Almost every time we order there is an issue, which is usually missing toppings and we rarely get extra toppings that we pay for. Tonight we ordered 6 pizzas, 5 were fine (didn't get some extra toppings) but one was missing a main topping, the sauce. We call and complain and the young man says they'll make another and send it out. Great. 30 minutes later, the new pizza arrives and this time it's completely different. Instead of garlic sauce, it has BBQ. It also has onions that we never asked for. Its a completely different pizza. It's a mess and probably someone else's order. Highly frustrating. We arrived late to the hotel, like 11:30pm and were hungry. I had read the reviews, but those were not our experience. Easy to order and very polite. We travel with our dog and asked them to have the drive call when they were at the hotel. They did just that. The pizza was hot and the crust was thin and perfect. Ordered a pizza the other day off the app, and selected and deselected the items I wanted on my pizza, since my wife and daughter are both severely allergic to one of the items. I double checked the description and my order before placing the order. When the order arrived I looked at the pizza and noticed one of the items on the pizza was the one my wife was allergic. No biggie, called the store and talked to the young manager and explained the situation. Instead of resolving the issue he told me it wasn't their problem and it was corporate's for getting the menu item wrong, and their was nothing they could do about it. Just paid a visit to the non friendly Pendleton dominoes. It's more than evident that the store manager has no clue how to train her mangers or supervisors. I go in as a customer asking about a deal I saw online. The manager who did not wear a name tag so I don't know his name clearly has no want to know or understand there menu other than what the computer tells him. And he is also very quick to become rude and act as if job somehow entitles him to be some kind of pizza snob and disrespect his customers rather than politely educating them. They delivered a pizza that was melted cheese on top of raw dough. The delivery driver was nice but the manager or shift manager was SUPER rude. I called for a refund but the manager spammed "I'll send you another, I'll send you another". I'm not a jerk or anything. I was polite and was like "No.." but before I could finish with "...I just want to bring it down for a refund" she hung up on me! Wow LOL. I did go down to the location and I did get a refund. Very disappointed in the Pendleton Oregon dominos. Ordered online at 6pm, the tracker said order was being prepped at 608 pm and stayed that way for the next 40 min when my total delivery time was supposed to be 30-42 minutes. I called to check because who knows, maybe the tracker isn't functioning correctly? The gal answered and said that actually my order is going to be another hour. Naturally, I asked if the online system was broken or flawed because it stated 30-42 min in total. She then said she would get her manager even though I didn't ask, hmm makes me think dominos has this problem more often than not. Manager Brandy came on to tell me she has no answer in regards to what the estimated time said and all she could tell me is they are the only place open and they have 100+ orders on their screen. She asked if I wanted to cancel my order and my response was that I already paid online, including tip and rounding up for donation. She said I would get refunded in 2 or so business days. I asked her how that was acceptable and asked if she could put a rush on my order because I'm assuming only online orders are being thoroughly messed up. She said no and proceeded to tell me she was just going to go ahead and cancel my order. WHAT? I'm sorry but when did it become the establishments call and not the customer. Im baffled and disgusted at her lack of "managerial professionalism" I told her that was un acceptable and hung up. OK so that's that but then I never get ANY notification that my order has been canceled for another 20 minutes so again, I call back to confirm that she actually canceled it and she states that she said she was going to but did not because I hung up on her. What in the actual Frick? How does this person get to mess with my money like this and treat me as if she would do what she wants with my order and $ as if I didn't behave the way she wanted. NOPE. Ordered pizza, a 7 up, and salad. Pizza came warm and salad came brownish. I asked when I ordered for napkins, paper plates, and a fork since I was staying in a hotel. Delivery driver came... napkins, fork, or at least one paper plate...NONE. He didn't even bring a receipt to sign. Luckily the nice people at the Best Western had some available. BTW ended up tossing the salad in the garbage, don't like a brown salad. read more

Couldn't order online delivery at 11:15pm do decided to go a call in for cary out. Our pizza wasn't the main thing we wanted it was the lava cake. We got two orders. Decided May as well get a pizza for that price $7.99 so in ten min we left the house to get it we live close by. By time got there our things were ready to walk out. Got home to only have a warm limp not cooked fully Pizza. Ok no big deal right because we wanted lava cakes. Then what do we get Harley even warm still cold in center lava cakes. I can't believe no one has rated this store before. Since I"m the first, let me tell you that for the price, this pizza is not worth it. We paid $21.00 for a large deluxe pizza as well as as $3.00 delivery charge for a very mediocre pizza. I can't believe Dominos is charging this much for a large pizza. This will be the last time we buy ANYTHING from Dominos. And even if we WERE inclined to order again, we received no discount coupons whatsoever. read more
