No sauces needed, we just enjoyed the chicken...and I'm generally a major dipping saucer. Add to the wonderful chicken some hand cut fries, cooked well (although I like mine a bit crunchier). I like a little spike of vinegar in mine, so I added some of the malt vinegar provided with my order. Yummy. Fries are good too. Service was great.
