I've ordered from this Domino's many times. This time I chose to use the new "contactless delivery" option. I used Domino's app on my phone and prepaid for the order. I also selected the text option, so I got reminders when the order was prepared and on the way. I happened to be near the door when the driver delivered the order, and he put the order on a seat on the porch to complete the contactless delivery. The order was for the $5.99 each for two items special. The pasta bowl and the boneless chicken were both prepared as ordered and flavorful. read more

So I'm usually happy with this location..but after tonight probably will not use them again. Domino's better make this right! Now, CLEAR as Day on the instructions, I stated where I would leave the cash, how much, and what I expected back, seeing as this was to be a contactless delivery. Delivery guy followed all instructions EXCEPT he did not leave the requested amount back on the table. I placed an order for roughly $28.00 and left $40.00 in an envelope and asked for $5.00 back. Whoever this CHAD guy is better not come back to my location. If it was a mistake then that's one thing, but straight up THEFT is a different thing. I expect a call or an e-mail and NO $5.00 in store credit is not enough. Where's the integrity anymore?? ******** UPDATED 11/28 - Received an e-mail I'm assuming from the store location apologizing. I will give Chad the benefit of the doubt and chalk it up to being an honest mistake. The pizza is good here...If I accept (and these were my words--and hopes) that this was an honest mistake..then it's my fault for going off the rails, blinded by rage. There are two locations that have the best pizza! The Dominos at 4237 Louisburg Road, and their newer restaurant at 5950 Poyner Village Pkwy! Both locations have great staff, from drivers to cooks, and managers that remember you! I've never gotten a bad pizza from them. They have earned an extra star past the 5th one time and time again! If it's after 8 I wouldn't recommend ordering delivery from them they never came to my address and proceeded to tell me that the driver came to my door. The associate proceeds to tell me in short that they tried to deliver the food but I didn't answer so it's over for me. I say I'm coming to get it and when I get there the door is locked and the cops get called. The cops for once at least listened and saw how rude the associates were and didn't press any charges but had it gone left it would have been another tragic news story. If you are Black I wouldn't use them after dark you could be mistaken as a threat... I suggest Papa Johns it's up the street less than a mile great service and you receive your pizza quicker read more

We tried one last time to get the pizza we ordered: square cut, well done bake. We received pie cut and standard bake. The pizza box top was crushed into the pizza from the bread bites box on top. We're done with this establishment. They don't listen to reviews of orders written directly to them, they don't respond to reviews about them on Yelp! or Google, and worse, after each order in the App or on the web site, they offer an option to review the order with an option to be contacted; they never reached out to me even though I selected that option. Holy cow...that was an amazingly good pizza. And from Dominos, no less. Color me astounded. I ordered a medium 2 topping (pepperoni and mushroom) and 2 sodas. Quoted a 30 minute delivery time on a Wednesday night at 8pm, the friendly and polite delivery guy beat that time to my hotel by 4 minutes. I cracked open the box, it smelled good. Looked very good. The first bite, however, blew my mind. Hot, fresh pizza...the crust (pan style) was light and fluffy, amount of sauce was perfect, and the cheese gooey and melty. I eat a lot of pizza when I travel...this is without a doubt the best pizza from a chain I've ever had. Read my other reviews...lest you think I'm one of those reviewers that always sees food through rose-colored glasses. Note to this Dominos store...you guys did EVERYTHING correct tonight. My faith in chain stores is (at least for a few weeks) restored. Bravo. read more

I order from this location quite a bit. Generally they are friendly and fast. Have had a few instances where they didn't deliver in the window promised. One time it said it was out for delivery for 30 minutes and I called to check since I live close by and they said they would send her right out. I ended up picking it up because I waited another 15 minutes. Tonight everyone was super friendly (I always choose to carry out now). The one thing I could also mention is that the pan pizza crust could cook a bit longer. I'd prefer it over done than under done. read more

