I'm a huge dominos lover! I placed an order through the app and by the time I got there 15 minutes later it was ready. I asked for some ranch on the side, which you have to pay for as well as some Parmesan and crushed red pepper, which you also have to pay for. They won't give you any paper plates unless you're dining in. All of that seemed a bit ridiculous, because how much more money do they really need? It feels like the quality has really gone down from what it used to be years ago. The pizzas used to be so big and bubbly when you open it, but now they're just flat and they don't put enough sauce on it. They're still good and the crust always is delicious, but it wasn't what it once used to be. I enjoyed the Parmesan bites with the garlic sauce. The marbled brownie cookie is always a good dessert to have after. read more

I haven't seen a Domino's Pizza with a dining area before so I thought that was pretty cool. It was spacious and clean. You can even watch the staff prep your pizza from the viewing window. I ordered the medium pepperoni pizza. It took about 20 minutes to be ready. The gentleman brought over our pizza, some plates, and offered an extra Coke. I thought that was really kind of him. The pizza was hot & cheesy. The bread was like melting in your mouth, it was so soft and good. read more

I just received horrible customer service at this location. The lobby closes at 10 and I got there at 9:50 to pickup an online order and they had already closed up shop. The guy who opened the door complained at me for coming in so close to closing and inconveniencing him (they are open for delivery until 12 supposedly). They decided they didn't feel like making my order correctly either. I guess I'll go to one of the 19 other pizza places in the vicinity next time because any of them would probably be better. read more

When I walked in the building I was greeted with an unwelcome fashion. The food was alright and overall just an unpleasant environment.

I ordered an extravaganza pizza from porter 1314 dominos. I order extra cheese and light sauce. I got light cheese and extra sauce. Pretty much the worst thing they could do for MY pizza. On top of that hardly any beef and NO Ham! Basically a pepperoni pizza with light cheese, heavy sauce. My buddies ate a few slices, I couldn't eat it, too much sauce. read more

Ordered online a mushroom pizza but picked up a cheese pizza. Spoke to store manager and she was extremely rude and hung up the phone on me. At first she said she could not fix the problem. I paid for a mushroom not cheese pizza clearly had my order with mushrooms. Terrible customer service from her, terrible. Disappointed people like that are running a store. I am a store manager too and that is not a way to treat loyal customers. read more

I have had issues with this domino's location before. Unfortunately for me, this is the only dominos that drivers to me. Most recently (now), I ordered some food. I was told it would take 25-35 minutes to be delivered. It is now 1205am and it's been an hour and 5 minutes and still no pizza. Horrible service. Horrible location. Never again will I order from this location again! Update It's now 1213 and this delivery guy shows up blaring his music with the windows down. Horrible. Smh. read more

Philly Cheesesteak Pizza was delicious and delivery driver was exceptional and very friendly. However, I paid $7 for a salad which consisted of iceberg lettuce, a tablespoon of cheese, 5 cherry tomatoes, 1 teaspoon of red onion, a pack of croutons and 2 packs ranch dressing. This is the location that delivers to my house. They consistently get my order right and deliver it fast and hot. I love the app where I can track the progression of the order. It even tells me the name of the driver, when he's on the way and when he's entered my neighborhood. No mystery with Domino's as their app keeps you updated. The delivery person was great but I would definitely think twice before ordering from this place again. This Domino's location is excellent. The last few months that I've been ordering pizza from here, everyone has had a shining attitude. Today when I went to pick up my pizza some exclaimed "Welcome to Domino's!" (Of course they're required to say it) But the guy who said it, said it in a tone of voice that was warm and welcoming. I was promptly asked if I was picking up or making an order. Not to mention, my pizza was put in the oven only 2-3 minutes after placing my order. I'm very satisfied.
