First time customers. My husband loves middle eastern food, he is retired NAVY and a disabled veteran. I found it unsettling that they were unable to enter a tax exemption saying that "the system won't take it, it never works". I'm at the opinion that it's hard to find authentic food there and this is by far some of the best Middle Eastern food I've ever had. We did notice while we were there that the restaurant just continually got busier and busier but The kitchen and staff were able to keep up. Ok.... So this gyro was legit good. The taiko was a bit on the too much dill side but was still good. The tabouli was pretty darn good and hummus wasn't too shabby but def was missing the oil. Update: Went to Mozilla's in Owasso today for lunch, after trying them twice before. Not being hugely hungry, I went with a bacon cheeseburger and no side, but I really had a jonesing for a cabbage roll, so I added one to my order. Service was fast, being that it was nearly 1pm. Folks were friendly enough, and my order was brought to my table in a very reasonable time. The cabbage roll was (again) a disappointment. The first time I had one, it was to go, so I chalked that letdown up to not eating it hot and fresh in the store. Not so this time. It was mostly cabbage, with probably a scant 1/3 cup or so of actual filling. What filling there was, was bland and lukewarm and just not that good. There's a lot of room to work with on cabbage rolls, and absolutely no excuse to not have some decent flavor in one. The burger was hands down one of the worst burgers I've had in Owasso. The patty was from frozen and cooked to death, with little to no flavor at all. I ate about half of it, then threw the rest away. Once I got home, I resorted to reheating some bbq ribs from over the weekend and calling that lunch. I'm always keen to give a place a second change, and in Mozilla's case, a third. During a recent trip to Owasso, we found Mozilla's kitchen in our search for a restaurant using Yelp. We decided to give it a try for lunch. It's a casual atmosphere. Featuring a variety of salads, hamburgers, gyros, and other Mediterranean menu items. I settled on a Falafel Gyro platter, which included hummus, tabouli and pita. My wife ordered a beef and lamb. Gyro platter. We were very impressed with the quality of the ingredients and the overall taste was excellent. I would go as far as to say it was some of the best Mediterranean food that we've had in a long time. The interior of the restaurant is fairly Spartan with a good number of booths and tables. The dining room and bathrooms were clean as a whistle. I would definitely make this a favorite place to go when in Owasso and I look forward to a return visit to try some of the other menu options. read more

It is refreshing to not eat chicken for once. I am in love with the Philly Cheesesteak and only usually get the Kabob meal if I don't need all the bread. We stopped in for an early lunch today. I almost always get a gyro but I have heard that their burgers are very tasty so I decided to try the bacon cheeseburger. I wasn't certain about Mozilla's special sauce, so I got that on the side. I tried several bites of the burger, just plain with no sauce of any kind. Oh my goodness, such good seasoning and flavor to it. Yum! I did want to try their special sauce... I will say when I tasted it on its own I wasn't sure but I dipped my burger in it & the combination of the meat seasonings bun without sauce, amazing! Also had some of their fries, which are so good. Such tasty fries here. I do want to add that we originally we're going to eat here but when our order was almost ready, we were alerted that someone was at our home and we needed to get our food to go. The approach is slightly awkward to get. The place is relatively clean, the menu selection is good. The prices have increased significantly like everywhere else. So it's not inexpensive for such a small meal. The taste is better than average. Wife was not impressed with her choice, she got a vegetarian wrap and she gave it a 1, I got the gyro and I did like the taste, but how can gyro not taste good. The wife has no desire to back, so we are not. Arby's gyro is almost as good. But if you are looking for Mediterranean in Owasso, I think this is your only choice.
