Cute little shop on Main St. I stopped in to get a sourdough loaf and was so happily surprised when they said they just got done baking them. The nice gal behind the counter gave me a warm loaf, and I couldn't wait. Got back to the van and cut into it. And wow... just absolutely delicious! Ingredients - flour (natural starter, salt and water. If you're in town, I would stop by and grab one. They have other little treats available as well.

Let me tell you first of all, that I'm not a bread-a-holic. I don't eat bread with meals, not a fan of sandwiches, you get the point. A friend gifted me this loaf, because I was curious how the herbs would taste in bread. Oh, boy... I toasted a slice, added a bit of butter, and went to heaven! Or was it hell LOL ;) Because (10 min and half a loaf later) I am completely addicted and convinced they put crack in every batch (jk) Best bread I ever had!!! I'm now thinking to drive from OC to Ramona just to get another loaf. I hope they will have shipping options soon.

Great bakery, amazing pastry's

I love this place!! It's so tasty, just down the street from us. Great location, great service

Seem like very kind people. The croissant I had was one of the worst. More like a cracker. The cleanliness quotient not up to par.

Everything we've tried is amazing. The smell alone is worth the visit, and the Sourdough has become a regular buy for us.

The best bread, soups, sweet and savory pizzas. Also, a great cup of coffee or latte.

Their naturally leavened, triple‑fermented sourdough has a depth of flavor you simply don't find in most bakeries.

Dunkin' - Ordered Jamocha Almond Fudge and got plain coffee ice cream :(

There's something about grabbing coffee and a quick bite that sets the tone for the whole day. I…read morestopped into this Dunkin' early morning, not really expecting more than the basics -- but the way it played out actually left me smiling. I ordered a signature caramel latte, an avocado toast, and a Bavarian cream donut. The latte came out rich and sweet, just enough caramel to keep it smooth without tipping into sugar overload. The avocado toast was fresh and crisp, stacked with creamy avocado that made it feel more like breakfast than just a snack. And the donut? Classic Dunkin' -- soft, filled right, exactly the kind of comfort bite you want with coffee. Here's where it went from good to memorable. The store had only one girl working the counter. You could see she was hustling hard, trying to take care of everyone. It meant the wait was longer than usual, but instead of hiding behind it, she came over, apologized sincerely, and slipped me an extra donut as a thank you for being patient. That small gesture flipped the whole experience -- it wasn't about the donut, it was about feeling noticed and appreciated. The shop itself was clean and relaxed, the donut case stacked, and plenty of seating if you want to sit for a bit. Nothing flashy, but everything in place. Final take: 5 stars, no doubt. Sometimes it's the little human touches that make an ordinary coffee run feel like a win.

The latte was actually really good, but the overall experience was average. There was a huge line when I arrived, and only one person was handling everything including taking orders, making drinks, and preparing food. She was clearly working incredibly hard, but it was just too much for one person to manage during a busy rush, so the wait ended up being pretty long. I honestly felt bad for her. I really think this place would benefit from having at least two people working during peak hours because the café itself is actually pretty cute. They have lots of games inside, limited indoor seating, and a large covered outdoor seating area as well.

Which I suppose was a good thing because everything was filthy. The small cups are now smaller than before. Which is fine, because there's still the extra large cups. This is the second time the flavors listed on their daily Instagram post were not available. Two of the three flavors I tried to get were extremely melted almost to milk. Last time I went the girl told me I'd have a $5 reward on my next visit. This time it wasn't offered or mentioned. And it was $20 for two small yogurts that melted within minutes. Not a great experience at all.

So we paid and and as we were sitting down the other girl rolled out the cart of toppings. we asked if we would be able to add toppings now and she told us no we would need to purchases sides of toppings. We did not tip when we paid because there was no toppings and the girl Was kinda rude. So we went back paid for a new yogurt with the toppings we wanted and the girl was even more rude aggresively shoved the spoons in the yogurt and had an irritated face. I could understand being rude if you were putting forth effort and working for your money and didn't receive a tip. But she literally just stood in one spot the entire time we were there and a simple question to her co worker would have let us know the toppings were almost done. That commitment to quality and sustainability is commendable and something more restaurants should strive for. The staff is knowledgeable, and it's refreshing to see a restaurant that cares about where its food comes from. Unfortunately, that attention to ingredient sourcing seems to stop when it comes to cooking oils. Many of the menu items are prepared with soybean oil, which was disappointing given the otherwise high-quality and health-conscious image of the restaurant. Soybean oil is highly processed and contains large amounts of omega-6 polyunsaturated fats. While omega-6 fats are essential in moderation, excessive consumption relative to omega-3 intake has been associated with increased inflammation in some research. Soybean oil is also more susceptible to oxidation when exposed to high cooking temperatures, potentially producing compounds that some studies suggest may contribute to oxidative stress. In addition, many health-conscious consumers actively avoid industrial seed oils such as soybean, corn, and canola oils in favor of alternatives like olive oil, avocado oil, butter, or tallow. I would gladly give Marinade on Main a higher rating if they aligned their cooking oils with the same local, high-quality standards they apply to the rest of their ingredients. Switching to avocado oil or olive oil or beef talo would be a welcome improvement and would better match the restaurant's otherwise impressive commitment to quality. * also loose the standard strip of high fructose sodas and provide more natural optikns of drinks ...
