For chain store pizza I've usually been fairly impressed with Domino's. They do a respectable job and I hold them in just slightly higher esteem than the Hut. Our new family favorite is the pan pizza made with a white alfredo sauce plus chicken and bacon. If you haven't tried this combination before, I highly recommend it. It's an outstanding flavor sensation. A nice departure from the traditional, ho-hum red sauce. Ordering online at Domino's you can customize your pizza in fantastic ways! From the doneness (well done/normal bake); seasoning (garlic crust or no); and the cut (pie/square/or uncut). Not sure who would order a pizza "uncut", but you have that option! I enjoy placing the order online and watching the cooking status in real time while my wife goes to pick it up. Calling in is also a great experience. Always professional and 100% accurate with my fairly complex orders. I'm warmly greeted upon arrival while commencing to take delivery of outstanding pies. I was shocked and appalled though to find out that parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper envelopes are no longer available! Decided to have a pizza delivered from Domino's since they are running a 50% off Special for online orders. After a little confusion on the order, the manager got on the line and we were able to work through it. Very helpful! Pizza arrived hot and exactly what we ordered. Not bad! we got the thin hand tossed crust. The large will feed two people but I don't know if it would feed three. Would order from Domino's again if that Special was available. read more

UPDATED: They've fixed the coupon issue. Doesn't accept coupons. The store employees are always friendly and cheerful, but it's really irritating how this location often doesn't accept coupons when ordering online. Every time I true to use the 50% coupon, the website and app let me enter my order, but then - only when I go to check out - rejects both the coupon AND my order. Dominos corporate can't explain the problem and I get no response from the local store. So now I just go to Little Caesars or Pizza Hut instead. read more

Ordered pizza last night (12/14) for dinner. A gal delivered to our home last night. What an absolute ray of sunshine. She was delightful, professional, personable, and the pizza was still hot. Thank you! I have also been inside the store and it appears that their sanitary standards are high. Thank you for always using gloves to prepare the pizzas and strict hand hygiene appears to be encouraged. What I often get confused about, however, is that when I take advantage of their carry-out option, their credit card device always asks for a tip on the takeout order. Why are we now tipping on counter service orders? I thought tips were reserved for services such as deliveries or when a waiter or waitress actually services your table. I sure don't understand this new wave of asking for tips everywhere you go. How about build it in to the prices of your food and just pay your employees better? read more

Ordered from them many times and not once have they EVER gotten the order correct! On top of that, most the time they get lost (even after I put very specific directions in the comment section). We wait over an hour and get hardly an apology:( We will not order from them any longer and suggest you order from one of the other pizza options in town if you expect some kind of normal customer service:( read more

This restaurant does not participate in "Surprise Frees" so don't expect any. Not sure why. There are 8 adults at our large family home, and we've all ordered from our individual accounts. Never once have we received a thing. All Ramona residents I've talked to said the same. Big tips (like we always give) make no difference. Hope the owner of the franchise is reading this. read more

Ordered for delivery, pasta and a sandwich and a coke. It took much longer than the 15-25 minute eta. More like 45 minutes. The food arrived very hot... As in, molten. I burned my mouth. It was completely inedible for, like, ten minutes after it was delivered. I guess that's why those cars with the built-in ovens are so great. BTW, don't forget: drivers don't carry parmesan cheese or peppers. I'm pretty sure I ordered a 2 liter Coke, but only received a 20 ounce bottle. I remember deliberately re-checking my order to make sure I had ordered the larger size. Oh well, I wasn't in the mood to argue as I was starving. The pasta was good, after it cooled, as was the sandwich. But the bill was still $22 ($6 entree +$6 entree+ $4 delivery charge+~$4 for coke and tax+ ~$2+ for tip). Thing is, I ate it all in one sitting.... And I'm not a big eater. So you can expect to pay about $20 per person if you're planning ahead. Bummer. read more

Just moved here from PA and with this town being as little as it is I was almost sure the dominos here would suck horribly just like the one back home in my little hometown.. (Ordered from there once, never again)... But this place is AWESOME! I've never actually been inside but we live very close to it, and we always order pizza! Atleast once a week, or when were just craving pizza and Parmesan bites ;) it's always hot food, fast service, and very friendly, and patient delivery men! When I went there to pick it up I was missing one pizza and they messed up on one of my other pizza's. This review is not so much on the pizza or past service I have received. When they would deliver to my home, the pizza was as expected, fairly quick, and the drivers were always very friendly. Well, in the past few months, a decision was made by management that our address is now out of range. When I asked the guy over the phone what the cut off point was, he wouldn't tell me, and acted as if it were no big deal. I even offered to drive into the range of the delivery zone so I wouldn't have to drive all the way into town, but he said that's not allowed. I don't understand why a driver can come all the way out to my area to deliver a pizza and can't go a few hundred yards to deliver one to my house. I have a feeling they will be losing a lot of business in this area, as we already have a couple places nearby. I would rather pay for a higher priced pizza that frankly tastes better than drive all the way into town on a Friday night after a long week of work. read more

Been a fan of this place for a number of years, not for "great" pizza, but consistent pizza. Since I live near I always pick up my order in store, well today 5/14/2020 will be my last time doing so. I went in to pick up my food and one of the older employees who was making pizza had her mask pulled down under her chin, not covering her face at all, just working away like it's no big deal. I feel that the younger staff might have feared her, maybe she's a manager, otherwise why wouldn't you say anything? I'd like to share the awful experience I had at Ramona Dominos last Thursday, 9/10/20. I ordered my pizza online at about 850pm. I ordered for carside pickup, as I was in a llama nightgown and didnt feel like showing that off to the world. I arrived at about 907pm and parked in front of the store, behind a car. After sending the "I'm Ready" text, I waited for about 5 minutes. I then reparked directly in front of the store, figuring they didn't see my car behind the other one in the lot (keep in mind my flashers have been on since I arrived, as instructed). I go to the app and press the "I'm Ready" button there, thinking that would definitely get their attention. After 10 more minutes I'm getting impatient so I go inside at 922pm. Three employees are standing at the front of the store. I see several employees not wearing masks(Matt and Kyle) and that immediately puts me off. I ask when my order will be ready and am told it's already done. I say I've been waiting and am brushed off. Matt tries to hand me my food but I say you aren't wearing masks, I'm not going to take this food. I go to walk away and Matt asks if it's because of the masks and I say yes. He then says loudly and aggressively that the cdc says the masks do absolutely nothing, blah blah. I say this is not helping your case and his coworkers are kind of giggling, doing nothing. So I go to leave again and he yells out "go fuck yourself". I am shocked and flip him off. I walk back in to get their names. Matt is the angry one, Kyle is the one next to him not wearing a mask and their excuse is he's not clocked in yet(still inside the store, behind the counter). Summer looked as if she may be a shift lead, as when I went back in she said a lame sorry and proceeded to give me their names and trying to make excuses. I get that my business doesn't mean a lot to them but this was my go-to pizza spot so I'm really bummed. They did try to call me after I got home but I was honestly afraid to answer the phone because of what an aggressive experience I had just had. This guy doesn't belong in a customer facing job. I was having a really terrible weekend and just needed pizza in my life. My internet kept crashing, so it took me an hour to finally order. I wasn't sure it went through, so I called them and explained. They said they received the order. I mentioned I was having a bad day.
