a good pizza experience, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more

While the pizza is great, the service is sub-par. Delivery is the WORST. And customer service is terrible. Waited TWO HOURS for a delivery this evening. I called,l and was told there was an incident at the restaurant thF caused the delay. When the delivery FINALLY arrived, we asked the driver what the incident was, he looked at us like he had no clue and proceeded to tell us there was no incident - it was just busy in the restaurant. There are a few kinks in their new online ordering process that don't seem to make it to the restaurant like adding silverware which doesn't arrive. Sometimes the pasta orders right and other times seasoning is left off, drivers are late, they've forgotten the soda, etc. read more

This place has horrible customer service!!!! Customer gets what they want? WRONG!!! I ordered multiple items including a personal pizza and they refused delivery due to size of pizza. They told me if i wanted a childrens pizza I'd have to pick it up. Plus I just found out they only do deep dish in a large now. Just a month ago I wanted a calizone and the two mazzios in a mile radius only one store had it and it was the one who refuse to deliver because of my location!?!?!?? The one who refused delivery is closer to my house than the other who had limited items to choose from at that time. I ended up calling papa johns and after today's experience I think I will continue to use papa johns for all deliveries for now on... I really have to tell the truth, that Mazzio's in Owasso was not up to my taste. We went there on a Monday for lunch, it was after buffet hours, but was still lunch time. My wife order a large pizza and had a coupon that stated get two free soft drinks with any, and I repeat "ANY" lunch purchase. However the guy behind the counter claimed it was only good with the lunch buffet. My wife augued with him but he refused to accept it. I was busy taking care of our two small boys at the time and did not know what was going on. Anyway my wife backed down and just got us water. Next, when we got our deep pan pizza there was about 4 inches of crust all the way around the pizza. No I wasn't going to take this and I refused the pizza and asked for my money back, and they gave me back my money, and didn't say nothing to me. When I got home I went onto Mazzio's online site and told them what had happened, and that has been 4 weeks ago and I have received no reponds back. We will never eat at Mazzio's in Owasso Ok. read more

First pizza was burnt called the call center to complain got a credit for a replacement order. Over the weekend we placed another order using are credit. Pizza was worse then the last order. Burnt pizza tasted awful. We had frozen pizzas that tasted better for less. If your ordering from the Owasso Oklahoma store I suggest you think twice. You will be in for black burnt crispy ride. read more
