Drive thru pickup. Order not ready when I arrived, told it would be a couple of minutes and then Left waiting for 15 minutes and when I finally got someone's attention, met with attitude. No one assigned to monitor the Drive Thru and the Guy who initially told me it would be a couple of minutes, apparently didn't pass along the info that I was waiting at the window for my food! When the Manager finally came to the window when I got their attention by honking the horn repeatedly (after I had waited patiently for 15 minutes - and having asked several drivers who entered the nearby door to let someone know I was still waiting), he gave me nothing but attitude. Basically told me to F off. When I asked to speak to the manager, he claimed he was the manager. When I asked for the contact info for the regional manager or franchise owner he again basically told me to F off, that there was no way to talk to him. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS DOMINO'S!!! I worked for Domino's during College, and this is not how you are supposed to treat customers and not how the business is supposed to be run...period! read more

I ordered through the Domino's app and was notified that my order was ready for pickup. That was completely false. When I arrived, my food was not ready and I was forced to wait. It's obvious this location is marking orders as "completed" just to meet internal time metrics instead of being honest about actual prep times. That's misleading, disrespectful to customers' time, and defeats the entire purpose of using the app. If the food isn't ready, don't say it is. This kind of practice makes me reconsider ordering from this location again. read more

Ordered on line an hour before I needed the pizza. Got there on time was not ready told me twice it woukd be 4 to 5 minutes then I was asked to move because there were cars behind me and their orders were ready. Not sure why a time is needed if they just pick when they are gonna cook your order. Im short they put my order in at 5:30 when I was supposed to pick it up very very disappointed. Dominos has really stepped up their game!!! I used to really dislike their pizza, and always chose Pizza Hut, but you can't beat the variety and prices they offer now. They have a great selection of pizzas, pasta, sub sandwiches, chicken wings, desserts and other side items. Ordering through the app is super quick, delivery fees are low, and they have a pretty great rewards program too. Has become almost a weekly routine for us. read more

A couple of weeks ago I called in an order for a pizza and I get someone from another country that I can barley understand. I get thru it and go pick up my pizza. It was pretty good. So I call today and now get an automated service push 1 for this and please tell me what type of pizza I want. I said agent it would not let me talk to a real person. Pizza is way over-cooked. Cheese has congealed, grease has separated and is dripping everywhere. This is really nasty. Maybe turn that conveyor belt oven down. read more

Just moved to Prineville from Southwest Portland. Always gave reviews to the barbur boulevard store saying best Domino's ever... But folks Prineville Domino's has them BEAT!! I've ordered the Mediterranean sub for years since it's my fav and literally it was the best I've ever had as was the Philly sub my hubby had and our fav Pizza with alfredo sauce, Italian sausage, chicken and black olives..WOW... DELICIOUS!! Best we've ever had at ANY Domino's. I love that I can get a variety of food for everyone of my family. I liked it so much, I went to put reviews online. In doing so I discovered an article about the lovely young couple that just opened the Domino's Prineville location. Love that they're making their dreams come true!! I called in an order for drive thru pick up (no in lobby pick up), first time at this location... When I drove up to the window to say my name, I observed the food preparers, thru the window, PLAYING IN THE INGREDIENTS! Both hands full raised up in the air, squishing it through their fingers letting it fall off of their palms... Then the young man next to her, squeezed something from a bottle into her hands... She then lunged at him like she was going to 'get him' with her now gooey hands. Ugh! Our food preparers at 'work'!
