The ordering was easy with their App, they just don't have a good product. Kicking myself every time I get hungry and fall into their trap watching their commercials with awesome looking pizza. Well, it's only on TV that Dominos pizza is any good. Let's break it down: Cheese was greasy, crust was fair but still puffy and processed tasting. The worst is their sweet pizza sauce that I just don't like over and over again, but I forget I guess. I suggest taking the time to seek out a good local pizza places and let the big corporations sell this junk to someone else. Go get a good pizza, even free this pizza isn't worth it. read more

Well, there's not a whole lot in this area so our options are limited, but Domino's in PC is a solid option for quick and budget-friendly food. I highly recommend ordering online or in the app, the coupons typically aren't offered in store. Normally a large can be purchased for about $8 and is ready in 10 minutes or less most nights. Stinks that substituting a different sauce counts as a topping, but their alfredo and white garlic sauces are super tasty, especially on a hand-tossed pizza with the garlic butter brushed crust. This business is a staple in the community. It is clean, efficient and well staffed. True to the name the company keeps an ample supply of kids who are quite motivated in their work. Did I say efficient and courteous to their customers. I'm very impressed. I highly recommend this business which has been around for quite some time. During the Covid situation I was deeply worried they would go under, but thankfully they are still here and doing as well as ever. Check them out for yourself. You'll be glad you did. So we ordered a pizz and tried their pasta for the first time just to receive a pasta with absolutely no sauce! Called to let them know and was told he did in fact put sauce on it, well I don't see or taste a drop of sauce. Horrible. Worse customer service ever. read more

Clearly she had no training while the other staff is doing absolutely nothing but playing around and signing because I could hear them in the background. Was very disappointed they claimed to have no record of my $87 pizza order tonight. But I found a pending transaction on my debit card. When I called back they said they would remove the charge. Fast food invariably comes with a price. At first glance it's convenient, fast? and a times appear economical. Well not so fast! There seems a plethora of supposedly deals, coming with coupons and various tantalizing gifts, well until you get into the stores. Upon arrival into the stores you are faced with your true reality. You've been hooked. You are then faced with onerous conditions, short of giving a leg or a kidney for a slice of pizza. More often than not the servers are clueless as to what is the latest scheme and offerings, referring to a line of possibly interpreters, as to the intent and meaning of the coupon. Now that we have the mobile devices this tantrum of confusion is multiplied a hundred fold. I could easily see the future where a dedicated employee is hired just to interpret these stupid deals and coupons. Come on guys you can do much better than that. Your profit margins are high enough. We moved down here a few months ago from Citrus Co. Our Dominos there was pretty darned good so we had high hopes for our home town here. Polk City is the only one that delivers to us. We have gotten several pizzas from them and unfortunately went from bad to worse. The first one was fair...the second was just plain not so good. This past one was down right horrible and we threw most of it out. Our pizza had 3 meats on it and from the photo you can see about 1/3 the pizza had barely any meat on it at all. Looked like half cheese and half meat...not enough meats to rearrange them on the lacking pieces. Then the dough was so underdone that it was chewy, tasted very doughy and as you picked a piece up it split in two not from the weight of items but from underdone dough not being supportive. Thought about recooking it ourselves but decided it just wasn't worth the trouble. Did we call them ... no. If after 3 times you experience just gets worse i see no reason to expect a phone call to change things. Such a shame.. guess we need to rely on Tombstone or Red Baron. Cheaper and better. Just order a 3 topping pizza from this Polk City Florida location. Pepperoni, mushroom and sweet red peppers. Got it home and my wife took one bit and her mouth burned from hot sauce, not the temperature, it was warm. My wife called to let them know of her dissatisfaction. They offered no solution. I was willing to bring it back for a remake. They argued with her. In the past we have ordered the same ingredients. Fortunate there are other choices for pizza. read more