First & last time ordering from @Dominos. I received a message on the way home from the little lady saying that the boys wanted Dominos to eat. I knew that she wanted Dominos, because they only eat from Papa Johns, but I decided to humor her for the evening. So after I got home I went online and ordered pizzas from Dominos. I placed the order at 9:51 PM according to the email receipt. Keep in mind that they allow carry out orders to be placed until 10PM. Now I live 1.5 miles from Dominos, but since I had never been there before I called after I placed the order to confirm where I thought they were, and I told them I was on my way. Now when I found the location and arrived it was about 10:00 PM. At that time the door was locked. The guy behind the counter that was on the phone told me that carry out is closed, and I need to call them to verify that I placed an order before they would let me in the door. The guy that told me that is the same guy that I just talked to, an told him I was on my way. So why is he telling me now that I need to leave and go call them is beyond me. he knew I was coming. And if they were going to do that, then the system should not have accepted my carryout order. Apparently somebody else saw I was getting upset, and they came over and opened the door for me and let me in. After all, all you have to do before you open the door is say, "What's your name?" Then you know if they did place an order or not. That was simple. Not everybody has a mobile phone on them. And I was not going to go home and call them AGAIN to say I wanted my pizza. If the person hadn't opened the door, I would have just driven two stop lights down the road to Papa Johns. The pizza was decent, but the bad experience ruined the taste for me. Chicken wings weren't done. Spinach tasted salty, near spoiled. Tomato sauce tasted old, but, couldn't really tell if it was the sauce or pepperoni that tasted fishy. I ordered pizza last Thursday at 9:00pm and based on the dominos tracker it was supposed to arrive 1 hour later, enen though I live less then 1 mile from the restaurant. At 10:30pm when my pizza still had not arrived I called the restaurant and spoke with an associate who told me the pizza had been out for delivery 30 minutes ago and that they where busy. I asked the associate what my recourse would be if my pizza was cold when it arrived, the associate hung up on me. I called back 3 times and was hung up on all 3 Times1. When I called back a fourth time, the general manager answered the phone and I told her about my previous conversation with her employee and being hung up on repeatedly. The manager said that they where bust and that they didn't use rockets to deliver the pizza. The manager then used profanitie and then hung up on me. This has been our go-to pizza delivery place as of late! Can't beat their 2 for $5.99 each deal! And their garlic knots are to die for. I mean really, even for a big corporate pizza delivery place, those garlic knots!!!! Food always arrives quicker than the estimated delivery time. We've tried them several times over the course of the winter, and we have yet to be disappointed in anything. Although we do have other pizza places around that we love, Domino's has some deals that are just hard to beat! read more

The pizza was doughy and the boneless chicken was well it had cheese in the middle I ordered the regular and the driver didn't have the condiments I requested. I called back to report the mishap and the person on the phone said they would replace it but I had to return the ones that was wrong as if I was trying to get two orders the nerve of her IT HAD FETTA CHEESE STUFFED IN IT gross. I gave it a 2 star because we always ordered from this location and it's always good but I recently ordered carry out. With the Coronavirus going on you would think these restaurants would make the cooks wear face masks and gloves but they did not have any one and on top of that the one preparing the dough and pizza had long hair and beards and they weren't wearing hair nets to prevent hair from falling in the food. For this reason I will not be ordering from this location any more. read more

No one wears gloves while making pizzas here.. is that normal because it seems rather unsanitary in my opinion... The gentleman at the register was friendly but there were some kids that came in and were just hanging by the counter talking to their friend who was making pizza. I ordered carryout and they said 12 minutes and they were right.they are over by David's Bridal Shop. the cruise was friendly and clean cut looking except for the one guy with the long hair, but what are you going to do? Every single time we've ordered from this location, the orders have gotten to our apartment super fast and super hot and fresh. The drivers are all really friendly. Last night we ordered and the email quote said 30-40 minutes. The driver (my text update tells me his name was Matthew, no idea if that's accurate!) got there in 25 minutes. We had already added a tip on the website when placing the order, but we decided to give him an extra $5 in person because he got there so fast. Instead of taking advantage and just taking the extra cash, he stopped my husband to ask him if he knew there was already a tip added to the order. Dude, I appreciate that so much. I'm a server at a restaurant so I understand what it's like to work for tips. Sometimes you have moments like these where you have to choose between being honest or having more money. So never have I ever had no issue with receiving my pizza at the door at all!!!! I always get my pizza and pay it and that's it, but today is by far the worst. Cause when I was gonna sign the recipe they told me that I can't sign it cause my boyfriend wasn't here and he's the one that ordered it for me cause he was at work. I talked to the manger and the manager said that it was on the website that the person that orders the pizza has to receive it and when I looked on the website it said no such thing, so I'm definitely not ordering pizza from Louisburg rd Raleigh ever again!!!!!!!
