I've always been more of a Pizza Hut person when it comes to pizza, but my girlfriend's ex and son have both previously worked for Domino's, and said their sandwiches were pretty good. Since the local Subway was closed that day, we gave Domino's a try. I had been craving a good cheesesteak recently so gave that a try, sans the fungus and half the green peppers. In retrospect, I should have kept all the peppers, as it could have used a bit more flavor. Other than maybe a little more toasting, it was quite good. Girlfriend had similar thoughts on her sandwich (I forget what it was), though she appreciated the lighter toast as her gums were sore from too many chips a couple days previous. I don't know why I keep ordering from this place. First I watched our delivery driver drop off to the wrong address, called and got it worked out. Now just under an hour later I get a call from another delivery driver saying that he took the order to another address 10+ minutes away. Always good service and for as long as I've been coming here I've only had an order messed up one time and all it was is when I ordered the pasta it wasn't nearly enough, considering their get it right guarantee, if I would've taken it back I'm sure they would've fixed it, I just didn't bother to do so... but overall as a solid judgement, they're by far one of the best dominoes I've been too. Not your typical Domino's! Don't waste your money on extra cheese because they won't listen. I order the same thing at Dominos every where I live and this is the worst. Okay, we give this location one too many chances when it comes to delivery. Faster to go pick up and or order curbside. Regardless, it was when we called to ask about our last order and the manager told me my food was already delivered, I have security cameras all around my home and a clear view of my drive way and front porch, there was nothing nor did anyone come by with pizza. Once I said nothing was there the manager told me there was nothing she could do because the driver said he had not only left the food, but also rang the door bell multiple times and knocked on the door. I'm a disabled combat veteran so when anyone or anything shows up on camera view I'm outside asking questions. I will no longer be ordering from this location. read more

Placed an order for delivery and when the driver arrived it seemed like he was about to come into my house. I grabbed the Coke off the top as he got the food out of the bag. He dropped the chicken - luckily the container didn't open. I signed the receipt and told him thanks and he just walked off like I had upset him some how... didn't even say anything about dropping the food. I put the food on the counter and notice that the pizza looks pretty rough. Toppings missing from various spots due to air bubbles, greasy, and just very unappealing. It tasted worse than it looked. I opened the pasta and noticed that the chicken was missing. I checked a few times to be sure ... no chicken! The only bacon was a few large chunks that were more like jerky than bacon. The bread bites were a bit skimpy on some of them but the dirty sauce container in the box with them was what bothered me. After the culmination of all of this I decided to call Dominos and the guy who answered was quite rude. Asked "what do you want us to do?" Well I'm not sure what you can do to fix it - that's why I'm calling. He said he didn't know either and I said "Oh okay. Cool." Then he hung up. I called back and spoke to a lady this time and she was the manager. I told her the situation and immediately after I couldn't finish a sentence without her talking over me and arguing with me. She assured me that the pizza looked fine because she cut it herself. She then told me that she put chicken in the pasta - even though there was not a single piece that I could find after looking hard 2-3 times before calling. I told her about the delivery driver seeming like he was going to come into my house, the previous guy I spoke to being rude, and how she (she starts yelling towards the other guy that works there). I told her that she was rude in the way that I couldn't finish a sentence without her talking over me or arguing with me. She let me know she was just letting me know that it looked fine to her since she's the one who checked it. When all was said and done - I was offered a $3 credit towards my next order. Thanks! I doubt that will even cover the taxes on the overpriced Coke - which is the only thing that wasn't a disappointment in this order. Then again, I haven't opened it yet... read more

We'll this experience with you guys was not the best. Actually we was a very unhappy family when we got home none of our pizzas was right except the pepperoni and cheese. We ordered a supreme well with everything except jalapenos and all was on the pizza was onions and green peppers and of course cheese then the bacon and pepperoni wasn't even right. I was very upset. Ordered, thought I'd give them a try. HUGE MISTAKE. If I could give them a negative 5 I would. Manager CODY, was RUDE AS HELL. Called to complain because not only was the pizza 30-40 late but it's burnt and Luke warm. Also had barely ANY sauce. Bit into a piece to find none on my first slice. As did my girlfriend. I'm absolutely disgusted and NEVER ordering from here again. Told the MANAGER he needed to pay closer attention because not only did he fuck the sauce up there was a pepper on my pizza that I did not order. I love the garlic parmesan bites and the cinnamon twist but some of the employees ruin it!! Got a delivery and 2 items were missing. When the driver brought them back he was a smart ass and then spun out of the driveway! I called and told the assistant manager that if he delivered to my house again acting like that it wouldn't be good! Wasn't my fault he left 2 items and had to bring them back. I see why I enjoy making my own wings. These wings are pure fat ugh! im gagging couldnt eat but one.

It's a gamble. One day the pizza will be good, but a lot of the time it ends up being flavorless and over baked/dry. I chalked it up to just a bad day for the first few times that happened, figuring they were just really busy and the quality suffered. But after getting poor quality pizzas about 75% of the time I gave them a shot, I swore this place off and Papa John's has my loyalty in this town now. When Dominos does it right, they are better than Papa John's. But it's so inconsistent. Papa John's is at least always consistent, so I'd rather know what I'm going to get when I shell out $30 on pizzas. read more

When you get horrible service (I have) from this place, contact corporate. They responded with a $10 dollar gift card and a $25 store credit. BUT if you don't use the store credit within 30 days, they have a mysterious way of losing the credit on their computer, until you tell them to look again 3 times. Lately the pizza has been mediocre, we ordered a large cheese pizza with hot sauce a few weeks ago and they forgot the hot sauce, we took the pizza back and they poured a bottle of hot sauce on it. It was absolutely disgusting. We ordered tonight and we got extra sauce on one of our pizzas and they barely put cheese on the pizza! If I wanted light cheese I would have ordered it like that!!! Placed an order for Brooklyn style pizza. The top came nearly burnt and the bottom was nearly raw. when we called to complain the manager blamed the style of pizza.
