If you can avoid this location, do so. This is absolutely by far the WORST location. Every time, literally EVERY TIME you make an online order there is a problem. Every time! Whether it takes them an hour to prep and bake your order, missing items, ridiculous delivery delays, to absolutely horrible customer service. Seriously, every time. I know what you are asking. Why do you continue to use this location? This Domino's is literally 3 minutes from my house. I try my best to not use this location. For the most part I avoid it at all cost. Last night, I put in an online order for a medium pizza and some boneless wings. After waiting almost an hour, I looked and my email confirmation, and in smaller print, it showed the delivery was going to be 120 to 160 minutes. So, I called the store and asked them to cancel the order after finding out that it hadn't even been put into the oven. There was no way I could wait for another hour. I was told the order was canceled. Well, this morning, I get up to take my dogs for a walk, and on the front porch is the order that I canceled. Needless to say, I'm a bit angry about this. In the past, I've canceled my orders when they were taking too long and saw that they had immediately credited my debit card. Today, the charge is still on my account. However, they did send me a "We let you down" email where I can order another pizza and pay another delivery fee and tip. This is total BS and not the way to run a business. This place will not get any more of my services again. I ordered a large pizza and wings online like I always do. The app says that my pizza was being baked. The order was supposed to be delivered in 30mins. well 2 hours had passed and I still hadn't received my order. I checked the app once again and it's still saying baked! so I decided to call! I called a total of 5 times, someone answered each time and was completely clueless about my order. Then hung up on me each time! At this point I'm upset and decided to drive up there. I expressed my frustrations in a decent manner. Then a transgender guy who claims he was the general manager didn't apologize but was rude to me and argued back saying it's no reason to have an attitude. well sir you try waiting 2 hours for a pizza of course you are going to have an attitude. Also my pizza was no where near ready or had been prepared. so I asked for my money back. The general manager still being rude and smart mouthy claim to have put my money back on my card. But never gave me a refund receipt. Not once did he apologize or try to make anything better. This place has the worst service. Usually dont have a problem ordering from this location but this was a very bad experience. Driver didnt bring the right order. We ordered a large pepperoni with black olives with cheese sticks and a 2 liter sprite. First, he brought a medium pizza with chicken and green peppers that had another name and address on it. We told him that we had ordered something else. He went back to redo the order and only came back with the food, with no drink. I reminded him so he went back again, only brought a 20 oz, and rushed off quickly. It was extremely inconvient and wasnt even offered a refund. read more

They get 4 mostly cause they are close to my house. Pizza is fast and warm when I get it. No real complaints. Just know they lick the doors at either 9 or 10 to carry out orders. So if you place one online or through your app just make sure you call and let them know you are on the way. Otherwise you might find yourself outside knocking until someone noticed you. read more

A total disaster! My family and I ordered a delivery from the restaurant. The representative took the order, charged us for the food and told us that the pizza would arrive between 30 to 45 minutes as normal. 57 minutes had passed and no delivery car had pulled up to the drive way. We called the restaurant and the representative told us that the reason for the delay is that they were waiting for the delivery guy to show up. Again, reassured us that we would have the food in 30 to 45 minutes from that time. One hour and 26 minutes later, there was no pizza delivered to our home. We called the restaurant again and this time we were told that they have been trying to reach us at our phone number (which they read off to us and was a completely different number than what was given to them). We were informed at this time that they no longer deliver to our area and no food was ever going to be delivered. The manager on duty stated that they had stopped delivering to our area 2 months ago. We politely asked him if he could tell us which nearby restaurant would deliver to our location and his response was that he cannot tell us because they were franchises completely owned by other entities. What he didn't know is that we had just ordered two days ago and everything was delivered without issues. When I called the store the young lady that answered me put me on hold and kept me there for 15 minutes, when she came back to the line I got a beep from the delivery person who was at my resident and the store person said that your pizza was going to be there soon. Great food! I have ordered from this location several times, however when ordering online I noticed they don't always update the tracker. That takes the fun out of online ordering.
