We wasted like 20 minutes looking around figuring out something, we were desperate and pulled into Zaxby's. This is supposed to be fast food, but I think we ended up waiting a good 30 minutes for our food. We were pissed. Food was pretty good but nothing to write home about either (Bojangles is way better and seeing they are in Roanoke Rapids; we should've gone there! Or most anywhere else). My friend said he would've just gone with McDonald's or whatever he knew, which I adamantly disagreed saying McDonald's is weak, but did acknowledge we wasted too much time with lunch. And I wanted to go to a place we couldn't get in our area. Cook Out would've been quick, but I didn't discover them until 2024 in southwestern VA.
