Ordered pizza through the app. Right before I arrived got the notification the order was ready. I checked in on app went in and the lady looked for it came back and said I think it needs a few more minutes. I see my name on the screen saying done. So I wait then I ask again after 5 mins. The lady answers the phone and forgets to get. 18mins has lapsed and I finally get someone to check again and behold my order is found. After almost 20mins past the original "order is ready" notification I get my order. Super disappointed in the service. read more

Like many other reviews have stated this locations customer service is horrible. They have you waiting for 2 hours longer than the actual order states would be there. They rarely pick up the phone. When you call to see where your order is/complain there is no explanation or apology. Whoever the manager/owner is is horrible at running this place. They need new management. This has happened to us on a few times. This last time was it for us. The app actually said the order was delivered but it never was. Calling the store they said it was delivered then "supposedly" called the driver and said he just left. Alex is the worst manager ever. He needs to be retrained. Don't call and talk to him because he will hang up in your face. He's very rude and doesnt deserve to be a manager. Very unprofessional. They ran out of Ingredients to make pizza. Which is okay given the whole pandemic. But they charge me for the food and made me wait for 20 mins before they told me they could not complete my order. Then they told me it would take 3 days to get my money back. 1 star is being generous, we ordered the 3 topping special for 7.99. The pizza was nasty and way too greasy, the cheese was grainy as if I was imitation or something genetically modified. We ordered the N.Y. crust for the larger slices which only added to the negative experience. If I could give this location a less than 0 I would. I ordered on the mobile app for delivery and when I received my order it was all wrong. I attempted to contact the store so that they could fix their error but they weren't willing to make it right. So even after I paid for delivery and tipped the delivery guy I had to drive down to the location with my messed up order in hand and ask for my correct order. The staff at this location are unprofessional and made me feel like I had no right to ask for my order to be replaced. I will never order from Domino's ever again. Today's Dominos team was awesome!!! Way too many orders to count (ticket machine would not stop printing), some cranky customers and non stop ringing phones but the team still tried to assist each customer with a calm, friendly attitude and apologized for the wait. I placed an order at 6:00pm. Website said it would take about an hour...two hours later, I called and was told my order was "on its way." Forty-five minutes after THAT and still no order. I called and asked to speak to a manager who told me it was on its way. At this point, I feel like it would have been reasonable to offer a refund. She didn't and told me it was "up to me," I could cancel my order and get a refund or keep waiting. I told her I thought I should get a refund AND my order since I had been waiting three hours. I'm beyond upset. I placed an order at 7:26pm. I waited at the store for 45 minutes. While I waited I asked about four times where my order was? Once again I ask and now I'm frustrated. The cashier couldn't even tell me what happened. She signaled over to the manager who made me wait again just to come back and tell me that my order needed to be remade not only was it not ready it was wrong. The pizza had no flavor at all. It was completely bland couldn't even taste the sauce; I had to put some salt and pepper on it to consume it. If I were to have an option of ZERO star rating, I would use it. My son went to pick up 3 medium pizzas 2 toppings and they charged him $45 when it should have been $25. Carry out medium pizzas with 2 toppings are $7.99 each. I spoke with a manager who said this is a "secret" and if the customer doesn't ask for the special she is basically saying that they are willing to screw the customer and hike the price. Such excellent business. I asked how she can make this right and she made it seem that it would be too complicated for her managerial skills to reverse the transaction and reprocess correctly. When I get there to pick up order, I'm told my total is 26+ I asked girl who was helping me why when it said $11+ online. She directs me to her manager Lilly who said "we have nothing to do with points all I know is your total is $26." her snarky comment was uncalled for. After going back and forth arguing with her and showing her the points were deducted from my account she decides she's going to give me the correct discount. And all she is saying I don't know why they didn't give you the discount- well Lilly, if you don't know, I don't know! It shouldn't have taken 10 minutes of arguing especially after I showed proof of what I was saying. As a manager, her customer service skills are very poor.
