Ordered thru the app. Even said it was in the oven. Then wondered why a hour in half no food. Turns out it was cancelled (not by us) thought maybe the app messed up. So called and ordered. After waiting another hour I looked at my bank and then they took the money out then back in. 2 hours later still no food. No one contacted us to say no food was coming. Ordered stuffed bread, dip and a New York pizza. Bread was fine as was the dip. The pizza was burnt, thin crust not New York and whomever was manning the oven needs a class on cutting pizza. 3 cuts made instead of 4. We had 2 tiny pieces, 2 normal pieces and 2 giant pieces. It was horrible. I called the restaurant and it rang for about 3 or 4 minutes with no answer. I called back and again it rang forever but someone did pick up without a word, I was put on hold. If I could I would give no stars! Ms. Jones, the GM was rude! We ordered for delivery and after an hour tried calling. Nobody answered for two calls then someone answered and put me on hold. After 12 min on hold we drove to the shop bc I had given my cc. By the time we got there it had been 19 min. THERE WERE 4 people standing around and one on break outside. Honestly one of the worst pizza places in town. I ordered food online and got a notification saying it was ready. I pulled up to the drive thru window and waited for 20 mins. People were working inside and saw me at the window but no one acknowledged me. After waiting, cars start to line up behind me and people get their food before me as I've been waiting for about 25 minutes now. I ordered a delivery order at 9:24 pm (the store closes at 12. The order arrived in a timely manning. EXCEPT they forgot the ENTIRE PIZZA. We called at 10 pm to let them know we didn't get our whole order and the first time i called they placed me on hold for 10 minutes. The 2nd time i called someone picked up the phone and hung up. The third time i called someone finally answered, but couldn't even get their words out and gave the phone to another worker. I explained we didn't get the pizza and and he asked if WE WANTED IT. After telling him uhhhhh yeah, he told me he would send the 30 minute old pizza out by another driver. After waiting almost 45 minutes i call again to let them know that i STILL DIDNT GET THE PIZZA. Great customer service . Called 7 min before they closed . Normally wouldn't do this but we're a traveling band and we hadn't eaten all day ! He didn't complain about it and said he would deliver we didn't have to come pick it up . The pizza and bread sticks were amazing . They were made well even for being ordered so late . You take your chances on just about everything at this particular Domino's. You take a chance that they will get your order correct. You take your chance if they deliver your whole order. You take your chance if you can get through to them on the phone. They will actually pick it up and hang it up instead of asking you to hold on or instead of telling you if you order that it may be quite a wait. If you order on line the tracker will tell you that your order is ready for pick-up and when you get there it may not be ready or you may have to sit at drive-thru window while several workers stand around and talk or piddle around instead of coming to the window. Meanwhile your food is sitting on shelf getting cold. My worse experience, though, was when I ordered a large pizza, a pan pizza, and a salad. The delivery girl called my house to make sure she had address correct. My mother got the order and I noticed the salad was missing. I tried to call the shop and it just rang and rang until I heard someone pick it up and laughing and they hung up. I tried calling the delivery driver on her cell she called me on. She would not answer. I left her a message. I called the shop two more times and it rang and rang and rang till they kept picking the phone up and directly hanging it back up. I finally decided to eat my pan pizza bc I was so hungry. Boy was I disappointed! It had plenty of cheese and toppings, but barely any sauce on it. I ate two pieces bc I was starving by then. I tried calling again and Finally got through to someone. I asked to speak to a manager and was told he was outside. I told the guy I would hold on and Not to hang up on me. He asked what it was about. I told him a complaint. By this time I was mad. The manager got on and I let him have it and told him what I went through. I was talking loud, but never yelled. I told him he was a sorry manager, but I never cussed him. He told me he could re-cook the pizza. He told me he wasn't going to stand there and listen to me scream and cuss him. He talked loud and I talked over him. I told him to re-cook the pizza then and that it better not be tampered with. I also told him I was going to make a complaint. He scoffed and told me he was the general manager, so who was I going to complain to. I asked him if he was the franchise owner? Then I told him to go ahead and send me another pizza. He told me he wasn't going to send anything! So, I paid for a salad I didn't get. I paid for a pan pizza that had about a tablespoon of sauce on the whole thing. The rest of that was thrown in the trash. I was robbed! This place cannot keep workers or drivers very long. It's not a surprise with management like this. There is pitiful supervision. The training is probably lacking as well. If it was run well, they wouldn't have such a high employee turnover and I, as just one, Past customer, would not have constantly had such issues with my pizzas and sorry service. You can't complain unless you figure out how to get in touch with the corporate office. The manager stops all complaints at him, apparently...IF you can even get through on the phone. By the way, I made my complaint to corporate and they said I would be receiving a phone call about my complaint. That was about a month ago and I have yet to hear from them. I asked to have my money refunded for my salad and the one pizza. No, it never was refunded and I would never trust this particular store to make anything for me. It was like $40 or so dollars with delivery fee and a 20% tip. You take your chance with this Roanoke Rapids, NC Domino's franchise. I do not recommend! I ordered a pizza today February 25th 2018 had it delivered to my home address I have a 6-foot fence around the house with two gates I clearly asked the driver to close the gate before you enter to my house so that my dogs will not slip past him when he opened the door so he wouldn't run out in the road and get hurt he had a very bad attitude his name was Nathan. As I exited my property he left the gate wide open did not even bother to latch it when I turn my dogs out they almost ran out in the road and got hurt I called and complained they didn't seem to care so if you have a gate or fence around your property do not rely on them Domino's Pizza to close or reattach her Gates they don't give a damn read more

Reached out to corporate about a month ago, no manager or anyone got back with me.... decided to go in and try again for pizza yesterday. Our cheese pizza & boneless chicken wings were GREAT! but we also order a chicken pizza... that pizza didn't have much cheese on it & had more sauce than anything... tasted like it was made 3 hours before I picked it up. Very dissatisfied with the chicken pizza. Staff were not friendly when I entered the establishment....
